příjemný hotel se vstřícným personálem, ideální pro přespání během cesty nebo při krátkodobé cestě. Pro delší pobyt bych ho ale nezvolila (daleko od centra Osla)

Byli jsme spokojeni, spali jsme 3 noci, 1 noc ve vedlejším hotelu Soria Moria také 4hvězdy(náš hotel byl plný)...Když jsme se po noci vrátili na náš hotel (12.h byla doba pro opuštění Soria Moria), ještě neměli připraven uklizený.! Je vidět, že Voksenaasen Kultur og Konferanse Hotel je starší 4hvězdičkový otel, na pokoji sprcha bez vaničky(pouze dlaždice, hned vedle záchod-nejlépe to nevypadá v dnešní době). Snídaně dnes už standard, ale dobrá... Výkon-porovnání cena, kvalita vynikající... Poloha-když jezdí t-banen, je to příjemná cesta krajinou z Osla. Od t-banen k hotelu 300-400m procházka krásnou lesnatou krajinou... We were satisfied, we slept 3 nights, 1 night in hotel which cooperate with Soria Moria 4stars hotel (our hotel was that night full). When we arived at our hotel next day (12 O'clock, it was the time when we had leave Soria Moria), our room at Voksenaasen wasn´t prepared for us.! Is it clear that Voksenaasen is older 4stars hotel, in the room was only shower which wasn´t divorced with wc any barrier and you stay just at the same floor (we miss any step between Wc a shower, which is just next-in present day it doesn´t look nice) Result-compare price and service=very good Breakfest-in present days standard, but very good Location-when T-banen function it´s really pleasant travel from Oslo. From T-banen it´s just 300-400m really nice countryside. Hotel is near from Holmenkollen ( 85%)

Musím ocenit příjemné vystupování personálu. Dále pak vynikající snídani v kouzelném prostředí. Hotel je výborně umístěn, přímo v centru, nic okázalého, vytváří dojem útulného domova.

Stayed in a superior room on the 8th floor. Very nice interior desing, comfortable bed, quiet room, only noticable sound was from the bells of the city hall adn the usual party people singing in the street. "Oslo - capital of sleaze?"
The hotel is very ok at a central location. B U T what has happened to Oslo? Nowhere else in Europe I have experienced such a sleazy atmosphere (and I have been to most countries in both western and eastern Europe). Nice hotel and location. I did not like breakfast room: it was crowded in the artrium, we could not find available tables and the service was slow. As a result - stressfull instead of relaxing breakfast.
"Excellent alernative"
This hotel is an excellent alternative for those who don't want to spend upwards to $300 a night at the larger international chains. The buffet breakfast (included) makes it an even better value. Granted, you may not get the over-the-top feelings but considering the expense of dining and travel it's a great offset. "Hotel Rica Victoria, very central location"
The area outside the lift on the 6th floor had spillages, stains & used tea bags, not a very good impression when you step out of the lift for the first time, and to find it still there the next day.

The receptionist first put us (my wife and I) in a room with two twin beds. The room was also located next to the bar. They changed our room the next day when we requested it. In summary, adequate service, very good breakfast, and excellent location (near the city center and metro).

Stayed for 3 nights At first had a twin room comfatable beds but noisy, was changed to a double room on top floor with a soft and sunken in the middle double bed which was not changed. Besides that exelent breakfast staff and location
"Great choice for Oslo"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rica Victoria. The concierge is very friendly and helpful. Some helpful things that I found very positive at this hotel: 1. Free internet and wifi - Also free printing of anything you need. 2. Location, Location, Location. You are right in the center of downtown and literally a 2 -3 min wakl from the port area where […] you can take various sightseeing trips. 3. The breakfast - it blew me away. "Excellent Hotel with Incredible Breakfast"
The hotel is really beautiful inside, esp. the breakfast area. The included breakfast is one of the most incredible I have ever seen at a hotel. Huge buffet each day that is like some hotel's Sunday brunches for $40. We got a very good deal here, compared to other Oslo hotels, which tend to be quite expensive. We really liked where we were--close to harbour, back a block from the main streets. The staff at the hotel was very helpful--explaining sights, trains, buses etc. The breakfast was very good, and room was fine, with enough room, but not large. It was off-putting that the air conditioner/heat could not be controlled individually by each room (although […] there is a control, we were told did nothing other than change the fan speed--that did not even appear to be true)--at end of day, temperture was OK, but not sure how that would have worked in colder or warmer weather. The phone system was also not working (explained as being upgraded--I am not sure if true either). "Rica Victoria in Oslo - great location"
I stayed two nights on a business trip. It is a significant walk (with rollerboard luggage) from the central train station but do-able (I took a taxi on return). The front desk was very helpful and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, roomy (but not spacious). The inroom coffee & tea and wireless internet kept me connected with work. "Great value."
We stayed at the Rica Victoria for two nights and found it to be a wonderful value. It was clean, comfortable and close to Karl Johans Gate and the waterfront. The price was very reasonable considering how expensive Oslo can be. I would definitely use the Rica again if I return to Oslo.
"Very bad experience"
I had a very bad experience at this hotel arrving mid-evening in the pouring rain on a business trip. THe room I was given on the top floor was virtually vibrating with noise from something on the roof - I immediately asked for another room but was told they were full as were their other hotels. "Great Place to Stay"
The hotel was great! The room was large by Scandinavian standards. Very clean, and close to the Royal Palace. Was a great jumping off point for many museums as it was a short walk to the ferries by City Hall. Staff was very helpful, and let us secure our luggage for the day after we checked out. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and tidy, but far too warm. Location is very central but on a side street. Overall, would use it again.

The location is just great. It's close to train station, tram to Vingeland Park, and ferries to the FRAM museum. The included breakfast buffet was very nice that you barely need any lunch. With the cost of living at Oslo, this is truly a good deal. The only downside is the 6AM trash collection. I would bring ear-plugs if I were you.

Great location for getting around the city. We took the flybuss into city and had a one block walk. Couldn't be easier. The Rica hotel is within steps of Karl Johans Gate and within easy walking distance to Ager Brygge and the Palace. The Bus from the airport drops you off a few minutes walk from the hotel. "Great location but no air conditioning"
I dont think many of the hotels have air in Oslo but we happened upon this lovely city in the middle of a heat wave. The hotel did give us a fan to use which was helpful and we stayed out till very late so that we would not have to smolder in the room. The room we were given was inside so their were no windows. The outside located rooms probably had […] windows that opened which would have been okay. The location however was great. Walking distance to the palace and the harbor. Staff was very friendly. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast as we flew out quite early in the morning. I would recommend this for price and location just not during the hot time of the year. "Excellent Highly Reccomended"
My stay in the Rica Hotel was Excellent. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly. The Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one and I will stay here again next time I am in Oslo.
El hotel es cómodo pero el baño no de un 4*. El desayuno los domingos se sirve a las 8:00 y los días festivos. En el viaje tuve dos días de estos, con lo que eso fue una gran incomodidad, aunque el último día me permitieron bajar unos minutos antes. El desayuno está bien y la localización buena.
