Very convenient to shops and only a 200 yds from the ski lift with a nice ski-valet service on site. Complex is really time-share units, not a hotel, so it does not have some of the amenity's (like internet access) we are accustomed to having at a hotel unless the unit you rent happens to have it's own internet. This hotel has an excellent location--close to everything and has fantastic views. The only negative--the underground parking garage, the only way to go from one building to another without going outside was disorienting

This hotel was quite nice! It is right off of Main street, so it is located in the heart of town -- within walking distance of everything. There IS noise at night if you have to keep your windows open. But...they provided a box fan that I was able to turn on to drown out the noise coming from the people at the bars down below. This hotel's location is great for walking distance to most everything in downtown Breckenridge. The downside to this location is that it is pretty loud after bars close-2am-and that you have to leave the hotel and walk down the mainstreet to access the swimming pool and exercise facilities. We loved the hotel. We had a one bedroom condo and it was perfect for my 10 month old, my sister, and my husband and I. We had a balcony on the river and at night we could open the windows and hear the running river. We had mountain views. The pool is on the river as well and the hotel is right at the top of Main Street where all the restaurants are. […] The parking was great, the ammenities great, everything was easy and great! This condo was great..nice condition, facilities, etc., BUT as other reviewers have noted, the noise coming from the courtyard, where there are a few noisy bars (especially Ullr's) made sleep impossible. Since there is no AC, the windows must remain open, only to hear the loud yells of drunken partiers reverberate off the walls until 2am. This hotel has serious noise and front desk customer service issues. I read other negative reviews and thought it couldn't happen to me, well I was wrong. Stay at this hotel at your own risk, you've been warned! First 2 nights (fri & sat), didn't get to sleep until AFTER the 2 bars located ON the hotel property closed and drunks finally shut up and […] went home. Called the front desk twice and was told once that they do have a noise curfew but nothing was done. Second night called the front desk and were were told "there's nothing we can do". There is no AC in this hotel so you are forced to sleep with the windows open during the hot months. Ceiling fan was too noisy to turn on in the bedroom. Morning of the 3 day after 2 very poor nights of sleep we went out for breakfast only to return and find our key cards didn't work. I pre-paid 3 nights on hotels.com. I had called the hotel directly after booking the resv to confirm they had us in for 3 nights and was told by the frnt desk person who really didn't want to be bothered by my call that they had us for 3 nights. Went to the front desk, explained we couldn't get in our room and were told that we had been checked out. Jesse at the front desk is the single most rude and confrontational hotel employee I have EVER encountered. Jesse should be F.I.R.E.D!!! We were told by Jesse that "there was nothing he could do", "it was not his problem", that he would not let us stay another night "unless someone paid for the room". I tried to show Jesse the hotels.com receipt from my phone (since that's all i had) but he didn't want to see it. He printed my reservation from his system and shoved it accros the desk and demaned we look at it. Again he repeated "it wasn't his problem, it was between us and hotels.com", that "we should have called the hotel directly and booked our reservation". The staff was great. Everything is conveniently located. The room was clean and a comfortable size.

This is a very nice condo type property. In the summer, since there is no air conditioning, it is necessary to leave the windows open for ventilation - which works very well in this climate. However, there is a great deal of street noise which is very noticeable in the rooms on the street side of the building. Probably not a problem in the winter.

At the end of Main street which is close to most restaurants. Big problem is getting to 2nd floor room (no convenient elevators) and the noise in the plaza till 2am.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Breckenridge. It's right on Main Street and thus close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice, too, and there was even a fan and humidifier in the room!

My husband and I live in the Denver area and stayed here for a weekend mountain getaway. Our room was very nice -- great location and amenities! It's a condo, so housekeeping didn't come in daily to clean or make beds, but that didn't matter to us. We loved our stay, and it was great being just off Main Street. We love this place, great location and clean, comfortable, well-appointed condos. We have stayed here several times before and will definitely come back again. This time, our condo was at the front of the building overlooking Main Street and late evening noise from the bars and street was a bit annoying. Try to get a room away from Main Street. We were […] here from Sunday to Wednesday and knew that we would not have daily housekeeping, but would have appreciated if the resort would have picked up our trash at least once. Hotel was very nice, great location close to all the main street restaurants and shops. Our studio condo was great except there was no air movement. the one window didn't let in much air as there was no way to circulate it. Noise during night from below was annoying. Great room with a great view of the Mountains, Great location also!

Vi bodde i studiolägenheter under vecka 5 2012. Dom var 3,5 stjärnor av 5. Jag upplever rummen som jätte fina trots att det "bara" var studiolägenhet och resten av hotellet kändes även det mycket bra. Personalen var alltid mycket hjälpsam och det erbjöds även gratis shuttlebus inom Breckenridge. Det var mycket nära till liften vid Peak 9 och skidhyra, […] restauranger mm.
