Signs said to wear a mask in hallways and lobby. No one including hotel staff was wearing a mask. Each Front desk staff encountered seemed to be having a bad day, which a guest should never know. If they had been wearing a mask, I may not have known.

At first i was impressed at check in. We arrived late in the day on a Friday, there was 4 of us staying as stated in the reservation. We had been left 2 towels, when i asked for more i was tokd that we coukd only get towels when the housekeepers are there in the mornings. I smoked outside in my car and had multiple people cone up to me in my vehicke and ask if i wanted to buy specific drugs, asking for lighters. We were kept up half the night by slamming doors and people yelling in the hallway by the ice machine. Day 2, we had to leave early for an applontment and returned later in the afternoon, again, told we cannot get towels and was asked why i didnt call down to the frint desk, well, because our phine in the room didnt work! We were low on toilet paper and they could not supply that either. We had to go BUY towels and toilet paper! That second night, i brought my girls down to the vending machines, and found hypodermic needles in plain sight next to them. Kept up all night again and woke to the baby screaming because there were people fighting and yelling in the room above us. The day of checkout, we were packng the car and found needle caps outside as well as those elastic things they tie their arms with. The lady told us these issues are normal now as the shelters pay for people to stay to prevent covid spread. I WILL NOT stay here again, not a good place for family or children to be!! Many more issues but i am limited on space in this review!! Please be aware!!

People smoked weed next to entry. There was weed and cig. smell all over inside. Hotel is very old and filthy.

It was terrible, when I first walked into the lobby all I could smell of cigarette smoke! I couldn’t possibly understand why it was so strong and less people were smoking inside the building which they were everywhere. It took me a few minutes and seeing a few different parts of the building to realize they were many people walking around and did not seem to belong. This was because apparently the homeless population in the Bangor Brewer area is being housed at taxpayers expense It was terrible, when I first walked into the lobby all I could smell of cigarette smoke! I couldn’t possibly understand why it was so strong unless people were smoking inside the building which they were everywhere. It took me a few minutes and seeing a few different parts of the building to realize they were many people walking around and did not seem to belong. This was because apparently the homeless population in the Bangor Brewer area is being housed at taxpayers expense At the Ramada Inn. People were smoking in the stairways in at the end of the hallways, there were groups congregating by the vending machines drinking beer and talking about drugs one person slurring and stumbling spilled beer on my girlfriends foot. When I went down to the desk to ask for a couple extra pillows I was told they cannot do that because the supply closet’s get locked up every day when the cleaning staff goes home. And the website did not specify that the swimming pool was closed as well as the gym being closed.

Bedroom was dirty. The tub had a black ring in it. The carpets were not vacuumed. The hotel was kind enough to give me another room but that should not have happened in the first place. Very nasty.

It was a pleasant stay. The only thing the tub. The water doesn't go down right away when showering. And your standing in in dirty water.

Checked into room 147. Tv didn’t work. Smelled pretty bad. Cracks in ceiling. They moved us to room 151. No towels. Stole towels from previous room. Ice machine in hallway had soaked hallway rug. Found crumbs and a fake fingernail in the bed. We just booked a different hotel and left. Unacceptable.

The staff here was on task! The rooms were clean and the reception desk (Angela) was simply amazing!

The first room my mother, my sister, and I got had poop in the toilet that wouldn't flush. The desk clerk put us in another room at the back of the hotel with horrible people outside our windows, doors, and hall-way. There were horrible guys sitting all around the parking lot and by the cars. We didn't sleep all night because some woman was screaming in one of the rooms. The floors were dirty, there were cigarettes in the halls. There wasn't enough towels, no coffee, and no ventilation in the bathroom.
