Byl jsem velmi příjemně překvapen. Vše - pokoj, personál, cena, čistota atd., hodnotím skvěle. Hotel se sice nenachází přímo v centru, ale je jen pár kroků od metra. Okolí hotelu je velmi hezké, je zde krásný park, FED a dobré restaurace. Zvlášť bych doporučil italskou restauraci nacházející se přes ulici od FEDU, na druhé straně od hotelu. Měl jsem s hotelem jediný problém, a to bylo Wi-Fi. Asi 90% času nefungovalo a když fungovalo, tak velmi pomalu a divně. Sice přišel jejich IT zaměstnanec se na to kouknout, ale nic nevyřešil, chyba jistě nebyla na mé straně. Doufám, že problém s internetem byl jen dočasný.

Problém je dostat se z nedalekého (5,6 mil) mezinárodního letiště do hotelu inzerovaným hotelovým shuttle busem. Tento hotel není vůbec uvedený na přehledové tabuli s telefony do hotelů na letišti, takže se do hotelu není možné dovolat, aby pro vás vyslal bus. Navíc jméno hotelu se lehce zamění s jinými hotely, které na seznamu jsou (Comfort Inn a Suites hotels), ale nejsou právě Váš hotel Comfort Suite. Nakonec přemluvíte za drobnou úplatu řidiče, který jezdí pro jiný hotel, aby vás cestou do svého hotelu, dovezl kam potřebujete. S odvozem z hotelu na letiště sice komunikace na recepci lepší, ale na jediný bus, který je k dispozici se čeká ca 30 min. Pozor, snídaně jsou v ceně (+) od 6 - 9 hod a když se o pár minut opozdíte, máte smůlu (-), personál okamžitě vše sklízí a jste bez snídaně. Pokoje, vybavení a čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá.

Hyatt Place Atlanta Galleria se nachází ve městě Smyrna (v části Cobb Galleria), v blízkosti jsou Nákupní centrum Cumberland Mall a Kongresové a nákupní centrum Cobb Galleria Centre. Mezi další zajímavosti v oblasti patří Univerzita Life University.

"Great spot for an overnight"
This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Place Atlantia Galleria. We enjoyed it so much for a stop over on the way to Florida that we had to stop here on the way back. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was really good as well. Not the easiest hotel to get to but worth it.

"3 nights stay with kids"
We had a great stay at this Hotel. Staff was friendly. I even heard them call a few guest by thier name. It is very close to a nice mall with lots of shopping and dining. You can even walk to the Caraba's. It was a easy drive to downtown Atlanta as well. Or room was large. 2 doubles and a sofa bed. We were traveling as a family of 5. My stay was pretty mediocre. I expected more. My biggest concern was the room...it just seemed really cheap and depressing. The room had a very strong odor as well as a brown interior that was depressing. A bug was visible in the bathroom. There was nothing wrong with our stay at all. The staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was a plus as well. the hotel is close to the Cumberland Mall and lots of resturants. I will definately stay here again. You will be very pleased with staying at this hotel.

I have stayed here before and I like this place. It has all of the amenities I need and is conveniently located (right next to one of my favorite restaurants!) Having a sense of humor, I was very pleased to be greeted with a smile every single time I approached the front desk. All the employees were more than helpful with every question I had for them. Big spacious hotel rooms. Free wi-fi. Also good complimentary breakfast. This Hyatt is located in a nice nieghborhood, near Marietta, GA, northwest of Atlanta. All staff were very welcoming and professional. They all had smiles on their faces. Great to see happy employees!

We had problems with our r oom. The closer in the sink would not open. The thermastat was broke where the air would either not turn off or not turn on. Some tv stations did not come in clear. We have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 years and have had great experiences till this year. The maintenance of the wet bar areas in the two rooms that we rented were in need of repair. "Nice Hotel"
If there is one small problem, it's the strictness of the hotel's internet service. It's cuts off now and then, and how to properly work through it is a little too complicated. Other than that everything else was top notch. Good quick breakfast items in the lobby. And all the comforts of a "suite-like" room; bed, bath and all.
"beware the incidentals fee at check-in"
I was extremely surprised that I was being asked for a sixty dollar fee at check-in, and the hotel referred to this as an incidentals charge. and to tell the truth, I'm not certain I'll get that money back, even though the hotel said I would if the room was left in the condition it was at check-in. that certainly leaves room for too much hearsay, in […] my humble opinion. needless to say, I'll be spending my money with another hotel chain next time. also of note, the front desk personnel were pleasant with their words, but body language told a different "don't bother me" type of story. This hotel is located within a minutes drive of Cumberland Mall and about 12 minutes from downtown Atlanta. It is a clean hotel and the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again during my next trip to Atlanta.

Very nice accomodations. All of the employees were very cheerful and greeted everyone. The staff bent over backwards to help all of the guests.

The room was extremely spacious, the staff helpful and friendly to the point where they seemed more genuine than just employees trying to be nice to guests. The lack of room service is a small niggle, and the equipment in the fitness center could be more and better, but apart from that, it's a great place to stay a couple of nights on work.

"Couldn't Ask for Much More"
After staying in the Buckhead area for a few days, we decided to relocate to this Hyatt Place to avoid traffic issues, and we absolutely did the right thing! Not only was this hotel quiet and comfortable, but it was within walking distance to an italian restaurant, and kid friendly place across the street for the little ones. 12:30am, I hear a very loud noise outside of the room. Turns out the air conditioning unit was right outside of the window. I could hear the sound even with a pillow on my head. They were kind enough to move me the second night. Turns out to be a handicap accessible room. I was very uncomfortable in it. They would NOT move me again! That is not 3-star […] service.
