Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 5. 09. 2012Za největší nevýhodu hotelu považuji, že není v ceně internet, což bych od hotelu, který se stylizuje jako hotelu pro obchodníky na služební cestě (i vzhledem k blízkosti letiště), čekala na prvním místě. Dále mě u hotelu trochu mrzí neosobní přístup. Když jsem v hotelu už asi po desáté a recepční po mě chce vyplnit adresu a já mu řeknu, že ji má a minulý týden ji po mě nechtěl a on mě přesvědčuje, že tam není, tak to je jako kdyby mi říkali "Je nám úplně fuk, že se k nám opakovaně vracíte.". Když jsem navštěvovala na služebních cestách pravidelně jiné hotely a tam mi vždycky řekli "Welcome back", tak to víc potěší.

Datum: 25. 09. 2011Hotel relativně vzdálený od centra, ale jen cca 250 metrů od stanice S-Bahnu, která v krátkých časových intervalech jezdí do centra i přímo na zastávku Koelner Messe (ideální pro pracovní návštěvy veletrhů). Koupelna a pokoj naprosto v pořádku, dostatečný komfort po náročném dni. V hotelu je free wi-fi, ale s velmi špatným signálem ve vyšších patrech. Přes ulici je Burger King se skvělými croissanty k snídani.

We chose this property based on it's reviews and a good deal on Hotels.com didn't hurt. It was a short cab ride from DUS and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to Altstadt with plenty of dining and shopping options. "Radisson Blu Media - Perfect for a weekend break"
The standard rooms are lovely and on a par if not better than the rooms at the Hilton in Manchester. Very modern, clean and spacious. Out of the hotel turn left, there's a bakery that serves breakfast and a little further up is a restaurant bar on the corner (near Starbucks). It looks dark and dingy from the outside but is great inside (can't remember […] the name but it begins with 'E'). The service is great, large screen for football lovers but seperate seated area for those who are not, food is excellent. The walk along the river is great, further up and in the Alt Stadt is packed with bars and restaurants. Everyone sits outside & when it's a little chilly the heaters come on & it's just perfect for watching the world go by with a drink or ten. Taxi: Airport to hotel = 22-25 euro, Alt Stadt to hotel 10 euro (it's a nice walk but one night it was just too cold). The Alt Stadt rolls into Konigsallee & if you've had enough of walking around shops etc the Aqua Zoo is worth a visit. Just 7 Euro, catch the 78 or 79 U-Bahn. I enjoyed the stay at the Media Harbour hotel. The front desk staff was courteous as any could expect. There was always a taxi waiting outside. All seemed well. As I was in twon for en expo, and very tired on my return to my room, I used items from the minibar. On the second day, I had hoped to again, but the minibat was not re-filled, so I could not. […] And the person cleaning my room was nice enough to place my toothbrush and razor in a cup, but the cup had lipstick on it. I neither expected nor appreciated that. It's a 4* hotel that feels like a 5* boutique hotel. Room service ends at 9pm, they don't have a pool (do have a sauna that I never used) and no concierge, but reception will try to fill that role too. "値段のわりにただのビジネスホテルのよう"
ベルリンのラディソンが内装もスタイリッシュで、巨大水槽のある建物や、ベルリンドームに臨んだレストランがすばらしかったので、こちらにも期待してしまったのですが、内装もおじさん向けの、ビジネスホテルか簡単なラブホテルのような色合い。メディアハーフェンと名乗っていても、道路に面していて、ライン川(ハーフェン）への眺望もなく、バー・レストランの人手も足りず、暖炉の前などで飲み物を注文するにも時間がかかり、外国人客がざわざわしていることも多く、値段に見合った高級感や安心感を感じられませんでした。同じ系列のホテルでも、スタイルが異なるのですね。Autentické hodnocení od zákazníka společnosti Expedia

"tolle Lage - kleine Mängel"
Ärgerlich war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und wir bei 25° im Zimmer schlafen mussten - draußen war es auch ziemlich warm und durch durch Kopfsteinpflaster und Nachtschwärmer ziemlich laut. Moderne Einrichtung, viel Glas in den Erdgeschoßräumen und den Zimmern bieten einen hellen, freundlichen Rahmen. Im Dachgeschoß befindet sich ein kleiner Fitnessraum (5Geräte) und eine Sauna. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und […] freundlich. Bei Nutzung von Wochenende-Spezialtarifen (z.B. Bei Expedia.de) ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Der Frühstückspreis von z.Z. 24 Euro ist sehr hoch. Im Umkreis von 200 m gibt es jedoch günstigere Cafés, Bäckereien und einen Starbucks.
