"Hotel, but Restraunt rather slow"
The hotel itself was fine but I ate with a group of colleagues in the Restaurant and the service was very slow, frankly I think they weren’t up to the job of serving more than a handful which was pity as the food was OK when it arrived (after about 2 hours).

Very nice hotel. Good value especially for Switzerland. Would stay here again. The only negative is Biel is pretty boring to visit. Recommend staying in Neuchatel if you have to be in the area. I was here for business and had rental car.

"Nice hotel with free wi fi and mini bar"
The highlights of this hotel were the free minibar and wi fi. The mini bar was stocked each day with 2 waters, a coke and an orange juice. The wi fi was free only in the lobby or bar but this was fine with us and much better than most of the rest of Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the cozy neighborhood. cons: no air conditioning […] just a fan and our room was on the side by a busy street. The shower also had no door. Gut gelegenes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer. Angenehme Sauna im 6. Stock. Auch die Bar ist gemütlich, Restaurants in der Umgebung. Alles bestens und komfortabel - vier Sterne Niveau eben. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, jedoch muss man früh aufstehen, damit man davon profitieren kann ... leider zu knapp bemessen. Schönes Zimmer, jedoch zu warm […] und ohne Klimaanlage. Es hat uns gut gefallen, durchaus empfehlenswert für einen Wochenendaufenthalt in Biel und Umgebung. Další informace

évitez la chambre 519 et ses équivalentes, à l'angle de l'immeuble et très chaudes des que le soleil se lève. Sinon, excellent établissement, y-compris le restaurant.

Goed ingericht en netjes hotel midden in het Centrum van de arbeidsstad Biel. Gratis internet verbinding. Een aanrader als je op doorreis bent of voor zaken in de buurt moet zijn.

Warum die Aufzüge nicht bis in die Tiefgarage führen (Aussteigen im EG, dann Treppe), ist mir ein Rätsel. Zimmer und Service sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist für diese Kategorie verbesserungsfähig: wenig Auswahl, großer Andrang, lange Wartezeiten bei Nachfüllung von Brot und Obst (an zwei Tagen).

Dålig "fart" på duschen, annars var rummet OK, tyst, lungt och skönt, eftesom vi hade rummet mot innergården. Vi hade tur med bilparkeringen, drekt utaför hotellets entre. Bra och gratis!!!

"Ein Schnäppchen in Biel"
Das Hotel liegt ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof, Nähe Altstadt, und ist mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Bar gemütlich, das Restaurant gut. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder dorthin gehen.
"Teuer, gut aber der Hitzperiode nicht gewachsen"
Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet und wären eigentlich sehr zufrieden, da alles stimmte, aber da gerade die ungewöhnliche Hitzeperiode in Europa war, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da die gebuchten Zimmer keine Klimatisierung hatten. Daher mussten die Fenster zum Schlafen geöffnet werden, wodurch der Schlaf durch den Strassenverkehr sehr gestört wurde. […] Allerdings war die fehlende Klimatisierung auch keine Überraschung, da das schon bei der Buchung bekannt war. Na ja, die Schweizer Hotelpreise sind im Vergleich zu den Nachbarländern sehr hoch, aber das ist kein spezielles Problem dieses Hotels. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen: 20 Sfr/Person und Tag ist da doch etwas viel. Man kann in der Stadt (< 5 Min.zu Fuß) dann doch günstiger frühstücken. Parkplatz 15 Sfr. pro Tag geht glaube ich noch durch. Also, alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man nachts das Fenster geschlossen lassen kann, also wohl eher etwas für Winter, Frühling und Herbst. Další informace
"voor ons doel geschikt"
het was een prima hotel met een goede ontvangst. we hadden geluk dat we een parkeerplaats voor de auto dichtbij hadden, anders weet ik niet waar we hadden moeten parkeren, er zijn vrij weinig parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel ( althans buiten ) Voor ons doel ( doorreis naar italie een prima onderkomen)

pas mal, prix ....correct.... sachez que les chambres "privilège" du 7e etage sont plus petites. Mais il est vrai qu'on était le samedi de l'Ascension... bouilloire dans la chambre très utile....

Bon service en general quoique perfectible au niveau de la procedure d'acces au garage de l'hotel. Le fait de devoir parquer son vehicule dans l'allee ad-hoc puis de demander la telecommande d'ouverture de la porte du garage a la reception, de reprendre son vehicule, etc, etc,.. un peu lourd. De plus lorsque l'on veut sortir du garage la procedure n'est […] indiquee nulle part et n'est pas evidente; A la periode ou j'y suis alle la temperature dans la chambre etait un peu elevee (pas d'airco); Diversite de choix pour le petit dejeuner dans le temps; si petit dejeuner tres tot=pas mal de choix; si plus tard=moins de choix.
