Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

Not much in the way of extras like just having coffee in the lobby. Staff was super nice! Driver service to Metro and Airport is done well. Good thing because not much in nearby area. Rooms were good and clean but nothing above average. In room air unit was loud but it was a pleasant stay over all.

Upon arriving the front desk clerk was very friendly and signe dnevuo for the rewards program so I received free parking and WiFi during my stay. I had a one day seminar and the food that was served was excellent! I ate at the bar the first night and my steak was a little tough and over cooked but I was too hungry to send it back. I received great service from the bartender as well! The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was clean and even had a bottle of water. I’m a diabetic and needed to have a refrigerator sent to the room for my insulin.

Needed to call three times to obtain correct shuttle pick-up location thereby missing the shuttle pick up. Room had barf (we believe) on the curtain, chair with sharp mettle edge, two 3-ft rips in the wall paper, no handle on the closet. Printer to print boarding pass did not work in business center and was told they could not fix it. We were given a $5 voucher for use in hotel, which was not accepted in some places in hotel (e.g., soda). Assigned an underground room (yes, a room that was in the basement). No bathrobes, although advertised. Room was not serviced during the three-night stay. A number of the TV stations did not work (e.g., ESPN, AMC, etc.).

I was given a full bed inspite of paying for king bed. I also paid for parking ($30) at reception but it didn’t let me in for parking and I ended up paying ($15) at the gate.
