ibis Styles Manchester Portland Hotel

Great customer service, location and design, just a bit of noise from other guests, I wondered if soft close doors would be an option?

The room was comfy and pleasant. Nice bed. The breakfast was a let down. No scrambled eggs, just one type of ham and cheese, no seating arrangements, very messy. No service, just eople rushing around with food. No process.

Funky hotel with great sized bedroom and bathroom. Room comes with the bare minimum and none of the extras e.g. toiletries and mini bar. Towels seemed old and brittle. If you're looking for a more luxe hotel stay I'd look elsewhere but this was great for a short stop!

Really helpful and cheerful staff at reception desk. Breakfast staff a little less so... Really nice atmosphere in the bar, restaurant area any time of day and the room was comfortable and clean. Not my first visit and certainly not my last either. Thank you!
