The condition of this hotel is very unsatisfactory. It was very high priced but normal for the area which had more higher quality hotels. I had to sign a waiver for a non-smoking room but the room was like sleeping in an ashtray. The condition of carpet, galway, common area and the room in general was very poor. The good thing is that they have a free shuttle to the airport. Our coffee maker did not work and they said they could not replace it. Also their coffee shop closes at 9pm and we had no car to go to a restaurant, there are lots of them around but you have to drive

Stayed here for a night before going shopping the next day. everything was clean rooms were a bit small but a good cheap hotel for one night. The pool had noone in it both times my girlfriend and i were there so it was like we had our own private place to swim which was nice

The building and rooms are reasonable. One elevator was broken down when I checked in. The next day it was fixed, but I think both elevators still need to be replaced or overhauled in a major way. WIFI was a good connection.

Check in was okay, 10 minute line. Rooms are below average and in dire need of a renovation. Heat in room did not work. Overpriced and under serviced.

The heating was a problem in my room and when I asked for an extra blanket from the reception, the guy said come and get it as he could not leave the reception and there was no one availble to get it to your room or he can change the room. I had to change the room at 11pm in the night! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outdated and Overpriced ! ! Not what I espected of such an established chain of hotels ! Bottle of water sitting in the room at a charge and empty fridge. Bottle of water supplied for 100.00 + + Too much to provide ? Also, the drink machine in the public hallway was not working properly and ancient for its time and place.

I had to wait an hr and a half for the shuttle so in turn I missed being able to eat at the hotel restaurant and nothing was really in walking distance and the staff could not give me decent enough directions to get to any restaurant that was in walking distance but on the upside the room was cozy and and clean

Hotel was tidy but rooms V V basic it really didn't feel nice rooms where clean don't get me wrong but not the normal travelodge standard by far! Location was ok walking distance to few restaurants and shopping mall.

Was surprised that it seemed quite run down although the bathroom was fine and the bed comfortable enough but the room was boiling hot when we got there and when we told them about it at checkout they sluffed it off.

I would not stay in this hotel again. The hallways and elevators were not clean and a bit run down. The rooms were extremely small. We barely had room to put our two large suitcases on the floor and open them. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They were prompt with the shuttle to and from the airport. As a smoker, I am happy to find a hotel that allows it, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the room so nice & not smelling of smoke at all. It was clean & everyone was pleasant.

the room stunk like a cigarette butt. the bed was as hard as a rock. we gave a 50 dollar deposit on our visa and thought it would be reversed the next morning after checking our bank account we found out after phoning the hotel that it would take up to 3 days for our money to be returned. there were always people smoking close to the hotel entrance […] it made us sick. when we returned from our a holiday people were still smoking outside of the hotel entrance. our room was cold as ice. staff started making noise at 7 o'clock in the morning keeping us awake. we pre paid for our room months ago and were not told about the 50 dollar deposit being required guests at your hotel should be more informed about what is going on the rules and regulations. your staff should be able to communicate with people better than what they do, they were very hard to understand and could not speak English very well. we will not be staying at this location anymore and will not be able to give any kind of a recommendation other than a poor 1 Další informace

This hotel is a good basic hotel with nice staff. I needed a place to stay while I visited my mom who is sick in the hospital and this was fine. I was glad to have the in room coffee maker and my room was clean. The cleaning staff and front staff were good. It is a good place to stay when you just need a decent place to rest your head.

Absolutely terrible. Alarm off in middle of night (apparently this is frequent). Never a smile from front desk nor even addressing all the people in lobby during alarm. Room dirty. Basic cleaning. Lightbulbs missing, chipped sink, stained ceiling in bathroom (mold??) Few good channels on TV, low selection of movies but worst was attitude of front desk […] people. we would never stay here again. When I booked our stay on the 1800number the operator told me our parking for our two week vacation was free. When we arrived at hotel we were informed that there was a 30 dollar charge per week. Went to get ice,ice machine was not working. We asked for a wake up call for 2 30 am as we had to be at the air port at 3am […] We did not receive call. We called for airport Shuttle to go back to hotel from our vacation. Just needed a clean room and bed so we could sleep before an early morning flight. Our neighbors were super loud and smoking pot. Informed the front desk and they were reluctant to help us. After much more complaining they moved us to an alternate room. Don't bother paying for an upgraded room. Its not worth it.

I required a hotel that had a shuttle to go to the airport and I was very dissappointed that there were no sliding doors, not even a button to automatically open the doors of the hotel. I am not handicapped but all I kept thinking about was people that would require handicapped access. The ice machine did not work on the 4th floor, the floors were dirty, […] and the information was very vague for the airport shuttle. The prompt service of the shuttle was the only positive experience of the stay. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything in the hall and the rooms beside you. I had to be up early and it was noisy very late. I would not recommend this hotel again, there is no continental breakfast and you have to pay more for leaving your vehicle in the parking lot. Pretty standard economy hotel. A little run-down in places, but perfectly suitable if you just need a place to rest your head, and don't expect to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Reeked of cigarettes. Really? It's 2012! I was never asked whether I wanted smoking or non-smoking, so when I got into the room I didn't need to SEE the ashtrays (there were 3 of them) to know that I was not going to sleep well.

One work...."DUMP!!!!!" The smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable and it was questionable on whether the sheets were cleaned. This place should be closed down as far as I am concerned and it certainly taught me not to wait too long to book and be subjected to ever again to have to stay there.

My room key didn't work in the door so everytime I needed to leave, I would have to get the hotel manager to open the door for me when I returned. There were stains on the walls, lamps and carpets. I stayed in a smoking room and there were tons of cigarette burns in the bed spread and holes in the bed cover. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling and […] the tub looked dirty. The window did not lock so I used hangers to keep anyone from opening them from the outside. It was a scary place to stay. Oddly enough, the bed was comfortable. Not a great place to stay to begin with but we only ended up staying for 2 hours..by the time the shuttle picks you up it takes them a 1/2 an hour to get there 20 minutes to get to the hotel to find out that you cant leave the time you want on the shuttle because it was fully booked so its a totally waste of money they refuse to give you a cab voucher […] even though there service is full they should state that so people know these things... Free wifi is the only good thing about this hotel. It needs renovation a lot. Everything is old and dirty. Of two lifts one does not work and the other stops at random floors. The keys to the room constantly stop working. The bedding is old, the towels have stains. Awful.

NEGATIVES: room a little small, air conditioner noisy, out dated decor, over priced but cheaper than others. POSITIVES: staff polite, close to airport, lots of parking, close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.
