Pokoj byl opravdu zvukotěsný, to jediné byla pravda. Televize nefungovala, fén se rozpadal v ruce a fungoval jen při správném úchopu, báječné vaně chyběl špunt, takže nešla napustit, dveře do koupelny se nedaly zavřít. I really liked this hotel. Location is perfect, if you like architecture it's close to Victor Horta museum and some art nouveau buildings. Everyone was nice to me and price was also very good. I was a bit suprised that wifi wasn't for free and carpet in my room wasn't that clean as I expected. Anyway, I really recommend this hotel.

The good: the helpful staff was the best part of my stay. The bad: believe what you read on the review websites. I wanted to give the hotel a chance, but it lived up to the bad expectations. I compare it to spending time in your grandmother's spare bedroom. The rooms really, really need a makeover. The bed sagged. Everything was stained; walls, carpet, […] curtains, pillows (under the sheet) and bed cover. Thankfully, the surfaces, including the bedsheets, were clean. My business paid a ridiculous amount for the room, because it was what I could find at the time. Izan, please consider painting, changing the carpets and investing in new beds. Další informace

I often come to Brussels for business and am always amazed this hotel is not more expensive. It is beautifully furnished - boutique-like, almost Parisienne. Short distance from Louise metro and 10 minutes walk to the European Parliament. Only downside is that they don;t supply soap - have to use the shower gel!

Conditiion of the room was disgusting. Mold on the walls in the bathroom. A grape the "cleaning lady" missed was under the desk. Absolutely gross rooms, totally shabby. Bring your own shower shoes.

This hotel is about 20 years past its prime. The lobby was nice enough, but the room was ancient! Cracked paint, a mattress that felt like a cot with springs, a shower with a hose that squirted water out of every coil in every direction, and the room had a very odd smell that could not be attributed to anything in particular except what we decided was […] age mixed with prior smoke and people who didn't shower. The location was not near anything - no Metro even close, very far walk to the central historic area, only a small choice of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is located in a side street near a busy main avenue. Close to most of the public transportation, but if you're thinking to walk to downtown Brussels it's still too far away. The hotel has a renewed exterior but the interior is still old-fashioned with old building structure. This means that it won't have most modern equipment such as big, […] high-speed elevator or wide walkways. The room is small but clean, with okay equipment. I won't say this is the most attractive hotel but if you only look for a comfortable overnight and don't want to spend too much, it's still worth to try. Staffs provide a good service. We really liked this hotel, it was located near train station, metro station, close to all important objects. If we go to Brussels again, I hope we stay in this hotel. Room was cosy clean and I really liked bathroom.

The hotel is close to the must-see sights. It is a small hotel, located on a quiet street and the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. It provides free internet which is a plus. Buffet breakfast is reasonably priced for the choices provided. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Although the hotel shows some signs of age, it still has plenty of life. It was like a comfortable, good shoe. If you do not need a lot of extra amenities, just a nice room with efficient, pleasant service, you can't find much better than this for the price.

I did enjoy my staing in this hotel. The service and the personel is excellent. I can recommand any one to choose for this hotel. As a business man I have seen and stay at serveral hotels in Brussel, this one of the best. HvW.

The room was looking a little tired now. If they want better reviews then start thinking about a refurb. The hotel in general was ok but nothing special.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the bathroom is pretty dim. Other than that I was very happy with my stay!

It is a nice hotel. But obviously is more a 3 stars hotel than a four stars. Nevertheless, the service is good, the room was clean. No flat screen, just a old tv. No heating in the bath room, so it was quiet cold. Good location and quiet.

I was very impressed with the Hotel Izan Avenue Louise. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. And the location was perfect just a short half-block off Avenue Louise. I would not stay anywhere else in Brussels.

Very comfortable beds and room, nicely decorated, just no air conditioning in our room. The night we were there was somewhat hot and humid, so that was not thrilling. The staff however, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the area, great restaurants and shopping, but not super close to historic areas (which we expected).

The hotel is in a good location for those people wanting to be in the Avenue Louise area. ( A tram ride from the centre of the city). There is a good range of restaurants/ bistros in the Ixelles area (around 10 minutes walk from the hotel). Breakfast looked nice although in the absence of any details of the cost, I chose to eat at a small café over […] the road on my way to my appointment. Reception staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was well resourced and comfortable (with a very impressive bathroom). My only negative comment would be that the heavy bed covers and curtains are in need of a good dry clean, but otherwise everything was fine. Great clean beautiful hotel apart from a couple members of the reception staff who would benefit by going a a crash course for customer relations.....they were really miserable ! but apart from that a great priced and nice hotel i will be going there again

Chambre petite mais propre. Petit déjeuner très cher et pas d'en-cas dans la chambre (bouilloire, thé, tisane......) Parties communes pas très nettes (moquette tachée...) Parking possible, mais cher surtout que le stationnement dans la rue est possible. Rue bruyante la nuit

The Bed-Linnen had holes. Tiles on the bathroom floor were broken. The shower floods the floor of the bathroom. The fridge didn't work. That's all.

Meget smukt hotel og mit værelse var smukt og skønt. Sengen god og hotellet stille. Nabolaget er på kanten af et mindre red light district, men stille og roligt så intet problem . Bekvem beliggenhed for møder i den del af Brussels.

O hotel era excelente, os quartos eram amplos e muito bem decorados, as camas eram confortáveis e todos os atendentes foram atenciosos. A localização é em um bairro nobre a uns 40 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico e a uns 10 do metrô mais próximo.

Les chambres ne sont pas terrible, pour un 4 étoiles ! Chambre trop petite ! La moquette taché est à changé, la tapisserie taché aussi, trou dans le sol. Lit collé pour faire un grand lit. Drap, et couette taché, tâches de sang sur l'oreillé !!! Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, et la prochaine fois on essaye un 5 étoiles peut-être que....

L'hotel è risultato corrispondente alle nostre richieste: spazioso, pulito, il personale molto cortese. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, perché un po' cara. L'unica pecca è che è un po' distante dal centro: si può utilizzare il tram n° 94 o il 92; opppure la stazione della metropolitana "Louisa" che è a circa 1 km dall'Hotel ( da qui poi si può […] comodamente raggiungere l'aereoporto con un treno che parte dalla Station du Midi ogni 20 minuti circa). La zona però è molto bella: ricca di negozi e signorile. Bruxelles è un gioiellino: durante le festività natalizie è ricca di mercatini e offre parecchie tentazioni "di gola". Další informace

Sin embargo las camas eran muy blandas y las almohadas muy finas, lo cual era un poco incomodo con la cama tan blanda. Los baños estaban muy limpios y la habitación era muy amplia. La zona del hotel tiene muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, y usando el tram está muy accesible.

Das Hotel bedarf DRINGEND der Renoviereung. Der Eindruck, der durch die Fotos vermittelt wird, spiegelt in keinem Fall die Realität wieder. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und seit Jahren nicht renoviert (Teppichboden ist in katastrophalem zustand, Bäder extrem abgenutzt). het hotel ligt gunstig t.o.v. winkels en openbaar vervoer. koffie bij het ontbijt (goed verzorgd) was helaas niet lekker! zijn voor de art nouveau geweest en dat is er genoeg in de omgeving-fiets voor 1.50 euro gehuurd, die overal in de stad te stallen is bij vaste verhuurpunten.
