I love the Hampton Inns with the best breakfast set-up I have found. Always considerate and willing to accomodate if difficulties arise. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Close to airport. Restaurant options are very very limited near the hotel. The business center was poor and I could not print out my boarding passes due to the connection speed of the computers. Very convenient to airport. I was able to quickly return my rental car before my flight.

Overall good hotel, a little in the expensive side for what you get but very comfortable beds nevertheless. Pool is tiny, but they have private covered parking.

The service was most outstanding at this hotel, from the double checking on ensuring if your room was up to standard to finding a microwave oven at 2:00 am in themorning to assist me in heating up a snack. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and business colleagues.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it will definitely not be my last. The location of this hotel is ideal. It's close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle service that is always on time. You're just about 10-15minutes away from shopping and there are 24hr Wallgreens and CVS just across the road. Case in point, I returned to the hotel at 2 am and purchased one of the frozen dinners available in the 24hr cafe at the hotel. I proceeded to the 24hr kitchen on the 2nd floor to heat up with the microwave. The microwave was not working and the hotel staff immediately came to investigate with them finally bringing in a spare unit for me to use. This was most welcomed and much appreciated. NO COMPLAINTS IS AN A FIVE STAR HOTEL . BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE IF YOU RENT A CAR, TO GET OUT OF THE AIRPORT IS VERY CONFUSE. THE HOTEL AREA IS PERFECT, A LOT OF RESTAURANTS, PUBLIX SUPERMARKET, WALGREENS ETC.. IS JUST PERFECT !!

My husband and I found the hotel to be just what we needed for our long business/pleasure weekend. My husband was comfortable staying at the hotel during the day spending time at the pool and in the comfort of our room. Hotel is very convenient to Miami Inter'l Airport and 10 minute free shuttle every half hour makes it easy. Got upgraded to a suite which worked out great when the free buffet breakfast had no seating and we were able to eat in our own kitchen. This hotel is closelylocated near the Miami airport; this is why we chose it. The hotel was nice enough....friendly staff, comfortable room and beautiful outdoor pool and hottub. We decided after checking in to walk around the neighborhood to see what we could find in walking distance for dinner later that evening. Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Breakfast was great...we had an early call and they had bagged "To Go" breakfasts for us that were perfect! Business center is small but served it's purpose. Only complaint was that the hot tub heater was not working and the pool is very small. Otherwise, very nice hotel!

It was 110% better than the last hotel stayed at through hotel.com. They allowed early check-in , internet access and a great meal in the morning. Highly reccomended

So many pluses.. 1 exit from the Airport, FREE COVERED parking, next to drugstores, fast food restaurants, and grocery store..Only 9 miles from the event that I was attending. All this, plus free breakfast too. I can't wait to stay there next year.

After a week-long cruise, I needed a place to stay that was close to the airport yet still close to shopping to finish off my Miami trip. Hampton Inn and Suites was it! Although check in time was not until 3, because of our cruise disembarkment time, we arrived at the hotel about 11:30 AM. We checked in by 1 PM. They were very friendly and accommodating. I also really liked that there was a garage that was only accessibly by swiping your room key so I was comfortable leaving out rental car in their. Breakfast was complimentary each morning and even when we had to leave 4:30 AM to catch our flight, there was a bagged breakfast to go which was a very nice touch. They also had computers with Internet access and a printer so we could print off our boarding passes. I can't comment much on the rest of the hotel ammenitites as, I never looked around. Arrived in Miami after 11pm, hotel shuttle service still operated with short ride to hotel from airport. Greeted at registration desk by efficient and informative staff who processed our check in quickly.

I was very pleased that they had a "grab and go" breakfast bag because my flight left before the breakfast hours began!!

NIce Hotel! Very convenient to the Airport. Short trip to the Port of Miami. Clean hotel. Great breakfast. The hotel had a security officer at the front door during the evening, but the surrounding area seemed pretty nice. I think it showed extra concern for their customers. I'd definitely stay here again!

We were very satisfied with our experience at this location. The room was clean and the location was very convenient to the airport. They had a very good selection variety at the complimentary breakfast bar and even provide a bagged "breakfast on the go" for those who are in a hurry to catch a flight!

Returning from Cuba, I decided to stay overnight at the airport rather than rushing that day to get home & was very happy with my stay at The Hampton Inn at Miami Airport. Both shuttle drivers I experienced were extremely helpful and kind - frequently not the case when traveling. Check-in took a minute or less and the room was very clean and it overlooked […] the airport and a canal - actually an interesting view. The location was also very good, as I was able to walk easily to a CVS, a supermarket and Starbucks- - all of which (plus more stores) are across the street from hotel. The hotel recommended a place for dinner that was close by and the shuttle took me there, and picked me up, and it was an excellent choice - and I love food so am quite picky! The only problem I encountered was when I tried to print my boarding pass on the Hampton Inn computers (use is free). I don't know if it was the computer, or the Delta website, but I had a lot of difficulty and had to try several different times before I had success. The computer was set up to make it easy but it didn't work for me. If I had to stay overnight at Miami Airport again, I would definitely stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Další informace

We chose this hotel because of previous reviews and location. The good reviews previously listed are all true. Printer was not working in hotel business center, so we could not print boarding passes. Pretty inexcusable in an airport hotel.

We were initally disappointed - it took a long time for the shuttle bus to come (other hotel shuttles passed twice before we saw one for this accomodation - in fact I called the inn to make sure the shuttle was running and we were about to grab a cab) and it was a little further from the airport than we expected. However, the Inn was just what we needed […] for a lay over night in Miami. There is a mall across the street with two restaurants in it, and a 24 hour Walgreens if you need anything. I wouldn't stay out super late in the neighborhood, but we (two women) felt safe enough. The hotel was very clean, there was a ton of hot water, and it was as advertised. They have a hot breakfast buffet (OK) but more importantly "bagged breakfasts to go" for those of us in a rush (apple, breakfast bar, water and muffin). Really liked that. There is a small on-site store where you could purchase a soda, beer, or snacks. We loved that there was a coin op laundry on site if needed, and that the soda machines were not overpriced (don't you hate it when lodgings gouge you for a cold soda or water??). All in all, we would stay there again for a layover accomodation. I think if I were on a vacation I would try to upgrade a bit. Didn't see the pool - but did see kids in bathing suits that looked happy! The room was nice and the bed felt like it had a memory foam on it. Upon checking in to the hotel we asked for a quiet room We were surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to care that our stay would be comfortable. Everyone was courteous and eager to please. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was clean and as advertised. There were a couple of places to eat within walking distance. The hotel helped arrange transportation for us to the cruise terminal the next morning. Our room was quiet. We did not hear any plane noise although it is close to the airport. This hotel is a good value for the price.

The hotel staff was wonderful! I appreciate that there is coffee available even after the breakfast is over (for those of us who are all-day drinkers!) Great value for the money! The surrounding neighborhood offers lots of dining options that are easily within walking distance.

The majority of guests on a Saturday night in December were scheduled for cruises to depart on Sunday. The hotel contracts privately for transportation to the cruise port. The company seemed unprepared for the number of guests needing transportation and had difficulty getting all guests to the port in a timely matter. We are very happy that we stayed here. The Suites have a sleeper sofa and the kitchen was very well equipped. The hot breakfast buffet was good too and the staff was very friendly. Not the most luxurious but very clean and kid freindly.

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. People very friendly. Breakfast was good. Had to walk to places for dinner but they were close enough. Was a nice stay.
