Hotel is enough if you don't look for much comfort and luxury, but to have a place to stay. The staff - willing and helpful, nothing but very nice. The price you pay is definitely worth it.

Příjemný hotel přímo u letiště. Klid a teplo, ráno skvělá snídaně. Vše je Ok, jen pro přemístění do hotelu je vhodné vzít prvně taxí (cca 20 EUR). Nebo jet BUSem, linka 35, zastávku si nepamatuji. Pan či paní domácí poskytnou informace jak se dostat autobudem do centra nebo na letiště. Servis - skvělý. Klid a pohoda. Internet na pokoji zdarma. Hotel se nachází - na jednu stranu hned přímo u letiště, na druhou stranu je třeba letiště objet nebo obejít (pozor, je to cca 7 km). Je to opravdu farma, nebo bývalá farma, na první pohled se člověk zalekne, avšak hned po vstupu do hotelu na něj čeká pohoda a klid rodinného hotelu. Pro cestující s autem je to bez problému. Pro ty, co cestují bez auta doporučuji na první cestu taxi a pak také vše ok.

V hotelu Gentofte jsem dosud pobýval dvakrát. Poprvé služebně, podruhé s rodinou. S úrovní služeb, čistotou a vybavením hotelu jsem byl při svých pobytech spokojen. V hotelové restauraci je vždy pečlivě připravena vynikající snídaně. V hotelové restauraci bych při večeři uvítal větší výběr jídel a jejich rychlejší přípravu. Čekali jsme na jídlo dosti dlouho.Úroveň personálu je vysoká, ochotně poskytují informace a starají se o chod hotelu.Celkově bych hotel doporučil dalším hostům.

Hezké, i když starší pokoje, blízko centra, i snídaně velmi slušná, celkově hodnotím hotel Savoj jako solidní, kvalitou odpovídající ceně. Velkým nedostatkem byl momentálně porouchaný výtah, nedovedu posoudit, jak dalece vinou hotelu. Ale vláčet kufry ze čtvrtého patra.... Nosiče jako nouzovku mohli zařídit.

The Tivoli Gardens amusement park, founded in 1843, makes this area the liveliest in the city. The park boasts one of the oldest wooden roller coasters still in operation, and the world's tallest carousel. The Pantomime Theatre dates back to 1874. Other attractions include the Hans Christian Anderson Castle, the Glass House, and the Concert Hall with its aquarium lounge. Outdoor concerts take place here in summer.

The hotel was one of the best I have had in Europe, which is impressive considering how much I travel. First off, the room was very clean and had nice features. The shower was especially cool. Secondly, it had a great location and I was able to walk to the hot spots such as the shopping district. Thirdly, the staff was extremely helpful and had numerous […] recommendations readily available for restaurants, tourist sites, and cheap shopping as the tourist shopping strip is pricy! Fourth, the breakfast buffet was AWESOME! Seriously, a very nice variety of food and very well prepared. Additional notes: *I would recomment this hotel only for young couples and singles. While I would consider the hotel family friendly, the area is located around clubs. The hotel features a nice lounge, which had a DJ spinner while I was there and is located next to the ice bar (an actual bar made entirely of ice). The hotel is located in close to Tivoli, and not far from the train station and the center of Copenhagen. The rooms are stylish but very small and the ones toward the street are very noisy. It's your hotel if you prefer design over comfort and you you like the stylish lounge/bar more than a good sleep.

Too bad they don't have real comforters at 27, I would have slept much better. It seems though, to be a new bad standard in Danish hotels not to have real feather-comforters, but it's definitely the wrong place to make savings...

The location is great for shopping and cultural activities. Woken by churchbells every morning and the doors had absolutely no insulation in regards of sound! But still - a nice place to spend a weekend.

This property looks little like what you see in photos. The room photos depict clean, white-laced and modern rooms. My deluxe room looked like a ghetto IKEA demo bedroom with awful lipstick red cabinetry. The bathroom was small, tattered in places and unkept. And I mean copious, as in, about 1/3rd of the floor was covered in a thick and slippery-when-wet pancake of limescale. The restaurant is overpriced and gross. The ice bar is a joke. It was just a few minutes walk to central station and the Stroget shopping street, as well as almost all other city center attractions. We could not have been more pleased with the location. The room was very small and cold. There was moss on the window ledge and only one towel which was not very big. The room was near the elevator and noisy. Staff were firendly though and thre breakfast was good. I mainly booked it for the location.

I stayed at the London Nikko Montcalm hotel the night before for a lot more money ... I would choose Hotel 27 over a JAL property any day. This was a great hotel to stay in. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but still good. The front desk was helpful. The hotel was in a great location, central to everything! 7 minute walk to the central station. The hotel had bikes that were available to rent as well. I would stay in this hotel again.

Located near most areas of interest and two meals a day (breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included with price of room). The room was a bit small but comfortable and the bathroom had a shower but no tub. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It was very conveniently located within walking distance to both mass transportation areas, as well as many tourist attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Christianborg Palace, and the National Museum. Excellent value, service, and location. Included excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. The only minus point was that the hotel courtyard is used by Ice Beer which is quite noisy until very late at night. The hotel provided ear plugs.

Great hotel but really noisy on the front end side of the hotel. The bars especially on the weekend are super noisy and if it's hot it worse as you need to keep windows open all night. It's like being on top of a club. Otherwise really good hotel - just don't expect to sleep if on the wrong side of the hotel!!!
The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the shopping areas and Tivoli. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel's styling made it feel like we were staying somewhere a bit special rather than a run of the mill city hotel. The hotel is great in design and offers a complimentary breakfast and buffet dinner which are very good. We stayed there before our cruise and after. Both times we had to ask for the deluxe room we had booked. Both times we did not sleep because of street noise. If you are looking for a TOP Class hotel then this hotel is a MUST. The Staff are amazing right from the reception staff, food and beverage staff and the hotel Manager. The location is superb which is ideal for shopping, Tivoli Park and local transport links. The food is superb, this includes the breakfast buffet, evening buffet and the lovely cheeky […] cakes at about 3'ish (a wonderful touch) The courtyard has been recently refurbished and is kept to a high standard, very relaxing after a hard days shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are cleaned to a very high specification with clean towels and linen on request. To be honest I could sit here all day and tell you wonderful the hotel is but I am finding it really difficult to find fault. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and would not even consider anywhere else to spend my holiday. We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean & great Danish design style. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent with plenty to eat. And the front desk staff couldn't be more knowledgable or helpful; they're terrific. Only warning has to do with noise. I travel slot and have rarely chosen full packages. This was my first time in Copenhagen and was surprised at the prices of just about everything except beer. Hotel 27 offers a full breakfast as most Europeans and what they call a "small supper" that is really a complete buffet with meat, fish, chicken, salads, and more. You only have to buy your drinks. […] It was great to come back at night and know your dinner was covered and it was. Different each night. One night we even had a barbecue, which Was served in an outdoor plaza. Great location near tivoli gardens and much more. Wonderful staff...always helpful and knowledgeable. Good for family and business...excellent wifi in rooms for free. This hotel is definitely a 3 star. It is small with very little place to do anything besides sleeping. The bathroom is also very small as well. There wasn't much room to place things on. It is moderately clean. However, it is in one of the best locations in Copenhagen. It's next to Stroget (biggest open-roof shopping center in the world), Tivoli Square […] (oldest amusement park in the world), and close to Copenhagen Central Station. The hotel rents out bikes, provides pretty good breakfast but so-so dinner both complimentary. Some of the hotel staffs are very friendly but some aren't. Hotel 27 is located in central CPH, near the main shopping areas and attractions. We had booked a 3 day stay, which included breakfast and dinner in the price. Room: Very small, approx. 12M², apart from this ok. Breakfast: Coffee, Juices, Tea, Water, Buns&Bread; some warm courses like scrambled eggs&ham; marmelade, cheese, salami etc. Fresh bread on […] the 1st day of our stay, but the buns&bread were obviously reused on Sunday and Monday. The same with the fruits and self made yoghurt. The dinner was in some cases the same. Some courses were ok, but for ex. the vegetables&salad was reused. Beverages for dinner have to be purchased seperately. Coffee&Tea can be taken the whole day from the lounge for free. We had a special bon for the IceBar which we used and were satisfied with it. To come to a conclusion: CPH is a very expensive city. If your hotel offers you breakfast and dinner included in your nightly rate this can save you some money. However I must admit that I wasn't satisfied with the quality. If you ask for medium or high quality food you won't be satisfied here. One thing I was especially surprised about, is how a hotel that has everywhere a "We care for the Rainforest" sign, can only use paper cups for the hot drinks it offers.
