Have stayed here several times for work purposes....never disappoints!

Definitely felt like house guests. But it worked for our trip and you couldn't beat the price. We stayed 4 nights for less then 1 night in downtown Charleston.

Property Manager has created a nice quiet getaway. Everything was perfect! My first VRBO experience and I don’t see how it will ever be topped. Had an issue and He immediately had it handled. I will be a frequent visitor 😁. Lovely neighborhood, quiet surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean and neat. Shawn also brought us some wine and goblets because we are on our honeymoon. We were impressed with his generous hospitality.

Although the initial check in process & initial cleanliness was an issue I want to acknowledge that this was due to an unavoidable situation & in no way that fault of the property owner or manager. Out of respect to Shawn I will not go into detail but will advise any reader that I contacted him upon arrival. His response was quick, efficient & professional. The property manager was great & when I was finally able to meet Shawn he was a subservient host. The space is exactly as described, the neighborhood is lovely and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this owner as a wonderful, caring host! Thank you Shawn & Vance for a delightful stay a& a job well done.

This experience was great! The property was as exactly advertised. It was clean, and Shawn was professional and nice. We had total privacy and the space was personalized. We felt right at home. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Great rental! Looking for a convenient, nice, clean place to stay as I just picked up this area as a sales territory..,... this fit all requirements! Great neighborhood, close to shops/restaurants...enjoyed meeting owner...everything provided. I will definitely be using again!
