I travel a few times a year and I have never had such a friendly staff. I was greeted by every single staff member throughout my stay. The woman at reception jumped up to hold the door for me when I struggled with my luggage and a maintenance worker called the elevator for me when he saw me approaching after breakfast. The front desk woman was fairly rude to several guests, and at one point threw the phone down onto the desk and walked away in a huff. I was lucky enough not to be on the receiving end of this, but others weren't so lucky.
