Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 26. 02. 2013V hotelu jsme přebývali přes jeden předvánoční víkend. Hromadnou dopravou je kousek od letiště a vlastně i od centra (10 - 15 minut). Pokoj byl účelně zařízen a čistý. Nebyl problém se anglicky domluvit o čemkoli jsme potřebovali s ochotnou recepční. Celkově za ty peníze velká spokojenost:). Jediná výtka k jinak krásné Kodani (i když během našeho pobytu byla trochu rozkopaná) je právě k hromadné dopravě, která je sice čistá, ale občas se nepřehledně "šachovalo" s nástupišti i časy. Jinak bychom se určitě moc rádi vrátili na delší dobu a klidně do stejného hotelu.

Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 12. 01. 2013We paid 300 DKK for taxi from the airport, which was too much and made it a large portion of the price our stay. The hotel is nice and staff girls very friendly but announced that we were UPGRADED to a room we did not book and we did not really want... (2 single beds)... OK. Interestingly, at night, there is staff working who does not speak Danish (!), only English. There was a leak in the lobby, damping the chair and carpet; in our room, the water basin would not drain; the alarm clock had antenna cut off, so it did not work; the stereo did not have ANY antenna, so it did not work; television was paid channels only, so we could not watch. But these are just minor flaws, it was a nice place near the dock which we needed. The kitchen amenities worked OK. Check out process was rather weird, just handed the key and no final bill was given. No extra charge appeared on my credit card bill. Breakfast is very nice but too expensive if you need to pay it extra. They give you a card if it comes with your room. We needed to wait in the lobby for check-in time and also after checking-out, before leaving.

I was very happy with my stay at Wakeup Copenhagen. The rooms are small but comfortable; you may have problems if you're a large person or if you have a lot of luggage. The wireless Internet access was free and fast. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was right. I would happily stay there again. This is a great hotel if you like modern, clean, crisp and efficient accommodation. The rooms are all the same style and I think the whole capsule bathroom is a great idea. The location is nice, 5-10 minuts walk to city square, but don't expect to just walk outside and find nice bars, restaurants ect. You'll need a little walking. "Great Low Cost Option"
This hotel was exactly as described, a modern and trendy low budget hotel. It was clean, comfortable and not too far from everything. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with comfortable beds, good showers and a good size tv. Unfortunately even though the heating in the bedroom didn't seem to be on, it was unbearably hot so on the 1st night we […] had to open the window, which made it very noisy and the second night we reluctantly put the air con on ( in December!) This seemed to do the trick and after having a brilliant New Years Eve we eventually got to bed and fell asleep to then be woken up at 5am by people shouting and setting off fireworks right outside our window, some of which were so close I feared they would come right through. This went on for an hour and no staff seemed to think this was a problem as they were just left to get on with it and were not moved on. Everything in Copenhagen is walkable and the hotel is approx 5 minutes walk from the train station, which is about a 15/20 minute journey to the airport. The hotel is close to Tivoli gardens and the station. However it is a little walk from the city centre, we didn't mind this but some people may want to be within all the action. The hotel is on quite an industrial road and doesn't provide that cultural feeling that the city centre does. The room was very clean but quite small. It was very warm which […] was welcome after long walks in the snow! Staff at the font desk were helpful. Overall if you are looking for a cheaper option in the city, walking distance to the centre this is a good option. Everything is very overpriced in Denmark. "Cheap and excellent location."
Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the central station means that within half an hour of arrival at the airport you can be in your room. All of the major city centre sights are within 10mins walk including Tivoli park which is magical in Christmas time. The Little Mermaid is approx 30mins walk along the river and is slightly underwhelming but […] a necessary sight all the same. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel although the costs a reasonable 60DKK per person. "New extremely functional hotel"

"Great location"
Great hotel, great location, can walk here from the central station in 5-7 minutes. In fact on the train to the city centre from the airport, I saw the hotel with the big 'Wake up Copenhagen' logo on the side so it was easy to find coming out of the station. Rooms are small but very clean and functional. In fact, very modern, all glass and chrome. […] TV with some English channels, air con and a lovely glass bathroom! Would definitely stay here again, I believe there are 'Wake Up' hotels in other cities, so choose it if there was one in a city I was visiting. "Perfect hotel"

"Clean Hotel in Good Location"

"Basic reliable accommodation"
Rooms are very small, but certainly ample for a basic hotel stay. The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. The showers are wonderful! Check in and check out procedures went smoothly. The hotel offers only a continental breakfast for a fee, but next door is the Tivoli hotel and congress centre and it offers a lovely buffet breakfast for a fee […] of $75 krone each.
