We stayed here for two nights while visiting Disneyland and it's definitely a good deal for the proximity to the park and free parking offered on site. However, the property feels run down. It looks like it was recently renovated, but I feel as if it could still use a remodel or repaint. The bed was okay, not the best, and the sheets felt old. Room and toilet was clean. Location is alright with fast food and supermarket within 10min wall. Not as convenient as disneyland area but the area is very peaceful and walkable to disneyland. Only setback is there was no tissue in the room/toilet.

Check-in was quick and pleasant, staff was knowledgable of the area and provided information for contacting an airport shuttle for my return trip, easy check-out (prepaid reservation meant I could just leave the key card in the room; great for an early-morning departure). I loved here my wife and I went for a family vacation never had any issues not to mention the wood floor and tile bathroom with removable heads. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep somewhere clean and safe while on a family vacation

The room was clean and descent size. Liked the wood floors and the soaps. Beds were hard and fridge made a lot of noise. Also walls/ceiling thin as we could hear neighbors too much.

Dogs barking, sirens, hardest beds ever. Had to buy pillows because the pillows were so incredibly hard, there was no way to get a good night sleep. Also you can hear everything going on above you and beside you.

The pictures of the hotel are extremely misleading. As soon as my family walked into room we immediately were hit by the most foul nasty smell you could ever smell, it was a combination of feet and sweat!! It was so terrible we had to go to Walmart to buy several different types of odor removers to kill the stench. There was no ac outlets for our phones […] to charge and the beds were rock hard. They were extremely uncomfortable. When my 11 year old daughter woke up after our first night, her exact words were "I feel like I slept on a rock." For the price, this is a great hotel. Spacious, updated rooms with fridges and microwaves, very clean and CHEAP. Quick access to Disneyland via the ART bus. The bed wasn't real comfortable and a humming noise from the fridge were my only minor complaints. The office personnel could really use some extra customer service training. I had requested that my room not be cleaned during our 4 day/3 night stay since we were going to do our own cleaning but they still went into the room the after our first night stay. I went again to reiterate that we wished no one entered our room. The went in again after the second night of our stay, removed the TV Satelite receiver and remote and installed regular cable. By now this had really upset me. We had planned to extend our stay because we liked the Hotel and surrounding areas but after this experience, we decided to search another Hotel after our third night there and not use this Hotel again in the future. We had a terrific stay! The rooms were very large and accessible for my daughter (who uses a walker/wheelchair ) to get around. Nice bathtub (but needed a stopper), and never ran out of hot water. Loved the laminate floors, the granite, and soft paint colors. We spent most of our time at Disney, which is a short 15 minute walk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you don't mind listening to a refrigerator all night. The room was extremelly cold. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors. There vending machines were all empty when we just wanted to get a drink. The cleaniness of the place was dirty, you can tell the house keeping does a quick clean. […] The mattress was so uncomfortable, like I was sleeping on a floor with springs going through my back. They should invest on better mattress. They need to upgrade there TV to a flat screen. The only thing is that the flooring was nice. They need to purchase new towles because the ones they provide are awful. I would recommend to bring your own linens. There is a lot of improvements they could do to make the place look a lot better. The wall unit that provides heat and air, certainly needed to be upgraded and it is soooo loud. There is no fan in the bathroom. The lady that check us in, did not seem like she wanted to be there. This was the worst place I have stayed in since I have been using Hotels.com. Let me start with all the items that needed to be fixed in the room. 1. the phone in the room did not work. 2. the bath tub did not have a stoper in the tub so there was no way to take a bath. 3. The TV didn't work and lastly there were holes in the walls in the bathroom. […] I was so unhappy with the room that at 9:00 pm I was calling around to find another place to stay. We had to move to a different Hotel and it cost me twice as much since there were very few places not already booked being school break and at Disneyland to boot. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. For starters, the evening I checked in I returned to my room to discover the TV and internet didn't work. I tried calling the front desk. The phone didn't work either! Kept getting a phone off the hook sound. So I went to the front desk personally. It seemed like the front desk person/owner? lived behind […] the counter in another room because there was nobody at the desk but I could hear a TV on in the other room. Finally someone arrived and I explained my situation. They couldn't understand why I got such a weak wireless signal since their iPhone worked fine. (Sure, standing 5 feet away from their router!). They also told me I need to reset the DirectTV box to get it to work. Really? I need to do that? I tried the reset trick and it didn't work, so went to bed expecting to straighten it out the next morning. They assured me that if it didn't work they'd switch my room in the evening when I returned. While I was out, they couldn't get it to work either so THEY removed all my stuff and moved it to another room! I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate people going through my stuff when I'm not around. TV worked in new room, but internet never did. Meanwhile,50 yards away is a Starbucks, where the internet worked fine with my laptop. What else? Walls are paper thin and some people in from China were carrying on ALL through the night. I was attending an event at the Anaheim Convention Center. Everything near the ACC was either sold out or grossly overpriced. America's Best Inn was reasonable at the time. Staff was friendly. What got me were two things, the price and the laminate hardwood floors. Room was spacious for a family of three and we stayed on the bottom floor so it was easy access to our car. Pros: Did a baby wipe down on the floor and it was clean. We were able to see the fireworks from the parking lot, and windows open for fresh air. You can buy food and extras […] to stock in the fridge and nuke with microwave. Neutral: Locations about 15 to 20 minute walk, but you can grab a starbucks or goodies for your walk. We decided to drive and got to DL in about 5 minutes. Breakfast is a continental.. so donuts and coffee. Cons: Beds were very springy and hard. Back pains galore. The hanging rack was broken when we first came in and we informed the front, but it was not fixed the whole trip. The fridge made a loud ringing sound through the night. With the bed, the fridge, and the dogs constantly barking at the neighbors, it may be a bit hard to sleep. But if you were like us, spending the enitre day at DL, then you should be fast asleep. Also, plug outlets were not in convenient locations, so bring a extension if you can. Direct TV was so-so. We enjoyed the place and it's cleanliness. We brought our own supplies and food. We got in late and checked in. We reserved a king size bed and they told us we had a room with 2 queens cause they gave away our room. We were able to get 10 dollars off our room after much arguing but that didn't change the fact that we wanted a king size bed and the bed was hard as a rock! Never will go there again!

Nice remodeled room. Comfortable and Clean. More than a short walk to Disneyland. Suggest driving to Mickey and Friends parking which is a few blocks west. Street traffic is loud and you can also hear your neighbors. Turned on fan to drown out the noise. Mentioned to front desk that my neighbor had a barking dog.
