Great staff, very clean quiet room with vaulted ceilings, even in bathroom (4th floor). Hotel was very well kept overall. Some airport noise, even though 9.9 miles from airport, but nothing that kept me awake. Most of this area subject to airport noise. Located on busy TX Hwy 360, but well sound proofed. Free shuttle service to and from airport saved […] $$ taxi each way. Staff very accommodating. Also offers drop off and pick up service locally for shopping, attractions, dining for a small fee but time limited. The only thing I can't rate high is the location. However, it is only 3.2 miles from Ranger/Cowboys Stadiums. Only only places to eat within walking distance was Chapps Cafe (good food and service) which offers burgers and such on one side and a Jack-in-the-Box on the other. About what I would expect for the costs. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad either except if you get a room on the ground floor, expect to be listening to everyone walking around above you all night long as the reception floor is on the 2nd and the floors squeak. Location is close to Six Flags Dallas and the sport venues, so the place is pretty deserted […] during the day, but get up early if you want to avoid the rush at breakfast, which on the weekends is primarily large groups of ill mannered teenagers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The iron in my room wasn't working and they immediately brought me a new one. The room was immaculate from the bathroom to the carpets. "GREAT HOTEL!"
This hotel was TERRIFIC!! The staff was very nice and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. They even took us to Walmart for a few items that we forgot. On Sunday, for 5 dollars, they dropped us off at the STEELERS - Cowboys game! (Although the shuttle was only 5 dollars, we gave twenty because it was still cheaper than a […] cab.) The free hot breakfast was very good, with a variety of items. We had eggs, sausage and homemade waffles that were the shape of Texas. The room was great. Very clean. The LCD tv had a great picture, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! I recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definately be staying again!! My husband and I stayed her for 3 days. The room was clean. The problems were the road noise, the light coming in at 6 in the morning and the creaking of the floor upstairs. The room was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed that in the room description it said jetted tub and there was no jetted tub in my room. The gym was a joke a very uncomfortable bike, a broken treadmill, and a big universal weight machine where you need to move weights around. The breakfast was very good but the manager reception was a joke.
