Problém je dostat se z nedalekého (5,6 mil) mezinárodního letiště do hotelu inzerovaným hotelovým shuttle busem. Tento hotel není vůbec uvedený na přehledové tabuli s telefony do hotelů na letišti, takže se do hotelu není možné dovolat, aby pro vás vyslal bus. Navíc jméno hotelu se lehce zamění s jinými hotely, které na seznamu jsou (Comfort Inn a Suites hotels), ale nejsou právě Váš hotel Comfort Suite. Nakonec přemluvíte za drobnou úplatu řidiče, který jezdí pro jiný hotel, aby vás cestou do svého hotelu, dovezl kam potřebujete. S odvozem z hotelu na letiště sice komunikace na recepci lepší, ale na jediný bus, který je k dispozici se čeká ca 30 min. Pozor, snídaně jsou v ceně (+) od 6 - 9 hod a když se o pár minut opozdíte, máte smůlu (-), personál okamžitě vše sklízí a jste bez snídaně. Pokoje, vybavení a čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá.
Za ubytování dalších osob mohou být požadovány dodatečné poplatky, jejichž výše se řídí pravidly daného hotelu.
Pro případné vedlejší poplatky je při registraci vyžadováno ověření totožnosti na základě dokladu s fotografií a dále kreditní karta, případně peněžní záloha v hotovosti.
Zvláštní služby mohou být omezeny aktuální nabídkou při registraci a mohou za ně být vyžadovány další poplatky. Nelze zaručit, že budou dostupné.

"Fancy!"
First hotel that we've ever stayed in that had valet parking (I'm from Kansas, ok?) The bell boys were very accommodating with our luggage, and when we needed our car out of the valet parking, the attendants were quick and helpful. The only problem we had was with the receptionist who checked us in - she wasn't very friendly.

I was very pleased with the hotel for the price. The hotel was extremely nice! The only thing I wasnt pleased with was the valet service. The valet to entirely to long to get the car, but the hotel was AWESOME!

I had booked a clean air room, and little did I know how high the pollen count would be the day I got there. "Amazing Hotel"
The hotel was amazing it was so beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. They had a very nice lounge in the lobby, and the rooms were exceptional .I would say the only complaint I could have made was for the velet services. "Really small rooms"
Upon check in, the desk clerk advised that our room was not guaranteed, and that we should think about that before booking with a third party like expedia, or hotels.com. After refusing to check into a King with 4 people, he relented and put us in a double. The room was extremely small. I mean small. There was no lock on the sliding bathroom door, by […] design. There was no vending at all on the premise, in order to force you to bringing in drinks from outside or paying ridicules mini-bar prices. Room service was fair to good. The only nice person was the gentleman who brought the room service. The rest of the staff acted like they were doing us a favor. As a club member to this hotel brand, I was really shocked. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Nice and clean overall. WiFI expensive in rooms was the only negative.

"No coffee in the room? Really?"
I arrived at the hotel around 10:45 pm after travelling from SF to NY to CT to Atlanta all within 2 days. There was no bottled water, I was not given a key to the mini bar therefore in order to get anything I had to spend $50 on room service. When I awoke the next morning I looked for the coffee pot where I could make my own coffee while getting ready […] for a day full of meetings. Guess what. No coffee. I was not going to call room service and wait for 45 minutes so I figured when I got ready to check out I would get some in the lobby. Guess what. No coffee in the lobby. They sent me to the restaurant. I did not have time to sit down and have copy and there was no one there to greet me. I asked how far Starbucks was and it was a 5 minute walk not leaving me any time to go and come back. I would be hard pressed to stay in any hotel that did not have coffee. "EXCELLENT"
I had an excellent stay. I travelled to Atlanta, Georgia for my alumni homecoming and had a grand time. The hotel simply complimented my stay. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It's very upscale at a GREAT price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants an enjoyable stay in Atlanta at a GREAT price.
"Best Ever ATL experience"
I've stayed in ATL many times but this was my best experience ever. The view was fabulous. I was able to walk anywhere. The staff was awesome!!! I was in town for a event. And I had problems with tickets and the staff was very helpful while I searched for the ticket.

The hotel was awesome however the valet took forever to bring our car upon check out. THe hotel service was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

"Renaissance in Atlanta- Correct rooms please!"
Very nice hotel, but we didn't get what we paid for and made reservations for. Reserved a standard king size room but received a standard room with two double beds instead(not very romantic). Also reserved a deluxe room with two double beds for a friend and daughter(paid extra for the deluxe room) and instead received a standard room with two double […] beds. We were told that they had received our reservations two days earlier but had still overbooked and had given our rooms away. "Visiting GaTech"
We spent a 4 day weekend at this hotel. The facility was very comfortable, clean and the staff was great. Since we were traveling with our dog, we came and went numerous times, and we were greeted almost every time. Highly recommend. Certainly our "go to" hotel the next 5 years as we visit our student at GT.

The comfort, service and location of the Renaissance, midtown Atlanta was beyond my expectations. the service and comfort were top notch. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

When I book the room with hotels.com it said parking was part of the deal. However they hit me 30 a day for parking.

"Renaissance Midtown"
Even though it's not a Kimpton Hotel anymore, they still honor the pet friendly atmosphere as the former management. Great location and rates. This is the hotel we stay at almost exclusively now when we come to Atlanta because it is so central to all the things we like.
