Hotel is only two years old and very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Excellent staff.

Very friendly staff and efficient. The downside was the cleanliness of room.

Great rooms, great view, great service, good value. No problem taking the train to center. GREAT breakfast. If anything the pillows were not good, but that probably depends on persons. Highly recomennded!

Minus: Hotel´s location in the middle of nowhere. Arrogant and impolite reception desk personnel, zero service-mindness. Plus: Airport shuttle. I would never recommend this hotel to my friends and business acquaintances.

This hotel is a little strange. Its nice in the room but the lobby is strange. Staff is very nice but layout of hotel and colors they choose for lobby etc is very dreary.

A good option by a train station and airport.

A nice hotel to stay if you are traveling from Kastrop Airport. If you want to go shopping in City and staye evenings in the city it might be better to chose a hotel in City. BUT a nice hotel indeed.

The hotel was very clean and still appears to be quite new. In fact, the staff are happy to boast that it is the "greenest" hotel in the world with a zero-carbon footprint. Great hotel, but not cool to get up early in the morning to discover that the shower did not work and at check-out they did not seem too bothered about it. At least one would expect some follow up, compensation etc. Nothing, just an invoice.

This is a great, new hotel with great staff. Excellent location close to the metro for easy, quick access to city center. It is environmentally sensitive which is great, but this causes the AC to be almost non-existent. We could never get our room cooled to a comfortable temperature.

Brilliant hotel, elegant, not over the top, with such helpful customer service as well. The staff couldn't do enough to make the stay a comfortable one. This is US style ultra modern hotel in a location quite removed from central Copenhagen. The only place in walking distance is a shopping mall (with fast food mostly) and the metro. If you are needing to stay close to the airport and not much interested in sightseeing, this is an outstanding value for the price...large size rooms, very clean and modern. […] The restaurant in the hotel however, is extremely expensive (breakfast for $35 PER PERSON!). Great Hotel, Great location (8 minutes to Copenhagen, 25 minutes to Malmo Sweden), Great concierge services. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The hotel is in the middle of no where. It's convenient if you're catching a flight the next day, but not if it's on a Monday! The restaurant is closed on Sundays, and the only place to eat is at the bar with a very limited menu. The television didn't work, and a staff member showed up at my door at 2300 with a rope I didn't order.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Copenhagen with family. The hotel looks quite new and our rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and I appreciated the fact that they had a basic free WiFi offering in addition to (faster) paid WiFi options. The location is easily accessible by highway and reasonably close to both the […] airport and city center. My only major complaint was the value: the breakfast and other food offerings are outrageously priced, and it's also quite expensive to park your car for the evening, though they have ample space for it. grat location..out of noisy city and right across from metro....toook us 10 minutes to get to the city center. Highly recommend this modern hotel rather than the old hotes downtown.

I can understand and pass on the unusual check in experience when we arrived - large tour group and not enough staff at the desk to handle it. BUT, a four star hotel should plan for these unusual situations and have a plan B ready to execute. Instead it was a bit of chaos. A simple "have a seat and a coffee while we sort things out" would have been […] minimum. Nothing. There are some real basics missing in this hotel. But first the good things: Location is great to the airport, breakfast is terrific. But that is about it. No doorman or bellhops to help with luggage; no one to accompany you to the room. I had to search for a luggage cart to load my luggage from the cab and bring it in....only to be told that this is routine procedure and that most hotels don't have doormen to help. I've travelled all over the world. Help me understand that response. Have you ever gone to a hotel where there wasn't someone to great you? No Pool. Response time on the phone under both "concierge" and "immediate service" buttons was an immediate switch over to muzak. I gave up after 20 minutes. If I had been traveling by myself, I would find this lack of phone service a real security hazard. Rooms are comfortable; supplies had not been replenished - had to search the hall for things. No Ice machine on the floor. It was broken and the sign said call "room service". Signage is a huge issue. Small sign on the front says "reception" to the right which leads to stairs to nowhere. Apparently there is an office building attached and that sign leads to their private entrance. In the room everything is programmed on the Television, but no sign to say all hotel information is on the television. When I eventually got someone on the phone to inquire, I was told, "We are a green building". That's great, but give a clue where to look, please. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT a FOUR STAR quality hotel. At the airport, the driver/concierge was great, helpful and accommodating. However, when we first checked into the hotel, inside our room was a broken chair and when I sat on it, I almost fell and injured myself. The hotel was so busy that they did not get a chance to check extensively that the room was ready for occupancy. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel even if it was for only one night. Close to Örestad station and the airport. The hotel shuttle bus to the airport was free and on time. Only about 5 min to the airport. I will for sure stay here again if I have a morning flight. Clean and fresh hotel, cool design.

The Crowne Plaza is a clean and very comfortable hotel situated near Copenhagen. The hotel is moderately priced and a great value. It is close to the Airport and offers a free shuttle to/from there, although the shuttle was a small car and can only fit 4 people. They plan to get a larger van. You will have to call the hotel or go to the SixT (car rental […] counter) for the shuttle when you get to the Airport. It is also close to both the Metro and regular train stations, which makes it convenient to travel to downtown. Train ticktets are sold at the hotel and daily ticktes are best for travel all day. It has a restaurant, though the food is a bit overpriced. The breakfast buffet is a good deal, especailly if purchased with the room. A large mall called Field's is located right next door, which offers both convenient shopping and various restaurants. There is free WiFi available in rooms and the staff is very helpful. If you book a site seeing tour, they will pick you up from the hotel. I stayed in a double (2 rooms) with my wife and 2 kids on the 20th floor and had a great view. This hotel lives up to it!s image. They offer free shuttle to the CPH airport. The ride is a short five to ten minutes. The downside of this hotel, it is not close to the downtown area. The front desk was very helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was great. We were able to buy train tickets at a discounted price at the front desk for going into Copenhagen. The conveniently located shopping center offered something to do in the immediate area.

The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle, which is very handy. It's next door to a mall so you'll have something to do. There is nothing else around the hotel though. The metro is right next door so going into Copenhagen is easy. Hotel business center does not have a scanner that is easy to use and you can't scan to your own memory stick. That was the only complaint. The hotel is great and the rooms very comfortable. Great hotel for an airport overnight., There is nothing in the neighborhood.

The room was large and a moderm bathroom with showers and bath tob are great.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. It is very comfortable, the service is great, and the location is in walking distance to rail (S-Tog) and Metro Station. The hotel's free airport pickup shuttle is a nice service. We were in Copenhagen for a day to get on a cruise. We were able to buy a roundtrip ticket directly at the hotel counter to avoid getting […] tickets from the ticket machine, as we won't be able to charge tickets to ATM (debit) card. We flew in a day early for our cruise in Copenhagen and chose the Crowne Plaza to stay. It was perfect. The Crowne provided free transportation to and from the airport and accomidated the three os us in one room easily. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. Absolutely a first class hotel near the autobahn, airport and shopping. Only drawback is distance to downtown Copenhagen, but that was not our concern when we found this great hotel most deserving of her "Crowne!"

All in all this was a pretty good place. It's more on the side of efficiency than on comfort. Given the location and proximity to the airport, I recommend this place when it has a reasonable price. But, I wouldn't want to stay here more than a single night... and that's because the bathroom in the room was poorly designed.... again, on the side of […] efficiency and not on comfort. A high step-in bath/shower, no shower curtain (much water ends up on the bathroom floor), and not very functional. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, the airport shuttle was great. The feel of the hotel itself is "cold" and not very comfortable... I think I'd have to hide out in the room all of the time to feel any comfort in this place. Nice Hotel a 10 minutes ride from CPH but if you book it because of the free hotel shuttle forget it. We waited 25 minutes and there was a couple that already had waited another 20 minutes before us. At check in we made a reservation for the early morning shuttle only to discover that the shuttle was full and we had to take a taxi (DK 100)

The Crowne Plaza looked nearly brand new and was surprisingly nice. They have a free shuttle from the Copenhagen airport (about 5 minutes' drive) and Frederick from the front desk was the driver and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very nice and I enjoyed some good food at the lobby bar/restaurant. The room was spacious and modern […] with free wifi.
