"Great hotel - Breakfast area a bit small"
The hotel rooms and location were great! The only complaint we have at all is the breakfast area. The wall causes the area to be single line fashion and very crowded. No backtracking if you forgot a condiment, you have to go get back in line. "Great getaway"
I stayed here with my two little girls for a spring break getaway. Access to Dallas and Frisco was easy and Grapevine Mills is just across the street. My girls (9 and 6) and I enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious suite. We hit a small snag the first morning when our toilet clogged but Senta at the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. […] All the staff we met were friendly and Senta was top notch. My only complaint would be that the pool was cold and looked cloudy. This did not impair my girls' enjoyment of it though I could not tolerate the temperature. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose this hotel again. Everything was excellent. We had a shuttle to the convention center every day and a free happy hour when we got back.
