Hodnotí: Zdenek Z, "Prague, Czech Rep.". Datum: 21. 03. 2011Problém je dostat se z nedalekého (5,6 mil) mezinárodního letiště do hotelu inzerovaným hotelovým shuttle busem. Tento hotel není vůbec uvedený na přehledové tabuli s telefony do hotelů na letišti, takže se do hotelu není možné dovolat, aby pro vás vyslal bus. Navíc jméno hotelu se lehce zamění s jinými hotely, které na seznamu jsou (Comfort Inn a Suites hotels), ale nejsou právě Váš hotel Comfort Suite. Nakonec přemluvíte za drobnou úplatu řidiče, který jezdí pro jiný hotel, aby vás cestou do svého hotelu, dovezl kam potřebujete. S odvozem z hotelu na letiště sice komunikace na recepci lepší, ale na jediný bus, který je k dispozici se čeká ca 30 min. Pozor, snídaně jsou v ceně (+) od 6 - 9 hod a když se o pár minut opozdíte, máte smůlu (-), personál okamžitě vše sklízí a jste bez snídaně. Pokoje, vybavení a čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá.

"Disappointing"
There was a wedding going on during my stay and a couple of prom night parties. The hotel staff was completely overwhelmed. All calls to concierge kept going to voice mail and only one elevator was working! We ordered breakfast one morning and had to call an hour and a half later inquiring about it. When we arrived to my room with the bellman, we noticed that the entire window was out & on the floor next to one of the double beds. Staff was rude and definitely not worth the money. The charged for parking which is fine but when they fill the parking lot with people attending a concert across the street and you don't have a spot, thats just poor planning. They nickle and dimed for everything and the room looked like something from a welfare hotel. Dated and in need of a total update! "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"
The hotel was represented as an updated classic and it is anything but. The elevators worked sporatically, the bell hop never brought the bags up, there is a full kitchen that is dated and has cheap cabinets, the bathroom is old and was cheaply redone in the 1980's but the toothpaste and hairspray splatter on the walls was nicer than the ugly peeling […] wallpaper and the moldy ceilings. They charged me a pet fee of $75 per dog per night and $25 per day to park in their lot, ALL without my consent. To add insult to injury, they filled the parking garage the one night for with people attending a concert across the street with no thought that paying guests need spaces too. "convenient business hotel"
I had a pleasurable stay here. Service was good, rooms were clean and the location was perfect for my business meetings. I had great connectivity so business meetings went of well. This 100 year old building is pretty well maintained and definitely worth coming back to. My girls and I come to ATL every year at this time to go the aquarium and coke museum and anything else we can find to do. They are 7 and 8. The hotel was in a great spot for walking around and finding things to do. We walked to the Varsity to the local Starbucks to Publix for snacks. The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. Please check the descriptions of the rooms on the website vs. actual rooms that are available. I thought I was getting a deluxe luxury suite with a king sized bed. Instead, I was put in a room with 2 queen beds & no suite per se. I thought a suite provided a living room area and a kitchenette or refrigerator. I was told there is no "suite." "Lovely hotel"
I have stayed here before and return because of the location and room rates. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are helpful and pleasant. This trip I did not get the room type that I reserved. "Bad experience"
This hotel was recommended by friends. Upon arrival the bell man who brought our luggage to the room was throwing the bags around and ripped the handle off of my Louis Vuitton carry on bag. He pointed it out and told me Louis Vuitton would I'm it for free. He didn't apologize or offer to have it fixed. Then we ordered wine to be brought to the room […] and an hour an a half go by and nothing shows up. We call down to room service and they say we are out of the wine you ordered so that's why it didn't come. They never called to offer us a different wine or let us know it wasn't coming. Then at 8am the next morning housekeeping comes in the room and asks what time we are checking out even though the do not disturb sign is on the door. the location is great even on a very busy road. But almost all the rooms are on the back. The bad comfort rate is due to the noise you have in your room. The fridge was probably in the movie "Gone with the wind" and was making an unbelievable noise. Noise coming as well from the boiler and from all around (other fridges in other roooms). "A Great Hotel (But Watch Out for the Extras)"
The hotel is beautifully designed and well kept. Everyone from the bellhop to the security staff is very pleasant. The room was pristine and very well equipped. I do have two gripes: First, get ready to pay US$25/night for parking. I stayed two nights and parking alone was US$50 with is pretty ridiculous if you’re already paying so much a night to stay. […] Also, make sure that if you stay in a suite with a kitchen, kitchen kit (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) will run you another US$25. Applianences were a little old too. Overall a great experience.
