Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 30. 12. 2012Very expensive breakfest, there was some hair in my bed, when I arrived (this is what I hate in the hotels). The WIFI was free in the rooms. There was plenty of parking space around (for free). The bus stop taking you to the centre is just 1 minute walk away (the buses operate 24 hours). It was a quiet location at night. Overall nice stay, just a bit better housekeeping would help.

Modern room but very small room with slightly bizarre decorations. I asked for a double bed which turned out to be two concatenated twins, with very uncomfortable mattresses. The staff were very helpful, keeping our baggage after we checked out, not bothering us when we basically repacked in the lobby. Hotel is excellent location if you're traveling through Cetraal station, which we did. Street is a noisy, but windows block a lot of it. Beds are narrow and not the most comfortable, but ok. "It is what it is."
I did not go to Amsterdam to spend my entire trip in my hotel room. If you plan to go on vacation to just admire your hotel room, then this place is not for you. The hotel is just down the block from the Centraal Station in Amsterdam and was easy to walk to. The place could use some updates as it did feel a bit worn but it was clean and was a comfortable […] place to lay my head and take a shower the next morning. The room was very small (This is Europe, not the US, after all) but still had enough storage space for my bags and clothes. Shower had a curtain but no door. Staff was friendly and helpful and the wifi was great. Many restaurants and bars close by as were many attractions. "OK, but beds uncomfortable"
The staff was friendly and I was updated to a 'nicer' room (I really wonder what the difference was with my original room). The room was fun and modern (still needed to be freshened up, though), but the design totally non functional (the lighting was awesome). It was small (something I do not have a problem with) and I ended up placing in inside the […] closet (which fits a carry-on/rollerboard or smaller). It worked well enough, but it really was the only place to put it... The shower was okay, but many might find issues with it. It's the kind where the floor of the bathroom is actually the floor of the shower (I have seen this type of shower in Egypt and the Middle East before, not in Europe). Luckily, there was a curtain, which limited the mess significantly (water splashed mostly under the sink and behind the toilet). There wasn't any counter space at all and the tiny shelf was about 5 feet off the ground. The room was quiet and overlooked a 'courtyard' (or a light well, for lack of a better term). While this wasn't much of a view (not important if you're there to sleep), it meant that the room was off the busy street and quieter. Unfortunately, the beds (two side by side) were uncomfortable. I switched from one to the other in the middle of the night... and woke up with a backache. This hotel would be fine for the single traveller if it weren't for the uncomfortable beds. Only thing was that the view from our room was a wall that had been decorated to look like grass. we booked 3 nights through expedia and paid online,by the time we checked in we still need to pay local taxes which is 11.85 eruos. hotel is right off the train station,next to a pedestrian street,close to the red light district,lots of restaurants around the water pressure of the bathroom is great,however,there is no room/space to set your personal […] items ,I don't like that. wifi was horrible, signal was low,it went out for 24 hours ,i doubt if they ever put any efforts in fixing the internet connection issue ,if they did ,there was no way that they can't fix the internet in 24 hours. It was excellent. Hotel across from central station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and although small very functional. The location is perfect. Cleanliness is average. And the television wasn't user friendly as there are only 6 channels available. In which 3 are dutch and 3 are news channels. Personally, that wasn't really satisfying. But it wasn't a big issue.Autentické hodnocení od zákazníka Hotels.com

"Not worth money..."
I have stayed here many times before and for the money it was a good deal but it has gone downhill. You now have to pay for any tv channels and the internet is to slow to be used. The location is superb, just across the street from Centraal station. The staff is execellent. The front desk was extremely helpful when I was planning excursions and determining how to get to museums within the city. The restaurant has good food, but the morning breakfast layout does not change on a daily basis. All of the staff were helpful ,and […] the food quality was good. The rooms vary tremendously. My room had two single beds pushed together. There are much better rooms within the hotel. The bathroom while clean does not have adequate shelf space. As an experienced traveler, 3-star hotels usually do not have bathrooms up to American standards, and mine was no exception. However, this is the norm in Europe.
