Radisson Collection, Strand Hotel, Stockholm

The excellent front end and kitchen staff staff. Special mentions to Eric and Felicia who provided extra attentive service to make our stay really special. The fantastic location and the excellent, plentiful breakfast ( the omelettes were exquisite!

Great views, a very comfortable bed and well appointed room. Service limited during our stay which is understandable given the lack of occupancy in these Covid times. My original flight was cancelled and pushed to much later, and they were flexible in allowing me a much later check out. However - did misplace an airpod in the room, called almost immediately upon leaving the hotel for someone to check/confirm - never heard back and had to chase (after ringing several times with no one picking up the main line!) Whilst I am sympathetic to a limited staff this is still supposedly a 5-star hotel....

I do not like the size of the bathroom it’s tiny and you can’t be comfortable in such size of the bathroom. Stuff didn’t tell me that we have a 25% on the restaurant inside the hotel, I just know that from your e-mail, we wasn’t offered the room upgrade :( Overall the hotel is ok, but you expect more from the hotel with such price tag

The hotel is strategically located near touristic attractions and not far away from subway and other public transportation. The rooms are tiny. The standard might be ok for one person but I wouldn't reccomend for a couple. Despite my gold status I did not received any upgrade or discount. It seems that there's lack of communication between expedia a this property. Despite this shortfall the staff has been polite and supported my needs.

Location: is perfect. If I could give 11 out of 10 I would. Walking distance from most places in the city including major shopping places, restaurants and museums. I would compare this to Lilla Roberts in Helsinki in terms of location. But that's where the comparison ends. I had a room for one person. It was really small. Smaller than a school hostel. It was just about clean though the bench next to the bed had white splotches on it. The washroom, i think would compare with a submarine's. Haven't seen a submarine washroom but it sure felt like that. The only big issue I had was that my key stopped working and after trips to the room and back did the security person come and open the door. Don't know why that happened, one is explainable but four seems way too much. Would I stay here again. If alone or two of us, possibly. Edit: the TV didn't work (316)

Staff was great. They were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The location was ideally position for everything you need.
