HotelJay is in an excellent location 3 minutes walk from the beach, the decor is beautiful and the service is excellent.

Terrible customer service from both The Jay Hotel and Expedia! I will never book with them again!

Gorgeous boutique style hotel in a great central location, about 10 mins walk from Vieux Nice. Staff are great, very friendly and made good restaurant recommendations. Hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. Lovely Art Deco style lobby bar.

The room was up to date, very cute, but on the small side- France:/ The small kitchenette was very convenient, with shops within a block. The location is great as well we were able to walk most places. The sea, old nice and a ton of restaurants are so close!

I truly appreciated that we were allowed early check in. However, i had emailed to confirm we had room with twin beds and was told we did. Infact, we had twin beds pushed together on bed frame with one blacket so could not be seperated. We did have a sofa bed but this was was not as booked or confirmed. Asked to change rooms and was told fully booked. Further, the gentleman on reception on our last nights stay was rude and unhelpful. Our train was cancelled due to strike the next day. When we asked him for help, he acted as if this was not a big deal. Would only communicate with us in French. When 2 girls came down moments later, he was very helpful with them and suddenly fluent in English. This upset us as we werent sure how to proceed with our abrupt change in plans. This influenced how we felt about our stay significantly.

I highly recommend the Jay Hotel by HappyCulture to any potential customer. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city of Nice. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful. And breakfast is delicious. The only minor problem was the lack of communication among staff members.

What an amazing hotel and great stay in Nice. I loved that the room had a kitchenette. My room was bigger than what I expected. I love the Decor of the room. The Hotel was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go like old town, promenade de Anglais, Nice Ville ( train station). A lot of restaurants nearby, supermarket nearby. The staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. #Happy Culture
