we were scheduled to stay there four four nights and the first night we got there, we were given a room in the 2nd part of the 1st floor which was horrible!!! I mean the lights were like white strobe lights, the rug was so old and rhin that when wed walk it would crease beneath our feet, the bathroom shower wa too small and bath towels were hand towels! […] I went downstairs to ask for a room change, and was told i can ask for one the next day. I went down to ask for a new room and was told there werent any rooms available however, I didnt believe him. I described the room we were in and they had another room available on the first part of the first floor!!!! Oh my !!! What a difference!! Completely unexpected with recessive lighting and everything! I later learned, that the pictures of those rooms are on different websites! Hmmmmmm Další informace

This is a very old building, but has been fixed up to accommodate modern needs. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had about a 10 minute walk to get to a main town square, but a pleasant walk. Good food nearby and also the train station which was very convenient when we took the train back to Paris! This hotel was worth the price. I can only agree with the other reviewers, the staff at the hotel is SO NICE! It makes you feel welcome! The hotel has a great location, just about 20 steps from the train station(where you can use an extended subway system and trams that get you anywhere, trains run very frequent!), and located in the beautiful old part […] Lyon. Rue de la Charite was full of nice shops, brasseries and some bars. However, the area is very quiet. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfy, just the carpet was a tiger pattern or something like that which is a bit odd but I liked it. The bathroom is a little more outdated but in functioning order. The only thing I would mention is that it gets a little hot and is not air-conditioned but if you are there before mid June and after August you will be fine temperature wise. this is a great place! I stayed in another hotel cross town in the newer part of Lyon for more money and was a lot less satisfied as with this hotel. Další informace

Hotel has very convinient location and staff is very helpful.We have very good experians with hotel staff.

The high point of staying at this hotel is the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner and his entire staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-located. Anything that was not in our room was made available to us simply by asking. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem due to the fact that visited Lyon in October and had wonderful […] weather. This hotel is very close to the train station and metro. (A helpful travel tip....do not take a taxi from the airport....the cost was $100...for the 2 of us. The hotel is in good repair and the room was modern. Easy walk to all sorts of restaurants, etc., and the old part of the city. The internet and breakfast were not included which surprised me but that was probably my mistake. Close to a large garage.

Nice hotel, polite, helpful staff, close to metro, train, and bus stops. Room size is nice although shower is quite small. Only negatives are that there isn't air conditioning and the parking, although close by, is expensive.

L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, rien à redire là-dessus mais bruyant : dans les chambres, le parquet est recouvert de moquette et il grince beaucoup. Les murs sont très minces (on entend les conversations, la télé et le parquet grincer d'une chambre à l'autre). Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.

Hôtel propre et chambre calme. Par contre je ne comprends pas la classification en hôtel 3 étoiles. L'équipement de notre chambre (étage 2 bis) mérite à peine 1 étoile.

Cet hotel était trés agréable et propre. Situé a quelques minutes de la place Carnot et de ses brasseries, on rejoint en 5-10 minutes les rues pietonnes et commercantes. Le personnel est de plus trés accueillant et a su nous orienter, que ce soit pour trouver un magasin ou un restaurant agréable. Merci :-)

l'hotel aurait besoin d'une rénovation complète au niveau des chambre. les finitions ne sont pas soignés et commence à avoir de l'âge.

L'existence d'un parking même payant est très appréciable sur la presqu'ile. Le personnel est très courtois. La chambre était propre. La teneur du buffet du petit déjeuner est un peu décevante par rapport à celle des autres hôtels de la chaîne, cependant elle est tout à fait correcte. Les seuls points "gris" sont: - l'odeur d'essence qui règne dans […] le hall et dans les couloirs et qui saisit à l'entrée, heureusement elle ne se perçoit pas au delà de l'entrée des chambres; - la plomberie qui requiert d'ouvrir le robinet du lavabo et la douche en même temps et de laisser couler l'eau 5 minutes au moins avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude, que ce soit pour la douche ou le lavabo Další informace

hotel correct sans plus nous nous attendions à un standing plus présent les chambres sont simples mais propres je déplore le manque de fleurs dans l'hotel et surtout les jardinières aux fenetres qui contenaient des géraniums gelés, cette vue n'était pas très agréable au moment du petit dejeuner. je pense que cela mérite un deux étoiles mais pas un trois […] étoiles Další informace

Godt beliggende byhotel nær offentlig parkeringshus og gåafstand til bycentrum og Lyons seværdigheder. Beliggende i rolige omgivelser. Hotelpersonalet yder en fortræffelig service. Et stort plus er gratis internet (WiFi).

Hotellet ligger ca 10-15 minuters promenad från själva centrum och de gamla stadsdelarna. Tillgång till garage till rimlig kostnad. Rummet saknade kyla men var i övrigt mycket fräscht och trevligt. Lugnt område och nära till de motorvägar som går genom Lyon.

Hôtel bien situé car proche de la gare et à 1/4 H de la pace Bellecour. Présence d'un veilleur de nuit, ce qui est un plus. Chambre bien équipée mais l'accès à Canal + se fait avec un code (payant ou non, je ne sais pas). La salle de bain de la chambre n'était pas toute récente mais restait correcte. Een hotel waar je nog nooit geweest kies je op de ligging, beoordeling en prijs. Wat mag je daarna verwachten van een hotel, een kamer met spinnenwebben, krakende deuren en vloer, petit ontbijt die wel erg petit is zeker voor de prijs die je ervoor moet betalen, klein bureau met krakkemikkige stoel als arbeidsplek, muggen alom en geen raamhorren waarbij […] een kamer op het zuiden niet aan te raden is i.v.m. de hitte in de kamer als de zon schijnt. Het sanitair was wel netjes en schoon wat ook het enige positieve punt was van de kamer. Eigenlijk was mijn enige positieve punt dat het personeel vriendelijk was en Engels sprak. Of er betere kamers zijn dan de kamer die mij was toegewezen weet ik niet, switchen was niet mogelijk. Een ding staat vast en dat is dat ik hier echt nooit meer terug kom. Další informace

le jour de notre visite à Lyon, il faisait 14 degrés en journée. malgré cela l'hotel n'était pas chauffé. L'hotel est assez vétuste et ne reflète pas du tout les Best Western que l'ontrouve ailleurs, y compris ceux de Lyon (celui situé Gorge de Loup à Lyon, à deux pas d'une station de métro est beaucoup mieux par exemple). bon hotel, pratique, en plein centre de lyon, encore en travaux

Jeg synes at hotellet var ganske fint, men det manglede dog nogle væsentlige ting såsom aircondition, køleskab på værelset samt at der var meget lydt. Servicen var for det meste god i redeptionen og det blev gjort nogenlunde rent hver dag.

Hotel bien situé , accueil et service parfait, il ne manque plus que la climatisation car en pleine chaleur estivale il m'a été difficile de bien dormir surtout au dernier étage de l'hotel

Hotel correct mais la chambre était petite et donnait sur une aussi petite cour intérieur donc très sombre et vis à vis à 3m. Et le wifi payant à un tarif excessif (une douzaine d'euros pour 3h) quand on considère qu'il existe des offre Wifi illimitée à 30€ par mois, c'est juste se moquer du monde.
