Great Expirience not our first time and they are very consistant in offering the best service, clean confortlable rooms, food is delicious, clean pools, acces to private beach, parking offered, but what really makes the diferense is the very friendly and efficient staff, thank you to all petsonal that goes the extra natch to make sure you have a great time

Pleaaant stay, courteous staff.

Beautiful hotel stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Most of the stall speak English and are very helpful. Room service is quick. The room was very spacious. We were in room 201 very close to the pool, beach and the restaurant El Palmar witch has a new chef his name is Victor and he really cares about his food and customers, He made us a wonderful meal. Will definitely return.

The first room that we got had a terrible smell, after the third day, we finally got a better room but we no view at all. Personnel from all areas were curtious, kind and friendly. Except for two female receptionists. Bad attitude, who shouldn’t be working in that position.

I’d enjoyed their beach, pool and room, however service personnel were rude, if I ever go again I would never pay the all inclusive as it is not worth it, food is not very good other then breakfast and personnel is not helpful whatsoever

The place has a really nice view, besides that it’s falling apart. I felt very unsafe to be here, there were parts of the hotel that were falling down . Big concrete slabs, also a lot of leaking water all over. The parking structure was flooded and the staff was very rude overall very disappointing experience. We actually had Booked one week and we only stayed two days and left to another hotel because of the safety of this hotel we tried to get a refund but the hotel made up a huge lie and refused to refund our money. If you are traveling to Manzanillo do not stay here you will not be satisfied the level of customer service here is really terrible I really never leave comments or reviews but after this experience I decided to leave one

I was happy and shocked they let me check in Early, thank goodness for that. Well I must say the dinner at Legazpi was the best during our stay. Food at other restaurant wasn’t authentic. A few improvements needed; schedule of amenities are inconsistent. Alcoholic beverages were not as we thought. The pool maintenance needs help.
