Everything was good and rooms are very nice and quiet. Good night sleep. Garage is very practical and direct entry into the hotel. Breakfast could be a little better. Scrambled eggs ? Sunny side eggs would be nice to offer. Coffee was good and more food to be offered by the hotel.

Very clean, new hotel. Only issue was the room was very warm. Given the time of year, the air conditioning was likely turned off. Our room was on the first floor; the window didn’t open as a way to remedy the temperature.i

The room and breakfast were very good. The location was okay but was not in the old town. Upon checking out I was extremely disappointed by an employee who asked me to pay for the room but I had already paid through Hotels.com. Some time later the employee came to tell me that I had paid after all. I was looking up my reservation at the time. This caused me alarm and consternation and I also lost time. I had to walk to the station to get a train.

The staff is great! They are very welcoming and strive to give each guest the best customer service! They are helpful and accommodating while paying attention to the smallest details. The included breakfast is very good! It is a typical German breakfast with a variety of sliced meats and cheeses, breads, cereals, fruits, and more! The hotel room was very comfortable and QUIET. The rooms are technologically advanced with outlets to accommodate your smartphone. The television offers many selections. I especially enjoyed the channels that offer soothing videos for relaxing. My room was a little small, but it provided me with everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the privacy and the quiet...even when the hotel was fully booked!

A short, two day stay. A good hotel at good value rates with convenient location for visiting the town.

A brand new hotel - everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The place was conveniently located, just a 15 min walk from the train station and also pretty close to the old town. Breakfast was good. As for Germany the price was very attractive, but this "the opening special".

Ich finde das Hotel super! sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das für einen mega Preis! Ich fand es nur schade dass es wenig vegane Alternativen gab. Sonst alles einwandfrei👍

Zimmer waren in Ordnung: sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche war auch sauber und gemütlich. Bad/WC/Dusche ebenso in Ordnung, alles sauber und frische Handtücher vorhanden. Frühstück war leider ein Reinfall. Bedingt durch Covid19 musste man sich am Tag vorher für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit anmelden. Trotz Anmeldung und pünktlichem Erscheinen waren trotzdem 10 andere Gästegruppen in der Warteschlange. Uns wurde gesagt man hat nur 40min Zeit, dann muss man Platz für die nächsten machen. Es gab nur 1 Buffet das im Einbahnstraßen System betrieben wurde. Als wir dort ankamen war nur 1 Tablett und 1 Teller verfügbar. Durch den Stau und den weiteren Gästen hinter einem blieb keine Zeit sich in Ruhe umzusehen und sich sein Frühstück auszusuchen. Es gab vorgegebene Tische keine freie Platzwahl. Unser Tisch war zwischen den "Laufwegen" wg. Covid19 aufgestellt, d.h. links und rechts rannten ständig andere Gäste vorbei. Das Personal hat nicht darauf geachtet ob die Gäste sich entsprechend der Kennzeichnung bewegen. Ebenso waren 2 Gäste ohne Maske unterwegs, das Personal hat dies entweder übersehen oder ignoriert. Haben das Frühstück dann vorzeitig abgebrochen, warum Regeln aufstellen wenn keiner dafür sorgt dass sie eingehalten werden.
