Courteous, helpful and cheerful staff. Absolutely amazing interiors and spotless rooms. Only one minor issue - wifi should be standard now in all hotels.

We were there for our anniversary but it would be good for business too. Lovely old building with friendly staff and beautifully maintained. The restaurant is very good and the Imperial Torte is the best cake in Vienna. Vienna can be quite formal but the staff here are friendly and the luxurious setting added to the enjoyment - not too stuffy.

A stunningly beautiful hotel. Central location and within walking distance to most everything. The room was gorgeous, well appointed, as comfortable as a place could be. This a grand hotel that caters to royalty and makes all other guests feel that way as well. Excellent cafe, bar, common areas and possibly the most beautiful lobby and staircase I have seen in a hotel make this a magical setting. A truly lovely old European hotel. Elegant, but not overly stuffy. Grand and beautiful, but comfortable and easy to relax. The conceirge was most helpful with arranging tickets for us to see the Vienna Philharmonic at the Concerthaus. They were also very helpful with dinner reservations. The Bar is very cozy and it was nice to be remembered by the staff when we went for a drink in the evenings. Two minor downsides, in such a lovely and pricey hotel, they need a real hairdryer, not the one stuck in a drawer with a curly, high tensioned cord. Also, our room was on the front of the hotel. It was very quiet but they could use darker curtains to keep the light out at night. Bathroom was gorgeous. Location was great. The tangerines in bowl in the room were yummy! One of the finest hotels in the world. Highly courteous and professional staff. Everything you could want in a hotel. Very formal, but guests are made comfortable whether formal or in blue jeans (however I suggest bringing both attires).

Excellent building and wonderful staff. Everything was perfect. For the gluten free travelers, the hotel makes gluten free bread daily and the Imperial Torte is gluten free as well. Highly recommend those with a gluten intolerance to take advantage of this opportunity. Overall, an amazing place to stay.

This is supposed to be "The Best Hotel in Vienna"...and it's very nice. The styling is very Baroque, and that's cool since you're in Vienna...gilded and fancy...but with all that history and grandeur, for this price, you'd expect a high pressure shower, and a nice comfy bed. It is obviously an expensive 5 star hotel but the combination of the comfort, service, quality of the room plus the chance to sleep in a piece of history with beutiful private and public areas makes it "value for money".

A delightful hotel that combines old world elegance with modern facilities. Excellent staff, good food, comfortable spacious rooms and ideally located in the centre of the old city, close to major attractions. A great choice for a long weekend visiting the city.

Excellent hotel, service & staff. A genuine 5 Star hotel, not a 4 star hotel pretending to be a 5 Star. I'll be going back for another stay in December to visit the Christmas markets. I'm really looking forward to it.

From start to finish this is a luxury experience. If you take an Elisabeth Suite you get picked up at the airport and are provided with your own Butler! Excellent concierge. On arrival (Christmas day) they presented our 1 year old son with a gift. This was in addition to arranging a baby cot, giving us a great room, arranging tickets, transport, etc. Be aware that breakfast may not be included and it was 39 Euros per person.

The Imperial Hotel was the right choice for our trip. We stayed for seven nights and the ambience of the hotel helped us feel like royality. 新婚旅行の記念に一泊しました。楽友協会でのコンサートのチケットを予約していましたので、立地は最高です。部屋から楽友協会が見えるのもまた素敵でしたし、開演前にインペリアルカフェで食事をとり、コンサートの余韻を残したまま素敵な部屋に帰れます。レセプションの横にはその日楽友協会で指揮をとる指揮者のサインが飾られていたりと、このホテルが多くの音楽家にも愛されてきたことが伺えます。部屋にはCDプレイヤーとBOSEのスピーカーも完備され、CDもクラシックものが2,3枚用意されていました。国立歌劇場も徒歩圏内です。 コンサート前後の雰囲気も含め、ウィーンでの音楽生活を楽しみたい方には非常におすすめです。

とても上品な、素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフもインペリアルという誇りを持って働いているように感じました。お掃除のメイドさんはてきぱきしたドイツ系の方でしたし、部屋のテレビもフィリップス。ヨーロッパのプライドを感じました。部屋の鍵を受け取る際、初めて会うスタッフには、部屋番号だけではなく名前の確認もされましたし、セキュリティも万全です。日本人だからといって差別を受けることは全くありませんが、こちらも相応のマナーをもって泊まるべきホテルと感じました。
