S tímto hotelem all inclusive jsem byla velice spokojena. Velký, čistý a světlý pokoj s balkonem a oknem. Jídlo pestré, výborné, hodně ovoce, zeleniny , každý den jiná mezinárodní kuchyně a navíc možnost objednání do dvou dalších restaurací "a la carte". Personál milý a vstřícný. Centrum města v dosahu 30 minut busem. Určitě můžu doporučit i co se týče financí. Moře je díky větru hodně "vlnité", ale 30minutovou procházkou dojdete do klidného zálivu. Ovšem pozor, nejezděte v období amerických jarních prázdnin.

Hotelový interiér byl sotva dostačující, ale personál velmi ochotný a vlastní pokoj včetně sociálního zařízení absolutně čistý, voňavý, včetně trezoru a klimatizace, v absolutně bezchybném stavu se 100% funkčností všech zařízení.

The resort offers three outdoor pools (one with a children's section), a spa tub, a daytime tennis court, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Aqua-aerobics and introductory scuba-diving lessons (one per week) are included. Daily activities are held by the pool and beach, and live shows are presented nightly in the resort's theater. A Kids' Club welcomes children ages 4 to 12.
At AquaWorld marina, 2.5 km (1.5 mi) from the resort at Nichupté Lagoon, guests have complimentary use of kayaks, windsurfers, and pedal boats (transportation to and from the resort is not included in the room rate).

The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

"Same food every day"
The food was a disaster. The same food every day, lunch and dinner. The beach, the location and the hotel was ok but the food pulls down the whole thing.

Clean and nice hotel with friendful service. Price in line with quality. A bit noisy rooms and no Wifi in the room available. Very good location and view to to sea from all of the rooms. I can recommend to aperson seeking for a clean mid class hotel with a good location.

The hotel was nice but they gave us the room at 3pm without towels and still dirty. The mojitos were great! but they usually run out of mint. The food was great and the totopos awesome but they only had microwave in one restaurant.

I went to this hotel with a friend. we booked last minute and we were pleasantly delighted when we arrived. good location, beautiful place with access to the ocean. we loved the swimup bar and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to other people.

This place offered great service! Everyone that works there is very friendly. It is only 15 minutes from the airport, and it is easy to arrange for a taxi online. Everything is kept clean. The only complaint would be about the beds, they're pretty hard and the sheets aren't soft either. The room had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. Food was […] fine, nothing amazing at the regular buffet, but the Mexican restaurant had delicious steak! Plenty of seating around the pools, as usual people reserve seats with their towels in the morning. Drinks were good too, and there are bars near every pool and inside the pool. "Great Location"
Pricy but you pay for the location. The food and service in the restaurants was very good. The customer service desk was very helpful. The view and property was outstanding. We only attended one show and got there late but it was very entertaining too.

VERY NICE AIRY LOBBY, CANNOT BELEIVE THIS HOTEL IS ONLY RATED 3*. THE FOOD, THE SERVICE, ENTERTAINMENT WAS DEFINITELY 5*. INFACT THE QUALITY OF THE SHOWS AT NIGHT WAS SUPERIOR TO MOST CRUISE SHIPS WE HAVE BEEN ON. THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OUR ROOM WAS A STD ROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE NORTH TOWER, FACING THE SHOPPING […] CENTRE ACROSS THE ROAD. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND WE FOUND SEVERAL ENGLISH TV CHANNELS ON THE SET IN OUR ROOM. ALL THE GARDENS WERE BEAUTIFULLY KEPT. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR ROOM WAS JUST RIGHT. I had stayed here more than 10 years ago with my family on vacation. We returned and were very happy with our experience again. The staff is very warm and helpful and very accomodating.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no Hotel Barcelo Tucancun. Pessoal dos restaurantes e bares muito receptivos. Restaurantes com boa alimentação e opções. Vãrias opções de bebidas. Excelente localização.So faltou um pouco mais de animação na ãrea das piscinas.
"Ótimo custo-benefício"
O Hotel é muito bom, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, as piscinas são ótimas. Apenas o banheiro do quarto precisa de uma reforma, o chuveiro tem oscilações bruscas de temperatura da água, e os colchões um pouco duros. Mas no geral é um bom hotel e vale a pena.

Muito bem localizado, com atendimento muito bom e quarto confortável e bem limpo. Tive azar da internet está com defeito, o box vazava muita água p/ fora dele e meu quarto estava próximo ao kids e da lavanderia (apt 1019). A comida não é o ponto forte, apenas o café é nota 8,5. El aire acondicionado es un asco, en Noviembre a 28 grados y nunca pudo enfriar la habitacion a un grado de confort. no se como le hagan en verano. El menu de los buffets siempre fue el mismo. nada de variedad.
