Great Place - Great Value - Great Service about says it. We had a wonderful 5 nights here with a straight shot to Callaway Gardens. Hotel management and staff were all wonderful... friendly, helpful and available. The room was very nice and super clean. Breakfasts were also very good. Fresh baked cookies.... yummy!

This is one of the better Hampton Inns i've ever stayed at. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. It was quiet. The breakfast was pretty good (as good as could be expected). I expected a quiet, nice place and this hotel delivered. I was very pleased with my stay.

I had very little to complain about (the shower head was broken and stuck on the really pounding setting that hurt to be under, and the refrigerator was turned off AND unplugged when we got there with no sign to let us know so that we could fix it when we arrived), and much to praise! The staff was fantastic! They were friendly and happily helpful, […] even retrieving plastic silverware and fruit from the breakfast area at 3 PM for my baby and me. The room was very clean and comfortable, with the exceptions stated above in parentheses. When I requested an additional room after arriving, the staff moved other guests who had not checked in so that I could have the room right next door to my original room. The breakfast (hot and cold) was delicious and plentiful. I was also pleased with the location, which was right off the interstate but not surrounded by other commercial properties. This was probably the best 3 star hotel in which we've stayed. We were greeted by Dianne, the front desk clerk. She was very friendly. She booked us into a first floor room but gladly changed us to a 3rd floor room as we requested. The room was very clean and updated. There was a post it note on the headboard that the linens and duvet cover were cleaned […] for our arrival. That was a nice touch since most hotels have nasty bed spreads. Dianne called us 10 minutes after we in the room to inquire if every was satisfactory. Another nice touch. We were on our way out of hotel to supper and then the light show at Callaway. We stayed one night for game in Auburn. Easy drive from hotel to campus. Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little trouble with wi-fi and some TV channels lost reception - but really minor compared to the overall stay. I was very impressed with this hotel and so glad this is the one we chose. We came to Pine Mountain to go to Callaway Gardens for the weekend and weren't really excited about the hotel choices in Pine Mountain, so we opted to stay in LaGrange instead. It was so worth the short drive! It only took about ten minutes to drive to the hotel from Callaway […] and it was very easy to find. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to make sure you had everything you needed. The rooms were very clean and even nicer than I expected. They looked like they had just been remodeled and the bed was so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The only thing that bothered me at all was the area around the hotel. We decided to drive into historic downtown for dinner and realized that the area you had to drive through to get there was not a good area at all. I still felt safe at the hotel, though, and this wouldn't deter me from staying here again. It was a really great hotel, especially for the price. I would absolutely stay here again. Další informace

Very pleased. We loved the free breakfast buffet, so many choices and such friendly service. The location is great. We spent a day at Callaway Gardens and a very pleasant day in downtown LaGrange. Clean, accommodating (three kids with me), and friendly.

The long and short of the story is I've had the chance to find a hotel with a well-groomed appearance, a pleasant staff and one not terribly put out if an occasional extra need cropped up. I chose Hilton Inn as my oasis after a thorough and unbiased accessment. Now I travel funding my own travel. There are a bevy of wannabes that just don't get the hint. To our satisfaction, the room had a fresh clean smell when we entered the room. The bathroom was clean, overall our stay was pleasant. When in the area more than likely, we will stay there again. My grandaughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn LaGrange Callaway so much that we believe they deserve a perfect score. Their staff members were always friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the free breakfast buffet and enjoyed the outdoor pool. I have a bad back and I slept so good on the hampton bed I woke up with less back pain than […] I normally do and that was a blessing. The Hotel Manager and his employee's went above and beyond their duty helping me with a problem that I was having, not with the Hampton Inn but with the false information I was given by Hotels.com regarding the Hampton Inn when I called them to make reservations and by listing the same information on my confirmation email thereby confirming that the information they were giving me to be true and accurate. I had an injury to my back and was later diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I specifically requested a jacuzzi/spa because my Dr. recommends that I use one daily. The man who made our reservation specifically stated that this Hotel did indeed have a spa tub. Hotels.com had listed it on their website as having a spa tub. They also had listed it as having a spa tub on my email reservation confirmation. We checked in late and when I awoke I set out to locate the spa tub, only to learn that they did not have any spa tubs and never have had any. Other than not having spa tubs, the Hampton Inn is the way to go! Další informace

Four of us stayed here to celebrate a birthday with a weekend getaway at Callaway Gardens and Explorations in Antiquity in Lagrange, GA. Got a great deal online, but would pay full price to stay if I had to. Staff was friendly. Rooms clean. Full breakfast free with stay. Free internet access. Great experience overall.

Everything was wonderful, except the two mice that decided to crash our "party" the second night of our stay. This was dealt with quickly & i was reimbursed for the inconvenience.The employees were the best part of our stay. They all were awesome! Bed was comfy & room was up to par. We have become regulars for Hampton Inn. The beds are great, the breakfast is just right, and wow what good service from the lady who kept the breakfast line humning. Great robust coffey. Only negative, no paper on Sunday.
