Overall the stay was nice. The pool was very convenient but was extremely crowded. When in our room at the top of the steps on the second floor, the noise from the lobby and pool area was very loud. Wonderful stay! EXCEPTIONAL customer service by all of the staff who went above and beyond to help my daughter and I feel comfortable at the hotel and competent to navigate the city. And thankfully this hotel was tucked away enough to be quiet, but very easy to navigate to and from. "Enjoyed the hot tub"
We enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The room was big enough for eveyone, the breakfast was excellent, the hot tub and indoor pool was my favorite, however, the bed was a little too hard and made my back hurt whhich is why I enjoyed the hot tub so much.Autentické hodnocení od zákazníka Hotels.com

"Overpriced!"
The hotel was a bit run down overall and my room had a stench that hit me every time we walked in- even my 3 year old said it was stinky! I thought it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Aside from that the staff was friendly, especially Bridget who was a help and cheerful! "Excellent customer service"
The accomodations were good, but what really stood out was how accomodating the desk staff were. We needed the airport shuttle and our flight arrived REALLY late. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting us to the hotel, despite the fact that the shuttle service had ended. They were even better when we came back to stay there the night before […] our flight home and I hadn't thought to let them know we needed a shuttle at 4:30AM. Despite the fact that it was already late at night John arranged transportation for us and was utterly gracious despite the lack of forethought on my part. "Wouldn't stay there again."
