this place is incredibly budget friendly, and great great location within a block of the Presidio... the Muni pick up is one block over so we could park and leave our car! especially considering it has free parking, and parking in San Francisco can be up to $50 a day... The sheets were grayish and the pillows flat. The room was clean but no frills. The towels were also thin and scratchy. This is a no none sense kind is hotel.. If you are just looking for a place to crash between sight seeing etc it fits the bill. I would advise bringing your own pillows.

We looked for Knight's INN and only to find out that the hotel is actually named ALPHA INN. We did enjoyed our stay, but the staff was very frugal with the coffee supplies for the room. We ended up buying our own coffee, creamer and sweetner.

Pictures don't do justice. The rooms were scary and you can literally hear everything and everyone. The shower head does not have good pressure (or good heighth)

We are disappointed with what we found. The room was noticeably without care and malodors. Stained and dirty walls, stained chairs with stained/dirty upholstery and giving impression of poorly maintained. Bedding old and fraying. Staff was rude when I inquired about where to park, ran out after me to parking lot to yell at me! There was not a designated parking area, there was 7 super skinny spots that only a small compact car could fit in. There was parking on the street, not designated for hotel, but for anybody for surrounding businesses, but nothing available. It was warm […] outside, the pool was ready to swim in but was told not open yet. We were given the keys to the room and upon opening door it was still dirty, completely. Food and drink containers all over the room, dirty towels, and dirty bed. Not a pleasant experience. Advertised there was a continental breakfast which consisted of orange juice and coffee. For the price, i think it's pretty reasonable. It comes with complimentary parking too, so we save up pretty much on the daily parking fee. The bed is too soft, but overall it's pretty good.

The room was dark and dirty. The hotel itself was the same. But for $65 per night (early March) in San Francisco, you're not gonna get the Ritz. I wouldn't bring family here. But for an inexpensive room for one, especially for a busy trip when you're only there to sleep, it more than fits the bill.

The hotel confirmation included the information that a continental breakfast was included, which did influence us to make this hotel our choice. I was informed that their version of continental breakfast was a pot of coffee and a jug of juice in the lobby. That is not a continental breakfast, and should not be described as such. The convenience of the location and available parking really worked for me. The facility is a bit long in the tooth, but the room was clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable.

Ganske forfærdeligt,- allerførst hedder hotellet Alpha inn, de påstår at de lige har skiftet navn, man alle kan se at det må være adskellige årsiden.Morgenmaden som skulle være med i prisen , var det ikke og de kunne heller ikke tilbyde noget, da jeg bad om en forklaring blev jeg nærmest smidt ud.Værleset var nogenlunde , badeværelse var en katastrofe, […] gamle slidt og uhumsk, gardinernen i værelset har ikke været rengjort i 20 år, og airkonditionen var fuldstændig dækket i skidt, jeg kan ikke udelukke at det kan være farligt at bruge den, så kære potentielle gæst find noget andet , billeder er fine men det er foto manioulation når det er bedst /værst. området er fint med masser at restutaner- og så er det rimelig tæt på alt det interessante i SF- en fantastidk by Další informace

Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel pour les raisons suivantes: très compliquer à trouver car plus le même nom, nous avons découvert plus tard dans la chambre encore un autre nom... La chambre sentait la fumée, la fenêtre collée par la rouille et les restes de silicone, la ventilation de la salle de bain faisais un tel bruit que je me suis improviser […] électricien et même si la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue principale, il y avait un tel bruit de circulation...
