Hodnocení zadal host společnosti Hotels.com 13. 08. 2011Byl jsem velmi příjemně překvapen. Vše - pokoj, personál, cena, čistota atd., hodnotím skvěle. Hotel se sice nenachází přímo v centru, ale je jen pár kroků od metra. Okolí hotelu je velmi hezké, je zde krásný park, FED a dobré restaurace. Zvlášť bych doporučil italskou restauraci nacházející se přes ulici od FEDU, na druhé straně od hotelu. Měl jsem s hotelem jediný problém, a to bylo Wi-Fi. Asi 90% času nefungovalo a když fungovalo, tak velmi pomalu a divně. Sice přišel jejich IT zaměstnanec se na to kouknout, ale nic nevyřešil, chyba jistě nebyla na mé straně. Doufám, že problém s internetem byl jen dočasný.

"Špatně dosažitelný, ale dobrý hotel"
Hodnotí: Zdenek Z, "Prague, Czech Rep.". Datum: 21. 03. 2011Problém je dostat se z nedalekého (5,6 mil) mezinárodního letiště do hotelu inzerovaným hotelovým shuttle busem. Tento hotel není vůbec uvedený na přehledové tabuli s telefony do hotelů na letišti, takže se do hotelu není možné dovolat, aby pro vás vyslal bus. Navíc jméno hotelu se lehce zamění s jinými hotely, které na seznamu jsou (Comfort Inn a Suites hotels), ale nejsou právě Váš hotel Comfort Suite. Nakonec přemluvíte za drobnou úplatu řidiče, který jezdí pro jiný hotel, aby vás cestou do svého hotelu, dovezl kam potřebujete. S odvozem z hotelu na letiště sice komunikace na recepci lepší, ale na jediný bus, který je k dispozici se čeká ca 30 min. Pozor, snídaně jsou v ceně (+) od 6 - 9 hod a když se o pár minut opozdíte, máte smůlu (-), personál okamžitě vše sklízí a jste bez snídaně. Pokoje, vybavení a čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá.

Even though Fairfield is on lower end of Marriott category list, this hotel was very clean and a good value. The only reason I did not give 5's on everything was the fact that construction was going on across street which woke me up about 2 hours before I needed to get up. "Nice stay great deal"
We were in Atlanta for two nights to attend an event downtown. Having a family with small children, we prefer perimeter center to downtown. This hotel is walking distance to the Marta train ($5 roundtrip to downtown, kids ride free, 10-15 minute ride, no parking, kids love it). The area is safe and non bustling at night as compared to downtown and sometimes […] buckhead. Parking was free at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good for continental (waffle iron, sausage biscuits, normal continental fare and well staffed). The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. We did not get a chance to do the pool. The hotel has been well traveled but the quality of service and product far outweigh the few cons I could find. Refinishing the lobby wood floor would give a better first impression and the elevators are a little interesting but they go out of their way compensate for that. Having stayed at similar places, this Fairfield was much better than expected. Especially for the price and what you get for your money in larger metro areas (which can be tricky because higher price doesn't necessarily mean higher quality). The grout on the tile in the bathroom by the door and the shower is all gone and there was a huge bug coming out of it! Gross!!! It took us less than 20 minutes to get to both from this hotel and the neighborhood was safe and, the Perimeter Mall was just around the corner. The indoor pool was small and only 3 feet deep but good enough to satisfy my 6 and 7 year old. Check out time was 12pm which gave us time to eat breakfast and take the kids swimming, then take a shower and pack up without feeling rushed to checkout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have spent 3-4 nights per visit at this hotel on numerous occasions. The day manager is so helpful and welcoming. The rooms are so clean and all employees on the property treat you like family! "Nice hotel if pricing is right"
Not bad but not great. I stay at a range of hotels so I do have to limit expectations when I stay at this level hotel (it's not supposed to be a Courtyard, not to mention a Marriott). Given that, this hotel was fine. The design of rooms was awkward, with cold air fans immediately next to bed, colonial style solid wood tv/cabinetry mixed with contemporary […] look and popcorn spray on ceilings - so a sort of weird look. But, the room was cool and be relatively comfortable. The couch in the small 'lounge' area (I had a King Suite) was uncomfortable, but didn't really use it. I did use the gym and the treadmills were very nice, especially given this level of hotel. The breakfast menu was also very nice, however, the area devoted to seating seemed a bit cramped. The front desk staff (mid-afternoon) were maybe a few notches 'too relaxed' that seemed a bit less professional than I like, but I'm picky.
