Mensi nedostatky - u lahve s tekutym mydlem nefungovala pumpicka, dvere od koupelny se pri uplnem otevreni zaseknou o koberec. V budove hotelu probiha castecna rekonstrukce, takze na pokoji byl behem dne docela hluk. Stavebni prace ale jiste budou brzy hotovy, a pak to bude opravdu krasne ubytovani v centru mesta.

Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 3. 10. 2012Apartmán umístěný v obyčejném starém činžovním domě byl pro rodinu jako my s dvěmi dětmi 5 a 8 let značka ideál. Pěšky do centra Krakova snad jen 5 minut, 2 minuty skvělá čajovna. Centrum famózí. Líbil se mi v apartmánu styl Antik, staré nalakované parkety, starodávné skříně, vysoký strop, čistota, nová krásná okna v třešňové barvě.Kuchyňka vybavená, postačila dobře na snídani.Ostatní jídlo levně i v centru. Vstup do apratmánu byl přes balkónovou pavlač. Nevadilo to ničemu. Jen na co si dát POZOR a co nikde napsáno nebylo, že klíče od apartmánu musíte vyzvednout na recepci na jiné ulici a to Szczepanski Square 2, Krakow!!!, my i další Češi dojeli na Radziwillowskou ulici, ale tam není nikdo, kdo by Vám klíč dal, tuto informaci jsem na netu nenašla a ani na domě, kde byl apartmán, a proto jsme ztratili 2 hodiny času ježděním po Krakově v zácpě, jednosměrných ulicích a slepích uličkách. Bez navigace autem Krakov určitě ne! Doprava zdaleka není tak plynulá a cesty dobře značené jako v Brně nebo Praze. Celkově naprosto úžasný prodloužený víkend, jezdili jsme v kočáře taženém koňmi, užívali si architektonické skvosty centrálního náměstí Rynek, další den cesta do solných dolů v UNESCO "Velička", rovněž famózní a zvládli tříhodinovou prohlídku v podzemí i naše děti, nedělní řádění v akvaparku VODNY v Krakově završil báječný rodinný víkend, vřele doporučuji toto zajímavé a netradiční dobrodružství :o)

The owner was there to greet us and went out of his way to help. Big comfy beds, powerfull shower, quiet location. We saw a few reviews mention the fact that there isn't a lift and you need to take the stairs to the top floor. She explained all we needed to know about Krakow and things to do and they had also arranged for all our Airport transfers and Day trip to Auschwitz and Salt Mines. "Convenient and quiet location"
We arrived at the apartment from Prague at 8am via overnight train, walked 30 mins from main train station (you can take tram 3 stops for 2zly to Filharmonia, apt is 1 block from tram stop), passing Radission Blu. We did not know the office is not open until 9am (this is important, no one will allow you to get in before 9am to leave your luggage), check […] in is at 2pm. There is no elevator, but it's a short 6 flight of stairs, as long as you dont have heavy luggage, should be OK. The studio is very spacious with large LCD TV, coffee maker similar to keurig, coffee/tea/sugar provided. Very clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet except at night when other guests arrive since the hallway is hardwood floors. Other than that, it's great value for the money. Staff very friendly and speaks english well, Kasia very helpful and explained how to get around. The manager, Tomasz, is very friendly as well. I will definitely come back to this place again. I stayed for three nights and only spent about 18 hours in the room so all I can say is that is it was a lot smaller than I was expecting. The decor was very basic. The TV didn't work but the water was always hot. The pictures on the website were misleading. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me a map and some basic information about the location. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Krakow. Located about a ten minute walk from the main square and just a few blocks from the castle, we never had to take public transport anywhere. The room we stayed in was a studio apartment with a double bed (not the most comfortable, but didn't bother me one bit), very clean shower and bathroom, and a small kitchen stocked with the essentials. We felt that the apartment was in a safe neighborhood, away from the busy main streets so it provided a quiet sleep. Can't wait to visit Krakow again! Will definitely stay here again when I do. The stay was great, although I was put off at first by having to climb 4 flights of stairs to reach the office - no lift. Luckily we were given a room on the ground floor in another building. There is no way I could have gotten my suitcase up those 4 flights. I have arthritis which makes stairs difficult. The studio room was small but clean and relatively […] quiet. Only things I can complain about is that it's up 92 steps with no lift and the wifi didn't work (I was in the room on the top floor in the far corner and couldn't pick up a signal from the router). "Great hotel, great location, definitely stay here!"
Really great location. Only a 5-10 min walk to the old town square on one side and a 2 minute walk to Wawel Castle on the other. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Being on the 6th level of a building can get quite warm but there was an air conditioner in the room which helped keep it cool. We had a studio apartment […] which included a sink and fridge. There was a small portable cooker if you want to make dinner etc but there are so many cheap fantastic restaurants in the old square that you don't need to cook. Hotel staff were very helpful. Stayed there for two nights during the Easter weekend. Warm welcome by the manager Tomasz, who also gave us some nice tips regarding good, decently-priced Polish food nearby. The apartment, whilst located in an old building, was itself new, clean and well-furnished. It's on the top level with no lift, so might be inconvenient if you are travelling […] with elderly folks or lots of luggage, but if you were like us with just one piece of luggage / haversack, then it shouldn't be a problem. Well-equiped kitchen so you could cook yourself a decent meal. There is free wifi, but speed could get slow sometimes. 10mins walk to the Wawel Royal Castle, 15mins walk through the park to the old town square. We stayed there 3 nights but we had a great experience. The apartment was nice, clean and well equipped, the manager Thomas is a very nice person, always ready to help us. Vi er godt fornøyd med vårt opphold. Var 4 stk som delte på 2 loftsleiligheter. Store og fine leiligheter, men siden de lå helt oppunder taket ble det ganske varmt når sola sto på. Rommet var rent og personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, snakket bra engelsk. Leiligheten er utstyrt med eget bad og kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, kopper og kar, men […] ingen kokemuligheter. Beliggenheten er veldig fin, 5-10 min gange til markedsplassen i sentrum og det ligger like ved slottet Wawelem. Ligger også like ved elven der det er gang og sykkelveier. Problemet var att rummet blev jättekvavt och fönstren gick inte att ställa upp. Servicen var okej, men killen i receptionen vägrade hämta toapapper när vi hade slut. Vi fick vänta på städerskan.
