I had an issue with dinner which was resolved efficiently and to my satisfaction and without any bad feeling at all. staff were also very accomodating in find out local garage information and printing a map for me when I had car troubles.

Great value for the price. Not luxurious, but comfortable and clean. Easy on and off access from the freeway. Only problem, I was there on a saturday night and their restautant is closed on weekends, however, the town of Zaventem is less than a mile from the hotel, with many restaurants..

Nice place. Perfect if you have an early morning flight out from the Brussells Airport. Excellent breakfast, fair dinner, but OK if your not looking for a gourmet meal. Rooms were clean and well managed. If you have an extra day free, the hotel is within one block of the bus stop, and buses will take you to the central city location, for a day of shopping […] or sight seeing. Breakfast should never not be an optional extra. Either it is available and included or is not available. Another guest was unaware and informed after she finished eating that she owed 11 Euros. She angrily left without paying. Great breakfast but bitter/sweet. Taxi from the airport was 17 Euros. Checked in with my Wife at 10 PM. Reception was located in the restaurant. Had to 5 Euro right away for a local tax. Som much for Hotels.com all inclusive price. It took the woman at the reception and the manager 15 minutes to find out the price of a small bottle of wine that was in their diisplay refrigirator. Their conversation was in French. The […] final price was questionable... The access to the room with suitcase was laborious (outside steps). The room was very small and the temperature was 80 Farenheit. There was no airco available. The light switch for the bathroom was outside. The inside switch was for a strong heater that stayed on for 10 minutes and could not be turned off. Now the temp was 82 Farenheit. The bed was fine but the pillows were bulky and lumpy. No sheets, just a feather cover. Thin walls. The next morning the manager on duty refused us to let us use a knife and a spoon for our own fruit. He was obnoxious and unfriendly. He also kept speaking French while the office language by Law in the Flemish town of Zaventem is Flemish. Insulting to me as Flemish speaking. Since he was unreasonable, we left. The only good thing about this motel is it's proximity to the airport. Hotel was incredibly loud - all night long. Internet access was non-existent though they stated they had wifi. Room was warm and stuffy with no AC for relief. Front desk was very unhelpful upon arrival, couldn't provide us with any directions or local maps. We couldn't even find […] anyone at 8:30 upon checkout to complain to, had to just leave the key on the counter. We didn't have very high expectations, just wanted a few hours of sleep before taking an early flight home, and they couldn't even provide that. Další informace

When I checked in I told the clerk that I had spent a lot of time driving around looking for the hotel. I had the map I received on line in my hand. I was then told that that map was useless. If the map on your web site is useless, something should have been done about it long ago

In the summer with 85 degree temp in room at night, there was no airconditioning, no ceiling fan and a security light across the street glaring in the window all night. There was only one window for ventilation that was completely covered when you lowered the ancient exterior blinds. Campanile Hotel Brussels - Airport is five minutes from airport at reasonable taxi rates. But, if you don't get your wakeup call, you can't make your flight. Eleven of their room phones had been out a week. There was not a note on telephone to alert traveler to this problem. Staff had been informed to use the TV to wake up customers but the staff logged […] the wake up to the dead phone. I had seven minutes to dress and get into taxi. As a result of that, a $2,000 hearing aid went down the toilet. The hearing aid was my fault. But if I had had the time I allowed with the wakeup call that would not have happened. If a traveling companion had not banged on my door I would have missed my plane. The manager on Oct 15th said he would warn the offending employee. But he should have warned customers verbally at check in, put a note on each phone, ensured that the people in those rooms were actually awaken if someone had to go bang on doors. The rooms are minimal but in clean condition. The ones on first floor are dark because one has to use the shutter for privacy. The breakfast was good. DIY fresh squeezed oranje juice was good. Staff very efficient.

We got there about 11:30 PM. Hotel looked nice and tidy but we found the reception to be closed. There was a message in the window with our name. It said that our room was room number 3 and the keys could be taken from the table in the room via that window which would be ajar. We found someone else was sleeping in that room. We knocked and woke […] them up but they wouldn't leave the room and pretended not to understand. There wasn't any emergency contact number. Chambre glaciale à mon arrivée qui a mis du temps à chauffer. J'ai du garder mon manteau jusqu'à l'heure de me coucher à 23H.

Personnel de l'hotel qui ne dit pas bonjour. Murs entre les chambre tellement fin que l'on entend les occupants de la chambre d'a coté ronfler. Nous pensions prendre une valeur sure avec la chaine Campanile mais nous avons été décus. Chambre peu propre, vieillotte et petite. Seule sa proximité des voies rapides est un point fort. Dommage

.. das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, ist allerdings eher Motel als Hotel. Es reicht zum Schlafen. Das angeblich freie Internet funktioniert praktisch nicht und ist so langsam, dass man jeden Pixel einzeln erkennt. Völlig unbrauchbar.

S'il faut passer une nuit pas loin de l'aéroport, alors pourquoi pas? Vous en aurez pour 20 € de taxi pour y aller. A voir, n'est-ce pas?

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et à 20 minutes en voiture du centre de Bruxelles. L'accueil est agréable. Tous les équipements de la chambre fonctionnent et sont en bon état (sèche cheveux, bouilloire, TV avec chaines en français). La literie est de bonne qualité. On entend quelques avions le soir mais non dérangeant la nuit. Parking gratuit juste […] devant les chambres. Le wifi fonctionne bien mais le débit est lent selon les horaires. Udmærket restaurant med venlig betjening. God value for money overall.

Hôtel très calme, facile d'accès proche de la voie rapide.

prijs/kwaliteit verhouding kon wel beter, minimale luxe.. doorgelegen matras, alleen plastic bekertjes bij de waterkoker. Personeel super gastvrij. Door ziekte v.d. kok een vervanger en bijna geen keus meer van de kaart. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.Ruime parkeergelegenheid.

siamo stati con un gruppo di 20 persone Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie anche alla disponibilità di Tony che ha capito le ns. esigenze e ha fatto di tutto per venirci incontro. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Pas de navette pour l'aéroport et chambres situées au 2ième étage sans ascenseur avec de gros bagages à monter ce n'est pas pratique.

De receptie is heel goed. Men wordt van te voren goed ingelicht. Dan men op vluchten buiten europa 3 uur van te voren op het vliegveld aanwezig moet zijn wisten we niet. for that price you can not expect more, it was clean, receptionist was nice, didn't have any problem with booking taxi for 5 am, good for one night stay

O Hotel é muito bom, fica proximo do aeroporto, o atendimento é otimo, o quarto e o banheiro sao de bons tamanhos e super limpos.

L hotel est tres proche de l aeroport mais il n y a pas grand chose dans les environs.Pas de probleme pour trouver une place sur le parking de l hotel. La chambre est propre ,le lit confortable,il y a meme une bouilloire avec du the du cafe et des biscuits. Il y a un acces internet WIFI gratuit assez rapide. Je n ai pas mange au restaurant donc je ne […] peux pas juger de la qualite,par contre il y a une taxe de 5 euros a payer lors de l enregistrement meme si on a deja paye sur Hotels.com. j'ai trouvé l'hotel sympa. bien que les commentaires des precedants visiteurs m'aient un tout petit peu effrayé. Bon j'ai tout de meme pas compris pour les 5€ de taxes supplementaires. pourtant la reservation nous disait qu'il n'y avait pas de taxes..... En tout cas à mon prochain passage j'y serai.

Ok budget Hotel, but on arrival day we did not have any water, and it was not possible to shower... And it was no internet access from the rooms. The rooms were clean and ok, nothing special but ok. (When complaining on the water we got 15% discount). I was here on a business trip and took this hotel for the simple reason of the distance to airport […] and they had rooms. Will not us for business again because of bad internet access, but for a private trip when temperatures is not to cold or hot (bad heating and no AC in room) it is all right. Další informace

Nul.Impossible de manger un repas chaud alors que l'attente à la réception m'a fait dépassé 21H. Réceptionniste peu acceuillant.

La qualité de la restauration est vraiment "juste" et n'incite pas à y retourner

chambres sales, plus d'une heure entre l'entrée et le plat de résistance car les serveurs et le cuisinier étaient plus occupés à rigoler entre eux

Proche de la sortie d autoroute et la direction de l aeroport est tres bien indiquee. Chambre tres propre.

Campanile Hotels sind die "Etap´s" der Benelux-Länder. So darf man immer wieder den gleichen Standard erwarten, der sich durch einfache Erreichbarkeit und saubere Unterkünfte auszeichnet. Auch kann man sozusagen aus dem Auto gleich ins Bett steigen, weil es immer genügend (wichtig: kostenlose!) Parkfläche vor dem Objekt gibt. Ein Wasserkocher, Kaffee- […] und Teebeutel, Milch, Zucker und Gebäck gehören zur Willkommensausstattung ebenso wie nett und hygienisch verpackte Zahnputzbecher, Duschgel und Seifen. Frühstück ist eine optionale Position - aber auf die kann man ja verzichten. Wer einfach nur (gut) schlafen möchte und weiteren administrativen Aufwand scheut, ist in Campanile Zaventem gut aufgehoben. Další informace
