Krásný hotýlek,luxusní pokoje,určitě doporučuji zvolit pokoj s volným vstupem do klubu,kde neomezené odpolední drinky,šampánské i uzený losos,či jiné delikatesy.Až na to,že nám v sedm ráno vlezl pikolík do pokoje v domění,že jsme si objednali buzení,tak pobyt neměl chybu....

Hotel velmi pěkný,pokoje kvalitní, restaurace také bez problémů , vše v pořádku . Velmi dobrá poloha jen 10min chůze do centra města, také MHD hned vedle hotelu. Pouze poměrně drahé parkování v hotelu 22Eur/den, ale je to v centru města. Velmi doporučuji pro návštěvu a prohlídku Vídně.

Nice hotel in Vienna. Responsive staff, clean (although smaller then advertised) room and an extremely nice (included with room) breakfast buffet. The only true negative about the stay was the almost extortionist wi-fi rates ($20/night)! Location a little bit further than i would have wanted but a nice quiet location, easy to find with the car. Room and staff fine, shame that the cooked breakfast was cold (three mornings in a row).

A very good hotel with a magnificant breakfast (but expensive unless included in price).

We enjoyed our short holiday in this hotel very much, it was a bit far away, but still walkable to the centre as the weather was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself nice and clean, even if a bit dated. Big, clean and nice. Breakfast is a great spread. Rooms are large and the beds are comfy. A few nice restaurants in short walking distance (Salm Brau!). Stroll into the city past good sites in 15-20 minutes. This place is out of the way in a good way because you're still right in the city for a good price. While not very central, it is only 5 minutes from downtown in the tram or a 7 euro fare taxi away. Staff were helpfull, breakfast very good, room was of decent size and very clean. In general we considered this hotel to be excelent value for money in Vienna. Would recommend it to anybody.

The Hotel, room, and bed were clean and comfortable. Front desk help were reasonably friendly and efficient. A solid business hotel, but would not recommend for tourists or those looking for a romantic get-away. Neighborhood is OK, but not convenient to key historic sites within the Vienna "Ring". We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel itself was very good with a good service. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfas was also very good. It's about 20 minutes walk to the city center, and less than 10 minutes to Belvedere palace. It is also conveniently located beside the metro railway; It takes a couple of minutes […] to get to the city center or around 20 minutes to get to the airport. No free Wi-Fi and you have to pay 16 euros per day!!! We prefered going to the starbucks to connect to the internet. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Další informace

We loved staying in this hotel with its old world style design and traditions. The room was clean and big and the King bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awsome. I did not like that Wifi gets charged in the room and in the lobby. Other than that perfect stay. Friendly staff and only two or three tram stops away from the city center. Tram is […] right behind hotel (garden back door). The Vienna card can be purchased at the reception. It costs 18 Euros and will allow you to use any public transit within Vienna for 72 hrs. The hotel is beautiful and the setting so serene, especially the garden. Nina at the front desk was most helpful to me when I needed assistance. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner included delicious food and delightful service! We just wished we had stayed longer!!! I reply for three travelers.

There is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and you have to pay to use it. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. No breakfast included in the price and the location is not central.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city centre. It is about a 20 minute walk through a residential area and the Stadt park to get to the Stephans dom. The hotel is very nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic and you can sit outside to enjoy it if the wheather is nice! They have plenty of sunchairs […] on a back lawn which is also nice. The beds and pillows are compfortable. The Hotel's location is not convenient to get to places of interest. However the staff was nice & helpful. It has a beautiful lobby and the breakfast was superb with a wide variety to choose. The room was clean an the bed was comfortable. The Manager was kind and showed concern for my stay as I had a cold. It would have been perfect if our requested […] extra bed was prepared before we arrived and a kettle was provided in the room so that I could make a cup of hot tea in the cold weather rather having to pay for a kettle to be brought in to my room which seemed a little expensive. There wasn't really anything I could complain about with this hotel but nothing much to praise either. On the plus side, staff were very friendly, the bar/foyer area was pleasant and the restaurant was very good in its own right. The negatives, the room was fairly standard with none of the little extras you'd expect of a four star, notably no coffee […] facilities, aside from it being a reasonable size there's not much more to say about it. Also, you had to pay for internet access, which is a big downside for me as I do most of my sightseeing/eating research on site, impossible without the internet. Charges for its use were extortionate. Breakfast was also very expensive although this wasn't a huge problem as location was good with tram and metro within 5-10 min. One of the reasons why I specifically decided to stay in this hotel was because it had a swimming pool. I would love to have gone for a swim on a couple of the mornings, however I think the word pool was a little flattering. It was not really possible to swim as the 'pool' was only 8 metres long! The hotel rooms were quite ordinary - satisfactory but not special. A metro station is one block away. It was easy to use public transport to see the sites of Vienna and to get to the airport. Accommodations were pretty standard, nothing special. Location was conveniently located near s-bahn making it pretty easy to get around.

Stayed for 4 nights on a sight seeing trip. Access to the city centre (5 mins) served well by two tram routes near the hotel. Hotel had a large number of rooms and breakfast buffet is excellent but can be crowded at times (coach tours?). Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby architecture is suberb, rooms are modern but well appointed.

We were VERY happy with our stay at the Imperial Riding School. The front desk was very helpful, and the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us to the correct public transportation. She even gave us 3 of her own public transporation tickets because the store that sold them had already closed.

Great American chain hotel for business.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. I just wouldn't recommend the restaurant as food is pretty average.

Hotel jak najbardziej ok z małym mankamentem płatnym parkingiem przy meldowaniu poinformowano że parking jest free po czym przy odjeździe skasowano sporo bo 35 euro. pokój bardzo ładny i czysty córka była zachwycona z wielkiego wygodnego łóżka i wystroju, śniadanie bardzo dobre i do syta. aby dojść do centrum trzeba mieć dobrą kondycje i mapę. Es war einfach alles in Ordnung .Das personal war sehr freundlich u es war eine angenehme Stimmung. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr nett u aufmerksam. Vielen Dank .

Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man die Wiener Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Leider entspricht die bildliche Internetpräsentation der Zimmer nicht dem Realzustand. Dargestellt sind lediglich die Zimmer der Oberklasse. Einen Eindruck vom Standardzimmer erhält man erst beim Betreten dieses.Das Bad könnte renoviert werden, war jedoch in sauberen […] Zustand.Negativ sind uns lediglich nachts laut feiernde Russen in unserer Zimmerumgebung aufgefallen. Aufgrund der Bilder und Hotelbeschreibungen wählten wir für unseren 5tägigen Wien-Aufenthalt das Imperial Riding School. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, da wir uns das 4-Sterne-Hotel modäner und luxuriöser vorstellten. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Zustellbett war bei Anreise noch nicht vorhanden, alles in Allem ein in die Jahre gekommenes […] Hotel. Das Badezimmer (duschen in der Badewanne) hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus reichliche und leckere Frühstück. Da wir mit unserem sechs Monate altem Sohn in Wien waren, ließen wir uns das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen. Es war so viel, dass wir uns einen Teil für später aufhoben und so kaum noch etwas zusätzlich zu essen kaufen mussten.
