Příjemný hotel přímo u letiště. Klid a teplo, ráno skvělá snídaně. Vše je Ok, jen pro přemístění do hotelu je vhodné vzít prvně taxí (cca 20 EUR). Nebo jet BUSem, linka 35, zastávku si nepamatuji. Pan či paní domácí poskytnou informace jak se dostat autobudem do centra nebo na letiště. Servis - skvělý. Klid a pohoda. Internet na pokoji zdarma. Hotel se nachází - na jednu stranu hned přímo u letiště, na druhou stranu je třeba letiště objet nebo obejít (pozor, je to cca 7 km). Je to opravdu farma, nebo bývalá farma, na první pohled se člověk zalekne, avšak hned po vstupu do hotelu na něj čeká pohoda a klid rodinného hotelu. Pro cestující s autem je to bez problému. Pro ty, co cestují bez auta doporučuji na první cestu taxi a pak také vše ok.

V hotelu Gentofte jsem dosud pobýval dvakrát. Poprvé služebně, podruhé s rodinou. S úrovní služeb, čistotou a vybavením hotelu jsem byl při svých pobytech spokojen. V hotelové restauraci je vždy pečlivě připravena vynikající snídaně. V hotelové restauraci bych při večeři uvítal větší výběr jídel a jejich rychlejší přípravu. Čekali jsme na jídlo dosti dlouho.Úroveň personálu je vysoká, ochotně poskytují informace a starají se o chod hotelu.Celkově bych hotel doporučil dalším hostům.

Hezké, i když starší pokoje, blízko centra, i snídaně velmi slušná, celkově hodnotím hotel Savoj jako solidní, kvalitou odpovídající ceně. Velkým nedostatkem byl momentálně porouchaný výtah, nedovedu posoudit, jak dalece vinou hotelu. Ale vláčet kufry ze čtvrtého patra.... Nosiče jako nouzovku mohli zařídit.

"beautiful but far from main attractions"
the hotel is lovely. unfortunatey the staff needs some work. For an expensive international hotel the staff was very unsophisticated. The woman behind the bar which was well stocked did not know how to make any drinks except pour wine or beer. Surly attitude from many of the staff. Breakfast was totally chaotic and the area where it was served was a […] mess. the decor and rooms were lovely and clean. some great little restaurants near by but only two or three. near a metro but not much else. "Charming hotel and perfect location"
We stayed over Easter at this hotel. We were welcomed on a cold day by very nice staff and a perfect fireplace to warm up. The location is just perfect. It's a stone through away from the Metro, a beautiful canal for long walks or running and the "Strøget" street. "King Kong"
I really liked this place, staff were happy and friendly. Room was large, pleasantly decorated. No restaurant, but good choices very close by. Right beside the 5 lakes, which is handy if you are a runner.

I chose this hotel because of the good standard of service and comfort. The location was suitable for the district in which I wanted to be in Copenhagen. I was able to negotiate a reasonable deal.
"Generally good - let down by little details"
A very impressive building, well-decorated, clean. Let down by little details - no toothpaste in the rooms (or even available to buy at reception), meagre tea and coffee in room, and when we asked staff for help arranging a day trip they just directed us to tourist information - Very polite, but we had hoped for better service.

bathrooms too small - had to move room cause drains blocked - very noisy - can hear EVERYTHING next rooms not nice as valentines day and alot of couples activity !!! and I was travelling with my young son - hotel did move our rooms though but still noisy at times. expensive for what you get !!

Our Kong Arthur Hotel experience in Copenhagen was memorable. Although its not new, its well maintained and has a homey atmosphere. Our problem was with the lift since we had to carry our luggage 1 level up and down from the entrance.

In a quiet neighbourhood but an easy, safe walk to all the main sights and a straightforward trip on the metro from the airport, this is a great hotel in a pretty building overlooking the lakes. There's a fabulous breakfast buffet with artisan breads and pastries. There are Italian, tapas and sushi restaurants recommended but there are also informal […] cafe options nearby and there's a great artisan food market. Nice enough hotel for Copenhagen with interesting decor in a pretty good location - only things that really let it down were a) the rather offhand and slow service - for example we arrived laden with luggage and there was no-one to help my husband when I had to go and park the car, and b) the junior suite we booked had two small tub chairs rather than […] a sofa, which is not really any better than a normal hotel room, is it? We didn't have breakfast but it looked sumptuous enough. I'm glad we went for the higher class of room as the ground floor rooms in the courtyard didn't look that wonderful. "Could be better"
Not a bad hotel, but not great. We had a 10 minute wait on checking in because the one member of staff was busy at the bar! Our room was very small, with the cot we could hardly walk around. Not exactly a family sized room. Plus the first cot had not been put together correctly and kept collapsing, the 2nd was a little better. At breakfast my wife was […] kept waiting until she just helped herself, no one offered a seat for the baby. Pushchair / disabled access is difficult to the hotel (& Copenhagen in general!), I had two long waits at the rear door and let other families in twice who looked cold waiting for the door to be opened by staff! Hotel was nice. Location was good but the rooms were quite old but still clean. The room was also small at least the 2 person room with big bed comparing to other 4 star hotels.

It was very clean, comfortable, close to the centre. Minus-the breakfast was for me too expensive - 155 DKK, so i had not there breakfast. Spa area- it is total good!!! The guests of the hotel can use it every day from 10.00 till 19.30 free of charge. There you can drink tea and eat apples and oranges- also free of charge. Minus- there is poor animation […] in the hotel, during one week - only jazz evening was on Friday from 14.00 till 20.00. But, in general - I would recomment this hotel to anybody! Další informace
Couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel in Copenhagen. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was abundant, there was something for everyone. Lounge/bar was peaceful and inviting with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Would stay here again.

As a business traveller who also has a wide social circle in Copenhagen I've found King Arthur to be a perfect match of everything. Perfect location. Friendly and competent staff. Amazing ambience and feeling in the hotel, making it a good place to call 1-2 people in for a meeting. One of the very few lobbies where the guests actually want to hang […] out and read and/or talk. Live fireplace. I notice many people bring children, but they are never a nuisance to anyone else. Good spa facilities. Gym is okay, but a tad small. Wireless internet is lightning fast. "Slightly odd zero-carbon solutions"
We arrived on a late flight and got to the hotel at around 11pm. They right away said that the check-in was going to take some time and asked us to sit down. It actually took about 45 minutes to arrange a room for us. They basically openly admitted to being overbooked, which we found quite irritating. We had paid in advance. When we finally got a room, […] it was actually quite nice and clean, although the air was often quite stale. It might have to do with their zero-carbon policy. I suppose ventilation would use energy. We also found it a bit odd that for this price range there was no minibar or fridge (I believe there had been one but it was removed). Also there were no trash cans at all in the whole room and no tissues. Other than those oddities, there's nothing about the hotel that stands out. It's relatively modern and very clean, but there's nothing extra. The breakfast's very good and very expensive. Další informace

"Good location but rooms are small"
We had a Standard room and it was small! For a 4 stars hotel, the room is becoming old and would require a refresh. Service looks more like a 3 stars hotel (no groom; no one to help you with luggages) Breakfast is standard (no salmon, no fish, basic) Spa is great but closes but is opened 10 to 8PM on week days. It closes at 5PM on Sunday.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. We were allocated a massive room in one of the annex buildings which our family of 4 loved, city hotels aren't renowned for spacious rooms. The adjoining Sushi restaurant albeit expensive, is worth having a take away from and eating in the hotel gardens. They even do kids chopsticks!! Had 3 nights at the Kong Arthur, last weekend, and found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. The room wasn't huge, but there was enough space, certainly fit our needs, was clean, didn't feel 'discount', good en-suite, good bed etc. The staff were extremely helpful, esp as we arrived quite late at night after flight delays. Didn't eat at the hotel, […] purely because it didn't fit with our plans - in fact I wish we'd had a chance to, or just to hang out, as the courtyard looked lovely. It was really well located, 5/10 min walk to the centre of the old town, but also easy access across the lakes to norrebro. I'd definitely stay again. Další informace

Very nice hotel in ideal location for the Stadium - 20 minute walk away. Short walk from NorrePort station. Very helpful and pleasant reception staff. Minor negative point was that the toilet door in our room did not close properly and the shower water goes all over the floor.

Great hotel, really charming staff, great location - just far enough out of the centre but everywhere is within walking reach, fantastic breakfast, great attached Italian restaurant - loved it and would return. Our only reservation would be that our room was really hot - it is an eco hotel so no AC but with us and our two children in one room in July […] made for quite a warm night. They did provide a fan but it was pretty (too) warm. This obviously is only an issue in the summer. We did have a great time in Copenhagen and hope to return at some point soon. Další informace

Good location. Hotel did not have the requested baby bed the first night but provided one the following night. Very large room. The hotel upgraded us from a junior to a regular suite. Very comfortable stay overall.

"Kong Arthur - above average, but with a proviso."
Very friendly and helpful staff, with quiet central location and very pleasant public area and dining room. HOWEVER, The hotel needs to solve one problem: guests staying in rooms facing inner courtyard are exposed to the loud voices of other guests enjoying that courtyard until very late hours. Air-conditioning would solve that problem by allowing guests […] to close their windows, but air-conditioning is hardly needed in Copenhagen and also this hotel tries to toe a very strict ecological line, which is commendable. During 3 successive nights I had to lodge a complaint with management about the noise. As compensation for my discomfort I was finally credited the amount I paid for an upgrade, for which I commend management. Další informace

The hotel is well located, close to important sights and at 15 mn walk from down town Copenhagen. The staff is extremely pleasant, the room (a deluxe) was modest, spacious and clean - if you are looking for a fancy hotel then you should not book a room there. The only thing that bothered me a littlebit was that there was not a proper shower - there […] was a drain on the floor for the water to go down but not porcelan frame. I found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. I chose a 'Standard Double' room that was comfortable (the bed the very comfortable) and OK in size. Looking on the hotel room layout plan there are other rooms that a very small, so I would recommend at least the 'Standard Double' for a good sized room. The only negative point about the room was […] the slight foul drainage smell I got when running water in the sink, and the room only had a shower (no bath). There is a 15 minute walk to the main shopping street, and the hotel does seem a little out of the way, but it was quiet. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Další informace

Excellent hotel within walking distance from the Strøget. We stayed for 3 days and enjoy everything. We'll most definitely come back for an extended weekend.

Very happy with the choice! Hotel smartly combines the old traditional architecture and feel with very modern and fresh interior and amenities. Nice lounge and a 24-hour bar in the lobby provide a venue for relaxing or catching up on all the news via wi-fi. Great location - walking distance to everything you'd care to explore in the city plus it's right […] on the water, with great views and a "boardwalk" for a morning run. Most impressed with the staff: one of our carry-ons was accidentally taken from the luggage storage room by another customer. Hotel quickly mobilized to find out who took it and reached them in time. We had a wonderful stay at the Kong Arthur. The staff are very good - in fact Rykke the Trainee was one of the most charming , helpful receptionists we have encountered in over 15 years of staying in hotels throughout Europe. The rooms are stylish, and comfortable. Breakfast is exstensive and high quality and well worth taking. Interesting restaurants […] and cafes nearby but if you want a memorable meal go to Les Trois Cochons in Vestebro for a wonderful meal with superb service that is also very good value in this expensive city. Really lovely hotel, clean and staff at reception extreemly helpful. Has had a refurb recently and the lobby area and bar are really comfortable. The adjoining spa is perfect for after those cold winter days sightseeing. Location is great near one of the lakes and close to the main shopping streets, Tivoli and other main attractions all within walking […] distance. Some good restaurants close to the hotel - more are located within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a good option, I think if it was closer to the centre it would be much more expensive. The location is not bad at all, 5 minute walk from Norreport station, which means easy transport to and from the airport. The city centre is another 5-10 minute walk beyond Norreport, so easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and the only negatives […] for me were the lack of a fridge in the room - other than the minibar, which was one of those that charged you for just opening the door... another negative was the cost of the breakfast, but then Copenhagen is a very expensive city.. "Gorgeous hotel, great location, spacious!!"
Wonderful hotel at a great price! My room was spacious and luxurious. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and there was a gorgeous spa downstairs with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and changing room. Full spa services were available for a charge.

"Stunning hotel, comfortable and very friendly"
I stayed in a superior double over new years eve, I was overall very impressed with the room, spacious and well equipped. the standard doubles are also very nicely furnished with lovely bathrooms, but they are very small, so i'd advise an upgrade to superior if possible. Pros: * superbly comfortable bed + really good tv + fast interrnet connection * […] the staff are soooo friendly, immediately attending to any issue i had. * the spa is amazing, great steam room * nice decor throughout the hotel * surrounding area is nice and safe con: * the room doors need soundproofing, the corridor was quite noisy at times in the night and especially so in the morning. this can be overcome by sleeping with earplugs All in all i'd recommend this hotel Další informace
