Umístění hotelu je ideální, jak pro toho, kdo jede autem /garáže nedaleko/,tak pro toho, kdo jede vlakem/do recepce od vlaku velmi blízko/.Na pokoji není nádražní ruch slyšet.

klasický, dobře vedený hotel, velmi příjemný pro návštěvníka, v centru Hamburgu. Pro blízkost budovy Opery výborné pro kulturní vyžití.

DAS Hotel Hamburg-Centrum se nachází ve městě Hamburk (Saint Georg), v blízkosti jsou Deutsche Schauspielhaus, Hamburger Kunsthalle a Ulice Monkebergstrasse. V blízkosti jsou také Radnice a Kostel sv. Michala.
Charakter hotelu

St Georg is situated between the main train station and the Alster Lake. It is home to beautiful old streets, as well as derelict alleys. Cheap tenements stand alongside five-star hotels including the historic Kempinski Atlantic, while Lange Reihe is lined with quality restaurants and boutique shops. Near the station are the Deutsche Schauspielhaus where actors perform and the Arts and Crafts Museum

Very easy to find and close to Railway and Bus Station. Reception staff were a bit casual but courteous and spoke good English, other than that all was fine. My double room was a bit on the small side but very well appointed, stylish and extremly clean. Even though the room faced onto the street, a good night sleep was had. Didn't make breakfast so […] can't comment on food and didn't have a drink at the bar either. For a weekend break in Hamburg I think it's a good cheaper alternative to the more expensive George or Atlantic hotels facing the lake. "Nice place but hade problem with bed n parking"
Great Hotel. The stuff are very nice and they can speech English :). The rooms are clean and modern. But we have problem with the parking, they didnt have place for us. Then we park infront of the hotel, but u can only park for 2 hour for 2 Euro, so u have to be close by to buy a parking tickt every 2 hour... Good room prices; location - 5 min. walking to central station; wide choice of cafeterias and food shops around; rooms are clean and modern; free Wi-Fi internet access.
The hotel and facilities are good as is it's location given that it is about 750m from the main station. You do however have to walk through an area of sex shops on route which may be of concern to some people at night.

Good hotel, very clean and amazingly quiet considering its location. Upon arrival and approach along Steindam it can be intimidating as the area is 95% Turkish. However whilst it is chaotic on the streets, it is as though someon has switched a quiet button the moment you enter the hotel. Overall impressions of Hamburg is that it is an excellent city break destination, you can spend 2-3 days doing the Alcester, Port, Hafen City and city centre. The Reeperbahn is smelly and although there is no litter (anywhere in Germany!!) it makes the Bigg Market in Newcastle smell like a rose garden on a Sunday... Good price. Nice design. The hotel has convenient location to city center, yet it has parking nearby, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. The parking fee was 10 euro per night, which I think is good price as big city as Hamburg. Yes the design is cool as you see in the pictures. But I wondered this hotel wants fashion models to be their […] guest? The sink and mirror were built rather high - it was difficult to use for short person like me. It certainly not meant for kids. We found it online and knew the area & the closeness to the big shopping streets. It was really nice to enter a new fresh lobby with modern look and friendly personal. The hotel is in great shape, with a very friendly staff, and great breakfast. It's walking distance from the central station, and bus station. The only down side might be the sorroundings, which are not very "family" friendly with all the sex shops, sex cinemas, and prostitutes during the night.. But all and all, very recommendable.

Brand new build hotel, only half complete at the time of my stay. The sinlge room was tiny, but fully functional, with large flat screen TV, wi-fi in room, windows that open fully, and great overall room design and decor. Far superior to other 3 star properties I've stayed at on Steindam.
Ligger dejlig centralt, 1km til banegården, og Europa passage ligger i gå afstand, med masser af butikker rundt om sig, havnen ligger 4km der fra, så alt i alt en kanon oplevelse.

Das Hotel liegt im St. Georg, 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und somit von der zentralen Mönkebergstr. entfernt. Für kurze Stadtreise ist die Lage also ideal. Die Gegend ist halt typisch für Bahnhofsviertel: nicht unbedingt für Kinder. Dennoch fühlten wir uns zu keinem Moment unsicher. Die Strassen sind immer voll, Polizei ist präsent (das Revier […] in direkter Nachbarschaft ). Orientalische und asiatische Läden/Lokale sind beinahe 24/7 geöffnet. Leckeres Essen findet man zu jeder Zeit allenfalls. Das Hotel ist neu, zumindest entsteht solcher Eindruck. Früstück haben wir nicht gebucht, sah jedoch aus sicherer Entfernung recht lecker aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Ausstattung der Hotelklasse entsprechend. Seltsam: der Fernseheher ist im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße riesig. Die Betten sind bequem, Decken warm genug. Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer könnte es selbst in Hamburg zu warm werden. Das Hotel bietet zwei Parkhäuser: unter dem Hotel und schräg gegenüber. In die hoteleigene Tiefgarage passen nur Standard-PKWs - für ein SUV wird schon sehr eng. Summa summarum haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. DAS Hotel er et flot nyrenoveret hotel, som bød på flotte værelser og spise/lounge område. Det ligger dejligt tæt på hovedbanegården for både tog og bus, hvorfra man nemt kan komme videre rundt i Hamborg. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Deres morgenmadsbuffet er ganske udemærket, dog måske en smule dyr i forhold til udvalget. Eneste minus var […] deres trådløse netværk, som var noget ustabilt. Alt i alt i hotel der kan anbefales. Sehr schickes und optisch schickes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Parkhaus gegenüber müsste besser ausgeschildert sein. Ansonsten eine super Lage zum Zentrum und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.Frühstück im Hotel ist preislich ok, aber geht günstiger ein paar Meter weiter im Backshop. "sentralt og fint! *obs, ikke familievennlig*"
Dette var et fint hotell! Arbeidende pratet godt nok engelsk og var behjelpelige :) Var litt bekymret for standarden da vi gikk fra togstasjonen til hotellet, da det er et litt lugubert strøk med 90% sexshops og kebabboder. Om du derimot er i Hamburg for å feste/shoppe, og ikke har noe imot dette, ligger det veldig sentralt til for en god pris.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr gross, aber dafür ruhig, schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, eine kleine Ergänzung könnte noch eine grössere Brotauswahl und frisches Obst sein. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm.

Ich möchte das Gefühl haben, willkommen zu sein in dem Hotel, für das ich bezahle. "sehr, sehr harte Matratzen"
Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen und modernen Zustand, auch das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt. Jedoch sind die Matratzen derart hart, dass wir nicht ohne Rückenbeschwerden erwachen konnten. Das Bettgestell ist auch nicht mit einem Rost für die Matratzenauflage ausgerüstet- insbesondere deshalb schläft es sich wie auf gering weichem Waldboden. Unsere […] Lösung war dann, beide Matratzen übereinander zu stapeln. Eng aber weich und damit keine Rückenbeschwerden mehr am Morgen. Další informace

Gute, zentrale Lage. Funktional eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Die Straße (bei offenem Fenster) auch Nachts sehr laut. Leider wurde mein bei der Reservierung angegebener Wunsch - ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten zum Hofe zu erhalten - nicht berücksichtigt. Die Betten sind sehr schmal (60cm ?). DAB hotel ligger centralt og er nyt, lækkert og rent. Godt hotel til prisen. Eneste minus er, at sengene er lidt for hårde, og at sengen til tredje person ikke var god.

på grund af sen flyafgang,måtte jeg bruge hotelles bagagerum.jeg måtte ikke selv sætte min kuffert ind i bagagerummet,Da jeg skulle hente min kuffert ,var kufferet stangen bøjet.det vil sige den var ike trykket på plads efter sat ind i rum.Stangen kunne ikke trykkes ned og var dermed ødelagt,Det var et kæmpe problem at få kuffereten med flyet ,da kuffert […] hade efter ødelæggelse en størelse de ikke ville transpotere.Har siden talt med ansvarlig .nægter de at tage ansvar ,selv om hotellet ikke har nogen advarlse omkring at avendelse af bagage rummet er på eget ansvar.Dette koster mig en ny kuffert ,desvære en mandarina duck ,som har en værdi af ca 3000.00kr.jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotel da dette kan fordyre jeres ophold .og i kunne i stedet have booket et 5stjernet hotel ,hvor der i den sammehæng ville blevet taget retfærdigt af denne sag .vh.jan Další informace
Eigentlich alles tiptop, bis auf die Betten. Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer bezogen von ein Bett kaum als solches bezeichnet werden kann. Die normalen Betten waren extrem unbequem. Ansonsten sehr schönes, modernes, sauberes Hotel.

Gute Lage und gutes Design. Meiner Meinung nach allerdings mit geringen Planungsfehlern in der Zimmerarchitektur, die den Wohlfühlfaktor aber nur bedingt beeinträchtigen. Achten sollte man allerdings, wie bei fast allen Hotels, auf die Zimmerlage, so dass man nicht an einem Service-Durchgang o.ä. übernachtet. Ich kann es empfehlen.

"Et dejligt moderne hotel tæt på alting"
DAS Hotel Hamburg-Centrum er et moderne og velfungerende hotel, der ligger tæt på centrum og mange gode spisesteder. Kvarteret / gaden er lidt "suspekt", men man skal bare over til parallelgaden for at finde masser af gode spisesteder. Tæt på U-bahn station, hovedbanen og butiksområdet. Hotellet er moderne indrettet, og meget smart, pænt og rent. Baren/loungen […] er hyggelig omend betjeningen ikke er helt op til standarden. Værelserne er ikke så store, men praktisk og pænt indrettet. Alt i alt et hotel, der i forhold til prisen varmt kan anbefales. Restauranten er asiatisk og serverer noget rigtig god mad til fornuftige priser. Další informace

Das Hotel ist in nur 5 Gehminuten von HB zu erreichen. Somit sehr zentral und bietet so sehr gute Möglichkeit Hamburg zu erkunden. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen eng. Aber sehr sauber und gemütliche Betten. Einizer negativer Punkt: Die Barkeeper (in der Nacht) an der Bar sind nicht sehr professionell.
