Everything was excellent! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in terms of quality/price.

I think the Mondrian just bought this property and slapped their name on it. Property is not Mondrian materiel. Dated public areas. Charged a $30 resort fee even though restaurant and bar closed due to COVID. Loud. Seems to attract a certain party crowd. Strange location. Trapped on a hill.

Service was friendly, but the hotel itself was definitely understaffed. Our room was a good size, but no wow factor. Probably won’t stay here again with so many other options around.

The toilet is facing the living room through the window. Zero privacy, very uncomfortable. First room we checked in smelled like an ash tray, we had to go down and notify them that we need a different room because of the smell which we got but at least they could give us complimentary water or something as an apology. Not a great experience for the same price as when it used to be a great experience. Restaurant was closed the entire time

Great location! Nice staff. Due to Covid there were no extra amenities.

I arrived at 4 to do check in, it took me 1 and half to just checked in. When I get my room, it was dirty missy, it’s like someone just left 10 mins ago, and it was standard room and I booked studio. I have recorded that and i have it in my phone now. However, i went to the manger and after one more hour he gave my key room. So almost i got in my room at 7:00pm and i was there at 4:00pm. The manger told he will contact expedia to give P refund and im waiting for that. Thanks

I was so excited about my room here but after walking in my mini room I was a little confused. My room size was not what I seen on the site but the sky line was amazing. Also, I got bite up by some insect because I woke out my sleep scratching like crazy and 6 bites later I didn’t get to enjoy my stay

I stayed for 3 nights in a studio suite with a balcony. The location is fantastic. Unfortunately it rained all 3 days so I did not get a chance to use the pool or other related amenities but I did spend a considerable amount of time in the room working. I loved the bathroom. Quite large with a shower/tub combo, a vanity and the bathroom also had a separate table, chair and close up mirror for make up. The bed was super comfortable and the sitting area had a couch/day bed as well as a large table perfect for doing work. I love that the Mondrian still has a mini-bar. It’s a dying concept in most hotel chains but the mini-bar here makes up part of the fabric of the room and the experience. The service was better than I expected. The staff, especially the valet attendants and bellmen, were really friendly.
