We would stay again. Its a very nice hotel and very friendly staff. But would like a suite facing the river, due to a lot of noise from passing trucks, day and night time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marv Herzog Hotel. It was cozy, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Nice hotel with a great view"
My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel and we both were very pleased. I would recommend getting a balcony room with a view of the river as we did (the other side of the hotel is on the west side facing the busy road). We had gratis snacks and 2 glasses of wine in the evening. Since we were right downtown, we walked through some of the shops and […] went to dinner. The room was very spacious and had a great 2 person balcony so we could watch the river boats at sunset. There was also a great patio below us with comfortable chairs and tables. The room was very clean, neat and most importantly - quiet. Breakfast buffet was also included in the price. You could fix your own waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. Awesome. The Marv Herzog hotel is a very good location for those visiting Frankenmuth or nearby shopping mall at Birch Run. The staff checked us in quickly and we were very pleased that our room was ready early. It was modern, comfortable and well appointed, in fact only downside was that our room was on the road side of the hotel and there was traffic noise, […] but that is not the hotel's fault- just the popularity of the area.
