There was food on the floor, as if it had not been swept/cleaned since the last person stayed in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel like I was in a 5 stat hotel, but I felt comfortable, clean, and taken care of. It felt like a more expensive hotel. I was very happy with the room.

The hotel was in a great area, very convenient to many restaurants, easy check-in, and a clean, comfortable room. You can't beat it for the price! My room was on the first floor and very quiet. I would stay there again and highly recommend it for others.

I loved the fact that there was a mini kitchen in the room so that I can cook and prepare food rather than always eating out while on vacation. I'll definitely try and book at an extended stay next time. The hotel was clean and in a decent area.

For $55 a night, hard to beat. If you're looking for marble bathrooms, plush lobbies, this is not for you. But for a good, clean room, great bed and plenty of space, you can't beat this place. Everything was great until smoke kept coming through my vent on the first floor. I really hate cigarette smoke. But other than that, it was great. Safe, nice, and comfy beds.

I originally reserved a king bed room, and noted that one of us had allergies. We were placed on the second floor, which has significant issues with smoke from the smoking floor on the third floor due to a connected ventilation system in the bathrooms. The night staff moved us to a 1st floor room, but only a two double room was available. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was nice, hotel was overall in pretty good shape. The room could have been a little cleaner, but was not terrible. Small complaints would be the shower head (leaky), the pillows and bed comfort were just not that good, and the grab and go breakfast didn't start until 7 (some people work early!!). Everything was great. The room was clean as well as the appliances and utensils. I was in STL for a week and stayed at 4 Extended Stays. This would be the best. The only complaint I have that could ruin the rating is the housekeeping guy walking in the my room in the morning while I was in bed. Luckily I had the latch on the door. even though the room was clean i did not like the smell of rotten banana when i enter the room.It might be that banana was left rotten in the room before being cleared.The scent was ever present.

Not much around the location, but one exit up there were alot of restaurants, etc.,. Room was clean and had pretty much everything you need.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. My children and I live in Florida while my siblings live in South Dakota. This was the half way point for us. I searched online to find a reasonably priced hotel and Extended Stay America was the one I chose. There were 9 of us all together, so having a refrigerator, stove and […] microwave kept our eating expenses quite low. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. (I only have one minor complaint: when we moved the arm chair and ottoman, we found two empty gatorade bottles that were under the chair.
