Conveniently located by a Metro station (Place d'Italie). Room was clean and well maintained. Room is a bit small with limited cupboard/drawer space, which is fine for a short stay, but would be uncomfortable for a longer stay with more luggage.

This is an Ok hotel in a good location, 1/2 a block to subway station with 2 liness. Several restaurants nearby and also a shopping centre. This is a smaller hotel that got a Best Western logo. this is a simple lodging solution for a travler that require a place to shower and sleep. i was out early so i did not try the hotel breakfast near by metro and shopping mall help to make my stay comfertable there is a china town near by with many oreintal resturants

We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As with all the hotels in Europe located in older buildings that we stayed in, the room was tiny but it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked just fine. The hotel is half a block from a metro station and the next […] street over has a parking lot (connected to a large mall) that gives a good rate to park your car for more than a day, so you can just leave it there and use the metro. This was a very nice, quaint hotel that is close to a bakery and the Metro. I would stay there again.

Staff was nice... Room very small. No room service. Continental breakfast very limited and expensive (not included in room rate). Metro close by (very nice). Many restaurants close by. Bit of a trip to attractions. Not a great value for the money. Last trip got a much nicer hotel for the same cost.

Nice little hotel surrounded by ethnic (Asian) excellent little restaurants. Day staff very kind and helpful, evening and night staff seem to be temps and therefore not realy knowledgeable about what they can or cannot do. Access to Metro and large shopping center very convenient.

Reasonable hotel in great location. Rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walk to metro or tourist bus links. Fantastic restaurants close by. Parking expensive (aprox 30 euros a day) but easy in the shopping center car park next door. Would definitely recomend!

The hotel was located really close to the metro. and it seems that many differerent trains would pass through so coming home was never more than 20-30 minutes away form all over paris. The room was small and the bed was springy. My girlfriend complained exerytime one of us would move the other would be woken up. The shower was small, not enough for […] both of use to use at once. we got a different room with a tub, but the tub could not fit us both eaither. (we are not big people). Located in a great area. Hotel is a little threadbare, but the staff was terrific. Definitely would recommend.

Great room for the money. Very clean room. Great location to stay (close to metro, 20 min to the Paris center, good and relatively cheap restaurants around), the hotel renovation mentioned in the earlier reviews had been finished, very friendly staff (the elevator did not work on the first day of stay; they took luggage upstairs, I did not touch it). […] Highly recommended. Ok, the room was small even by Paris standards but we couldn't fault anything else in this hotel. We had a fridge and a safe and the much-needed air conditioning was very efficient (maybe one advantage of a small room). All of the staff were very pleasant - try to speak at least a few words of French to them. We stayed at the hotel while it was being renovated. It looks like the lobby/bar will be really great when its finished. We enjoyed the location, very close to a main metro station. Only complaint would be don't expect a wake up call, even if you request one - we asked for one all three days and never got one. We arrived at a hotel that we thought would have some great ammenities such as a restaurant and room service; however, the whole hotel was under renovation. The Best Western Web site did not include any updates regarding this construction. The lobby was totally gutted without any flooring, paint, decoration, etc; the elevator was not working so we had […] to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and we were not offered to deliver our luggage to our room; we showed up and the room was not ready at check in; therefore, we had to wait an additional 2 hours before we could get in, which is probably why we were the only guests at the hotel since they only had one room that was finished being renovated! They gave us a key that did not work so they had to keep resetting it until it worked. Once we got into our room the door was very hard to open since the floor was expanded; then they started to hammer on our door to put our room number on the door immediately after we got in. Shortly after they started to paint the floor we were on without letting us know; therefore, we had to crawl around all the painting supplies and workers to get from place to place, in which I ended up getting paint all over my clothes. After we complained they said they could not help us and to try to stay one night. The following morning our patience was up when my sister had sparks land on her while in the lobby from the saw machine. After they got us another hotel to stay in we felt like we were living like kings and queens! This was the most ridiculous situation I have been in and we were were just happy to get out! I spent the night at this hotel 7-08-09. The elevator was not working and the lobby was under construction. I think this will be a nice hotel, once they finish remodeling. I did have problems with the shower head in the tub, but I notified the desk. The reception desk was friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and some details could have been better (window could not be opened, power plug hidden behind the bed, bathroom floor may flood if you are not careful with shower curtain) but good location near underground station and helpful personnel make it a good choice if you plan to go out sightseeing most of the day. 該飯店房間雖小，但交通便利、還算乾淨，不過飯店不提供煮水器，（即使提供煮水器也無法使用），算是一大缺點，整體而言，小住兩晚，還算可以。

The hotel visit was okay. Nothing luxery, but okay standard. However, the room was not as good as in other Best Western hotels. The location is fine because your have the metro station nearby and very nice restaurants only ten minuts walk from the hotel.

Ob das Hotel 3* verdient ?, nach deutschem Standard wahrscheinlich nicht. Obwohl alles vorhanden ist, Flachbildschirm, Minibar, Klimaanlage etc. fehlte es besonders an Sauberkeit und Reparaturservice. Notdürftig wurden zerbrochene Fliesen mit Silikon ausgespritz, Lampen falckerten und die Klimaanlage blieb bei mir, wegen des eigentümlichen Geruchs ,eher […] aus. Ob der Schimmel im Bad und der alte Duschvorhange (wir lieben es doch alle, wenn der ekelige Vorhang am Hintern klebt :-) noch als mediteranes Versäumnis angesehen werden kann, vielleicht. An den Dingen sollte man sich nicht stören, wenn man in diesem Hotel nächtigt. Dafür wird man mit einer Toplage und sehr nettem Service belohnt. Direkt vom Placé de Italie fahren drei Metrolinien. Eine direkt zum Eifelturm. Die andere zum Triumphbogen und die dritte ist die schnellste Verbindung zum Bahnhof (TGV). Der Platz selbst hat sehr nette kleine Cafés und Bistros und wird von Einheimischen ebenfalls gerne genutzt. Somit sind die Preise bei Essen und Trinken auch moderat. Good location, next to metro and butte aux cailles. Our room was clean, but not very new (old carpet for instance). Our King Size bed consisted of two separate mattrasses that were not of great quality. Nevertheless there was nothing in the hotel that impedes us from enjoying paris and ourselves.

Das Hotel ist für eine Städtereise gut gelegen und nur für's Übernachten gut geeignet. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, sauber, mit Kühlschrank, TV und Haartrockner ausgestattet.
