Hotel Ferrer Concord – Ostrov Mallorca

We found the hotel and it looked like (and was) a great location, right on a beautiful beach. But things started off poorly when our room wasn't ready and we got absolutely nothing even close to an apology from the staff. They said it would be 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes. Coming from a customer service background, I know how keeping the customer […] happy is priority #1. I would think a complimentary drink might be in order, but certainly a something like "We're sorry you have to continue waiting." would've gone a long way too. But instead of that, they made a HUGE deal over us providing paperwork with our confirmation# on it, even though we showed them the confirmation email on our iPad, had plenty of other ID and the room had already been paid in full. All in all, we found them to be really rude, and for that reason alone, we would never stay there again, and can not recommend it. The room was small, the beds were rock hard, but the view, the town and the water (both beach and pool) made this enjoyable enough after all was said and done. ### Další informace

We spent a week there with my 7 months pregnant partner, which was interesting to start with.The Hotel was great, only downside is its location as the transport from the airport took nearly 3 hours because it was the last drop off of the 18 hotels in the route,which was more then then the flight from London.. Food from Ok to good, plenty of fruits to […] eat if you go all inclusive, which i would recommend. The restaurant is facing the seaside which makes every meal a great pleasure.The beach was really nice, there was a rocky part nearby where you could see some fish if you are into snorkelling. We did not book a seaside room to save that extra money for excursions but we wish we had, as our room on the second floor was right above the little stage. Every night the singing and dancing had gone on till 11 - half 11 p.m., which was very annoying as we could not sleep, or even watch TV. The main clientele is german, which i did not mind, nice to talk without anyone understanding you. We are Hungarians by the way.. Definitely worth to see the beautiful Caves called Drach. It has the largest lake underground in Europe which is breathtaking. They give a classical concert like every 2 hours or so, on 3 slowly moving boat with changing background and underwater lights behind them. Truly unforgettable. The guide on the excursion was very professional and friendly, she was from Mallorca, never run out of an interesting story about it :). I would highly recommend the tour to anyone. Další informace

I found the hotel to an acceptable standard with the location for the beach excellent. However, I found the entertainment dissapointing during our stay as it appeared to cater towards Dutch/German and not any British who were also very few and far between.

Reception helpful, breakfast good and varied. Main clientele were cyclists, so pool and surrounding area very peaceful. All in all, thoroughly recommended if you want or need a quiet break.

Soggiorno positivo sotto tutti i punti di vista, hotel pulito e confortevole, camera vista mare comoda e pulita, colazione e cena abbondanti e buone, sempre diverse. Il posto è tranquillo, adatto a famiglie, coppie, bambini, e anziani. La spiaggia è proprio davanti all'hotel, dotata di confort e mare pulito.

Ich war glücklich - wie gewünscht- das Zimmer mit Meerblick zu erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für Sportreisende - joggen -ist die Lage sehr gut.

Das Hotel wurde in Teilen neu renoviert, das Personal ist freundlich. Es gibt aber auch noch alte Zimmer z.B. mit Uralt Fernseher. Im Concord war Internet WIFI ok, wenn auch langsam; im Janeiro dem Schwesterhotel völlig unzureichend, ständig Abstürze; auf Reklamtion reagierte man mit Entschuldigung und Obstteller.
