I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly suprised by a roomy-room! The pool was lost of fun and the hot tub was just the right temp. Breakfast was great! The breakfast staff is very efficient. Close to a store for things you forget (toothbrush!). Yes, I would stay again.

This hotel was very clean, the breakfast service was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling between Utah & Idaho that needs a great place to stay.

When we checked in to the Crystal Inn, we asked for directions to a resteraunt. The hotel clerk was less than courtious as she gestured in a direction. She did not seem to appreciate our bussiness. We just stayed one night before flying out of Salt Lake City. Hotel very comfortable, clean and quiet with polite staff. Pool looked good but did not use it.

We stayed here on our way to Idaho with our 3 kids. The room was nice and big, clean and comfortable. There was only one person running the place, but it was a Sunday and he, Bob, was quite accommodating. Bathroom was clean. Great stay for road trips.

only thing I would have changed was the fact that they put us by the smoking rooms which I don't remember them having and i have stayed there for years.
We did not know the area at all. It was 10:30pm and we were lost. We call the hotel and the young gal lead us back to Logan and the to Brigham to the hotel. She stayed with us on the phone until we got to Brigham. As we were driving through Brigham on our way to the hotel she called us back because she missed telling us about one right turn. By the […] time we got to the Hotel it was 11:30 at night and we were very beat. We were to ride in the LRRH the very next morning. 6:00am leaving time. She had new maps waiting for us in the morning, She watches our bikes all night long in the parking lot, and opened the breakfast room early for us. Contrary to the advertising this hotel does NOT have an evening meal and there are not many restaurants nearby. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Large clean rooms just off the inter state. Great if your traveling through to other places. Try the Old Grist Mill across the street for a sandwich! I'll stay again!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. If you are heading North or East, this hotel is in a great location to avoid SLC traffic. Close to plenty of restaraunts.

The hotel was very accommodating. My husband had to have surgery at the Brigham City Medical Center which was about a block from the hotel, making it very convenient for me. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and a frige in the room.....very nice. The breakfast was just OK. The first morning was very, very thin bacon, […] scrambled eggs that were quite dry. The coffee was very good and there were a variety of cereals, baked goods and juices to choose from. It is very nice and clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff. In door pool. Nice selection for breakfast, but not kept cleaned up very good from spills people made. We liked and enjoyed our stay there, except for in the room above us there was a child that kept running back and forth in the room, which was loud to us and about drove us crazy. "Good for the money"
I like this hotel. It was easy to find, service was nice, the room was nicer and bigger than I had expected with a mini fridge, microwave, etc. It was really good for the price we got. Would stay there again. My only complaint is the hallway at the top of the stairs smelled like cigarette smoke, but the room was fine, as was the rest of the hotel.

"Two Weeks in Utah"
I stayed at the Hotel for two weeks, the rooms were big and clean with a little counter area with sink, frig and microwave. I had a bad air conditioner that they fixed the same day I asked about it while I was at work. OK breakfast, ran out of stuff and slow it get it replenished.

My room was with a king size bed and a kitchen sink, with a partition to separate the two. Even with the king size bed, a sofa and the kitchen sink, there are still lots of room. I probably will get spoiled by ny two night staying in the Crystal Inn in Brigham City.

We are return customers to the Crystal Inn in Brigham City. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again in the future and have no problem recommending it to anyone.

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm and they had plenty of towels on hand. Just wish the pool was open a little bit longer every day.

"Poor Management"
I reserved a standard room with king bed four months in advance of the LOTOJA bike race (9/12/09). Arrived at the hotel (8:15pm) and was told that they'd overbooked and I was moved to a single queen room. Oh well, things happen. As I walked into the lobby, I heard commotion down the hall. Turns out, it was from 20-25 teenagers partying (loud music, […] yelling, noisemakers) in the main conference/event room on the first floor. After inquiring about what was going on, I was told by the front desk guy that one of the hotel's "associates" was having a birthday party for her daughter that night. When asked when the partying would cease, he responded with, "hopefully not too late, because your room is right next door to the party room." Of course, there was an adjoining door directly from the conference room to my room, making the noise significantly worse. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate being downgraded to the worst room in the hotel (worst due to noise that night) after booking well in advance. I was hoping to fall sleep early, and instead was kept up until about 10:45pm when the party and music stopped. It's not that late, unless you're hoping to get to sleep early for a 5am wakeup and 10 hours on the bike the next day. Perhaps in the future, this "associate" would be willing to occupy the room next to her daughter's party, rather than have a paying guest suffer the consequences of thumping Taylor Swift music and copious amounts of sugar and caffeine. "A great hotel a little off the beaten path."
The front desk staff were great! The lady that checked me in was leaving for the day. Seeing the other clerk was on the phone, this lady stopped, and checked me in, and the person behind me! Brigahm City is a little off the beaten path; ie outside of Salt Lake City metro area; but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The desk attendent was helpful in recommending a good place to eat dinner but since we were not from the area we had problems finding it. The room was large and had all the ammenties a traveler would want except for a local onsite resturant.
