    Enjoy top-notch pizza

Honest Crust is where you can enjoy a satisfying pizza from their wood-burning pizza ovens. They are able to produce some of the best pizza in the Manchester area, but that's only because of the care the local chefs put into the work.

For example, they allow their sourdough to ferment for at least 36 hours before use, and they restrict the basic ingredients to water, salt and flour for a more authentic taste. The toppings are ethically sourced as well, so you can always expect unrelenting quality.

    Where the Light Gets In

A Victorian coffee warehouse for something different

    • Strava

Where The Light Gets In is a restaurant settled in what used to be a Victorian coffee warehouse on the outskirts of Manchester. The first thing you'll notice is that this restaurant is fairly small. In fact, its dining room can only fit about 30 guests, so make sure you reserve your spot ahead of time.

Once you're seated, you'll find that there's no menu, though you can specify whether you want vegetarian or pescatarian food. Instead, you'll be served whatever the restaurant managed to locally source. Rest assured, however, that every dish seems to be more delicious than the last, with meats, veggies and other food brilliantly cooked with a professional touch that you'd normally find in a downtown fine-dining restaurant.
