Location is good not much close by. Stayed here on business trip so met our needs. Nice place for base of our operations. Easy access to highway was what we needed. Restaurant on site closed? No hot water one morning; shower early??

Over-all this was a pleasant one-night stop on our way to Boston. The desk staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as some, but it was ok. came from Toronto on Monday Apr.22. Checked in with Felix at front desk...We were staying one night and travelling to Manhatten to see World Trade Center and everything else we possibly could in one day...and then off to Newark NJ to see the Devils play to complete my short trip with my father. Felix was awesome...totally answered every question and […] made every possible suggestion to make our stay very comfortable and smooth sailing. He arranged a ride to the train station..he had someone there to pick us up at the precise moment arranged to return. Everything was fantastic! No complaints at all! The pub onsite was very convenient with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The waitresses were very nice too. All in all, a very memorable father son getaway and we hope to definately return in the future and see Felix promoted....definately deserves some praise. I recently stayed here as part of a work trip. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, the room, etc. I was a little irritated that the lady assisting the man doing my check in was so noticeably annoyed that I was trying to check in an hour early. To me you just don't show that kind of opinion infront of your customers. The place is absolutely great for the price!! It pretty much deserves five stars for its price tag! Great helpful staffs, bartenders in the restaurant at the main level are very friendly, too!! The room has most of the stuffs we needed for the trip, but could use a couple pairs of disposable sandals, a small fridge and a microwave. Toll to the staten island is about 13 bucks and parking at the ferry is 8 bucks, so if you go with three friends, you r saving some money if you plan to go to Manhattan. We ordered 5 different plates of food. Everything we ordered was old, rotten or disgusting! To boot no movie service in rooms.

Booking the hotel on Hotels.com was very easy. When I arrived at the hotel the hotel staff was very pleasant and knew who I was as I arrived late. The lobby was inviting and clean. Once in my room... it seemed clean. I could tell the carpet was old. There was a sleep number bed which I don't really like. (personal preference) Pulling the covers back […] to inspect the bed and pillows I found hair. In the bathroom I also found hair on the vanity and toilet. For this I was not very satisfied. There was large flat screen TV in the room and a refrigerator. However, the TV picture was blurry. Overall for the price of the hotel and the reasonable cleanliness... I would stay again. My husband and I went to New York for Christmas and New Years. We transferred this hotel from midtown Manhattan for New Years because the hotels in New York were all booked up and we wanted to stay for New Years. The hotel is not as convenient as they say it is it's 75 dollars to get a cab ride back to manhattan and that's not including toll fares. […] You can take the train back in to NY Penn Station from the Rahway Station but it costs 35 dollars for two people each time and takes 40 to 45 minutes. This hotel says that they offer free shuttle to take you to the airport, train station and the New Jersey Gardens Hotel but the shuttle was not always available like they said it was. So if you have to take a cab to the train station it's 10 dollars plus tip and the same from the train station to the hotel. We couldn't even get the shuttle to take us to the airport when we left on the 1rst it cost us 40 dollars. Great hotel for business people but for family or even couples looking to spend time in the city you might want to look for a different hotel. The staff was okay helpful wise and it was clean and they did serve you breakfast but there is nothing to do around this hotel but to shop and the New Jersey Gardens Mall and that's it. As people have mentioned, this is no longer a Radisson, it is now an Executive Suits. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here while attending a wedding in Staten Island. This hotel was much cheaper than any hotel in New York and included free parking, breakfast, and WiFi. We came here for our honeymoon with the idea of going to New York. Overall was a good experience. Front desk staff was awesome, friendly and accommodating. The only reason why staff score wasn't perfect is they ran out of eggs and the cook refused to cook anymore even though breakfast had 30 minutes left. The stay was good but it is not anymore a Radisson Hotel now is Executive Hotel. The breakfast is not good and the beds need to be better. The area is an industrial area. You need to rent a car.

Great Hotel! The beds were AWESOME! Great staff that was extremely helpful in getting our directions together for a day in the City. The only minus...the shuttle driver was a little on the fast side; however, I guess you get that back east.

IT WAS FANTASTIC :D The place was clean, the maids were pleasant, and the front desk was always ready for you. The restaurant was very nice, too. Don't have to go far to get drunk.

Whilst a bit out of the way from New York, the hotel shuttle service, good sized clean rooms and friendly staff made this a worthwhile hotel to visit New York from. If only complaint the breakfast was best to avoid, bland fried eggs and terrible coffee, we decided by second day to skip the free breakfast entirely.

I was very pleased with the hotel, staff was very friendly, shutlle service to and from the airport was reliable and on time. The shutlle also delivered / picked up at the mall and train station to and from New York. Resteraunt / bar was very good although it didn't open until 5:30. there was a continental / hot breakfast, was good and free.

We traveled with family including my mom. My mom was tired from long trip and we got extended stay until 1PM. It was so helpful to her recovery. Breakfast was excellent. Only concern was that microwave in my room didn't work. I changed the power strength to high, even though it didn't work. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel.
