Hotel towels quality was bad, as I dried myself the towel actually scratched it was so rough. More towels and better quality otherwise it was fine.

This was a very dog friendly hotel. Lots of grass for airing the dogs and a Starbucks right next door. There was a nice long safe street just around the corner that was nice for a long walk/run with the dog. Will definitely stay here again!

First of all, can I say that I requested to have my three rooms adjacent to each other through Hotel.com. Not only were they not next to each other, one of the room was on another floor. Even if my request did not go through to the hotel shouldn't they have enough comment sense to put my rooms together? Why would a person rent three room away from each […] other? Beside the rooms not being together, one of our VEHICLE GOT BROKEN into. The lady at the desk has the nerve to tell me that one of her guest have their car STOLEN, as if my car not being stolen was a blessing. Turns out that the parking area of that hotel was a crime area. A choir group that normally rent their meeting room told us that the parking lot where we were parked at had have a reputation of cars being vandalized. If this was happening in that area of the hotel why haven't they done something to protect the safetly of the guests? Isn't that how they make their money, from the visitors who stay at that hotel? I will never come back to this hotel because I DO NOT feel safe. There are crimes being committed in their parking lot and they have not even made the initiated to hired security. The beds were very comfortable. The location was five minutes from the Discovery Kingdom. It was close to shopping centers as well as diners. I would go here for my next visit.

Nice clean room. Close to Fairgrounds.Pet friendly,which is nice as we are in town frequently for dog shows. The only negative was our room was on 3rd floor & we had asked for 1st floor; had to drag all our stuff for 4 days to elevator & then a hike to room. Other than that everything else was good.

Stay somewhere else!!!!! For the price the tub was stained yellow and looked crusty. The bed was thin and lumpy. The sofabed had stains on it that looked like someone was killed and there was a wod of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom. Will not be back.

This Ramada Inn was in a bad part of town. Too much foot traffic of people that looked like they had bad intentions. Would not reccommend to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book else where.

We come to Vallejo often for Dog Shows at the Fairgrounds. This is a nice place to stay with dogs always welcome! Its close to show grounds with alot of stores and places to eat close by. Very nice staff also!

Our second stay here. Prices VERY reasonable. We will stay here again as we come once a year to visit family. Very pleased. Clean room, staff very friendly and accomodating. Quiet and close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Great location just off the freeway. Convenient.

Hotel is about a two star place. No more no less.

We flew in from Hawaii and thought we booked our room at a nearby hotel that we had stayed at before. I am so glad we stayed at the Ramada!! A much better place. The prices were very reasonable and there are so many accomodations as well as friendly staff. Everything you need is within walking distance. Restaurants, Starbucks and much more. Bed was as hard as a rock and was very loud in the early mornings.

I read the reviews online about the hot tub working -called 3 days before and everything was fine. . how bad could it be?? The hot tub broke on Saturday, the phone did not work in the room, the bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable, the TV was snowy on EVERY channel, the property was half-way maintained, the card key worked on Fri, but not on Sat (?), the […] front desk clerks looked and acted like hoodlums. . . overall a real piece of - hotel. . . . . Convenient location but a very noisy hotel caused by 'window' type airco. During the nigh various guest could not enter their room because the key system did not work properly.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and were expecting to be able to find a place to stay on the fluke but it just didnt happen that way. I was able to find this room on my mobile and for a rate I couldnt refuse. The amount of money we saved was used towards having a very nice dinner that was well worth it. Convenient, clean, quiet. There was a microwave in the room but it was hidden in a drawer under the television, and It was a mystery each day whether or not there would be a glass or coffee cup in the room after it was cleaned. The breakfast available was a nice surprise: waffles, yum.

Room was either too hot or too cold. Was not able to adjust temperature to comfort, Also, room reeked of a moldy smell. very poor night"s sleep. Would not recommend it.

The hotel was pretty decent. Surprised my wife with a birthday trip to Napa. This was a nice stopping point on our way up and gave us a 25-30 minute drive into napa the next morning. The hotel room was tiny... with a single Queen bed... bed was not comfortable, but thats expected when its not your own bed... the toilet had problems flushing, but overall the room was clean. did not get the room that we paid for due to other customers destroying rooms. Ramada claimed all the rooms in that category were damaged. What was really disturbing was the clerk who assisted us was very rude & unfriendly. The manager who came to help us was delightful but the clerk needs to at least smile!!!

Convient location. Run down hotel. Carpet old and stained. No bed skirt. Broken funiture. Cold water in shower. Hairballs in hallway. Mold in jelly at breakfast. Not quite what we hoped for....

The 1st room assignment wasn't great but the front desk immediately assigned us to a different room which was a lot brighter and the appliances working. Close to stores and restaurants. We spent one night here during our ten night journey in California and it was definitely the worst of our accomodations. That taught me to not choose a 2 star hotel! Our first room had a mattress that I wouldnt' even sell at a garage sale....thin and broken down. I asked for a room change. The next room had a better mattress. When I was using the computer […] in the lobby the next morning (which didn't have a printer) I overheard each check out complaining about something. There was also a sign by the computer that said that in compliance with California law they must inform guests that there were areas of the hotel that were unhealthy for pregnant women and humans in general. I stayed at the Ramada Inn because of it's proximity to the Discovery Kingdom amusement park in Vallejo, CA. (Within a few miles) and relatively lower cost compared to other hotels within a similar proximity. The hotel room itself is okay, decent shower, ac/heater worked but nothing great. Don't believe what the photos show of this hotel. Although the front desk staff are friendly and helpful the quality of housekeeping and maintenance are awful. We had a large tear on our bedsheet, debris on the floor that was never cleaned, and not enough towels. The pool is not heated and half of the laundry facilities were broken. The Inn is moderately priced and you get what you pay for. It is an older facility and it is showing its age. Yet, the rooms were always clean, the front desk very accomodating, the complimentary breakfast decent (the lady helping in the kitchen during the week was very conscientious). The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were satisfactury. The only bad (very bad) is that the hotel may be .85 miles from Discovery Kingdom Vallejo, but it is across the freeway and you could not walk from hotel to amusment park without a car or taking a cab which was about $10.00 (not including tip). No refrigerator in room. Bedding okay but carpets "older". Furnishings average and layout of room is small.

We were shocked when we arrived, but thought maybe our room would be better.... No...it was worse...the bedding was sparse...they left 3 large towels in our room....most hotels offer 4 the carpet seemed like it was thrown on top of concrete and was thin, but to me the worst problem is that is just doesn't seem clean.... We only stayed one night, it was okay. We were traveling through. The people were very friendly. The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The room was clean.

Very well located, good breakfast, nice rooms however the landscaping could use some help.

For the price, this hotel wasn't awful. The proximity to stores and restaurants was very convenient. The staff was pretty friendly, the room wasn't that big but it was clean. The wireless internet DID NOT work though, so that was a big letdown. All in all, if you can't afford anything fancier then I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was gross!! It was rundown, there was trash and cigarette butts in the pool, the hot tub jets didn't work. The room was run down and not very clean. We actually had to change rooms as soon as we got there because the bathroom hadn't been cleaned there was old soap with hair in it, in the shower! The rain gutters were falling off the building, […] there was bird crap on everything. Most things in the room didn't work very well. On top if it all I had to pay a deposit on top of the room. chose this hotel because it stated it was next to Six Flags theme park, but actually it is not a walkable distance and there was no shuttle service. pool was nice and rooms were comfy, great complimentary breakfast and very please with the service

I was told this hotel was completely redone a couple of years ago ~ NOT ~ it is still bad not worth the money at all. Broken down beds, not enough light (from light bulbs) and just a bad part of the town. We were scared to death.
