Hotel je na úrovni, sehnali jsme ho na tomto webu za úžasně nízkou cenu - nižší než většina pražských penzionů. Na recepci byla velmi milá a ochotná paní, vybavení pokojů je luxusní a velmi komfortní, všude je čisto, snídaně bohatá, čerstvá a chutná. Někdo může namítnout, že ze zadní strany hotelu je škaredé staveniště, ale to při pobytu vůbec nevnímáte a bohatě vám to vyváží poloha přímo vedle nákupního centra (se supermarketem) a zastávky metra. Do centra jsou to 4 stanice, tedy cca 10 minut! Parkovat se dá hned u hotelu na ulici. Sem se každopádně vrátíme.

Velice příjemný hotel s krásnou zimní zahradou. Bohatá snídaně, pravidelně doplňovaná. Pobývali jsme zde jen 1 noc, ale i tak bych tento hotel doporučil k delšímu pobytu. Hotel je celkem v klidné části Libně, v bezprostřední blízkosti metra. Vše bylo velmi dobře organizované. Myslím, že na 4* hotel i velmi přijatelná cena. V okolí hotelu není nic zajímavého.
Poloha
Hotel U Zlaté Studně se nachází ve městě Praha (v části Malá Strana), v blízkosti jsou Lobkowický palác, Karlův most a Pražský hrad. V blízkosti jsou také Katedrála sv. Víta a Lennonova zeď.
Charakter hotelu
Hotel v přepychovém stylu má vlastní stravovací zařízení (restaurace a bar nebo společenská místnost). Bezdrátové připojení k internetu je ve veřejných prostorách zdarma. Přímo v zařízení je obchodní centrum s nepřetržitým provozem. Služby na vyžádání: pomoc s cestovními záležitostmi a rezervací vstupenek, služby pro obchodníky a pomoc s cestovními záležitostmi. "Golden Well hotel - Prague"
Certainly well satisfied with the personal service and the well appointed room. The staff were enthusiastic and always willing to assist at all times. The location close to the castle certainly proved a bonus and the bed-time cakes each night were well appreciated. The location away from the main tourist area proved very quiet. A reservation for an […] evening meal is thoroughly recommended - we greatly enjoyed the first class food, service and the panoramic view of the city. "A lovely experience of Prague"
The Golden Well Hotel was a serendipitous find. It is a housed in a beautiful building, historical and very interesting. Our room was spacious, the views over Prague stunning and the Restaurant was excellent. Our first time in Prague was enhanced by our stay att he hotel. Highly recommended and well worth the cost.
"Great Hotel in an ideal location"
We booked this hotel having seen its high ranking, and were not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the location just below the Castle was quite beautiful. We really enjoyed the christmas cookies that were placed around the hotel, and best of all was the FREE WiFi. This is such a rare thing in Europe... Its ridiculous but most hotels charge […] a great amount per day for internet, and it was a welcome delight to not have to shell out an extra amount just for wifi. Our only serious complaint was the hallway noise. The floors are wood, and any loud guests or staff in the hallway on your floor can clearly be heard in your room. The hotel should look at ways to reduce this noise, like installing carpet runners. Having said that, I would still recommend this hotel because of the excellent service. Další informace
"High light of our stay in Prague"
Our stay at the Golden Well was wonderful and really was the highlight of our first visit to Prague. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a warm and professional reception by Theresa who personally took us on a tour of the hotel facilities while our room was being readied and our luggage were being brought to our room. The hotel […] is small but cosy and very well maintained. Great location too, quiet and close to the main activities at the same time. There is a nice little common room where coffee and tea is available all hours and they also serve light bites at 4 pm every day. This is great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Altho' we did not have a good window view, it hardly matters as we were pretty happy relaxing in the comfort of the room. There was also a nice little touch that every evenng, they leave a small dessert for us when they turn down the bed! The service at the hotel is really wonderful especially the attentiveness of the restaurant staff. We highly recommend this hotel to couples visiting Prague. Oh Další informace

The service at this Hotel was excellent, from the minute you arrive the staff are attentive to your every need. The breakfast was excellent and the food is plentiful . If you want to eat at the Restaurant make sure you book several days ahead as it is very popular. One of the very best hotels we stayed at on our holiday.

This small boutique hotel was wonderful. Right at the Prague castle. Views were beautiful. Restaurant was delicious. Staff was extremely helpful. Complimentary wine and snacks every afternoon was great
"Amazing service throughout"
The hotel is in a stunning location with views across the rooftops of Prague and a useful entrance from the beautiful castle grounds. It is only a short walk to the Charles Bridge, leading to the old town square and the more commercial areas beyond. The ancient architecture of the building has been sympathetically converted to accommodate guests without […] losing the atmosphere of a private dwelling. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with a stylish en suite containing a whirlpool bath. We appreciated the efficient air conditioning on our return each day. My only minor gripe about the room would be the limited drawer space. We ate at the hotel restaurant only once, but it was worth the expense for the magical views and delicious gourmet food. "Impeccable service in a great location"
From the moment we arrived, the service at Golden Well was superb - we were greated with refreshing mint towels and our luggage was unpacked for use while we relaxed. We would also recommend a meal in the hotel's restaurant - it is not cheap, but both the food and the views over Prague are superb.

Hotellets ansatte går virkelig the extra mile når det kommer til service! Omvisning og velkomstdrikk samt kart og info ved innsjekk. Vi hadde et komfortabelt rom med sittegruppe. Gode senger og putemeny. Vår hjemreise var sent på dagen. Vi kunne ikke beholde rommet da dette var utleid, men vi fikk et annet rom vi fikk ha hele dagen - uten ekstra kostnad! […] Dette gjøres om der er ledig kapasitet. Hotellets restaurant er en av byens aller beste og veldig populær. Husk å reservere på forhånd! Nydelig frokost, denne er dog ikke inkludert i romprisen. Perfekt belligenhet rett ved borgen, hotellet har en egen utgang som fører direkte til denne. Stille og rolig ambassadestrøk og bare få minuttersgange til/over Karlsbroen og livlige gamlebyen. "A great hotel should have great wi fi"
This wonderful hotel is one I would recommend to anyone, for an excellent, pampered stay at a wonderful location next to the Prague castle. The caveat only wifi (perhaps because of the medieval-width walls - was not very good.

Si lo que buscas es un hotel pequeño, tranquilo con atención personalizada, éste es tu hotel. Está muy cerca del centro, se puede ir a todos los sitios andando y yo recomiendo especialmente comer en su restaurante con inmejorables vistas de Praga. Es algo que no olvidarás nunca!!

Jag och min hustru kom med höga förväntningar till Golden Well och dessa infriades till fullo. Vi togs emot på ett personligt sätt med en rundtur i det lilla men välutrustade hotellet. På 4-6 våningen ligger resp. terass, frukostmatsal och restaurang. Alla med en hänförande utsikt över gamla Prag. Restaurangen är av hög klass. Servicen är omtänksam […] dygnet runt.
