Hotel samotny je OK, ale primo naproti je velmi hlucny nocni podnik, ze ktereho skoro celou noc (urcite jeste koplem 5 rano) vychazeli a prichazeli hlucni rvouci navstevnici a prubezne nas budili.

Nejlepsi poloha pro Viden ! Nakupy, pamatky, galerie, Opera a Sacher v okruhu do 10 minut chuze. Draha snidane a parkovani je asi jedine co mohu vytknout.

Hotel Kummer se nachází ve městě Vídeň (v části Mariahilf), v blízkosti jsou Vídeňské muzeum nábytku, Přírodopisné muzeum a Muzeum dějin umění. V blízkosti jsou také Secesní stavba a Budova rakouského parlamentu.

I always ask for a 'quiet' room when booking hotels and am acustomed to being alocated rooms on high floors of city hotels. Hotel Kummer put me in a room on the 1st floor where right outside a bus terminal resulted in buses parking, restarting and sitting reving from around 6am till well after midnight every day. Added to this the windows were just […] single windows with no double window feature so common in European hotels. Friends of mine came to join us later in the week. Despite my booking the same standard room for them they were given a room on one of the top floors that was not only facing a quieter road but also had the double set of windows that ensured they heard absolutely nothing outside their room. Being a light sleeper and having my need for quiet ignored is something that will ensure I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Something I would have ignored had this not been the case was the substandard of the bedroom and in particular the ensuite considering the so called 4**** this hotel boasts. I took photos of broken tiles, badly stained taps, dirty toilet seat and more. We stayed for a week and the toiletries in the room on our arrival were supposed to last the week....I've stayed in lower star hotels where they were replaced on a daily basis so was quite taken aback by this. So in general I would rate the bedroom at most as a 2** standard and the bathroom at even less. While the location was good I'd sooner opt for the NH hotel suites on the same street as there is plenty of access to supermarkets for the self catering option. Další informace

It is an extremely good hotel everything is a plus! the room location breakfast. My only reason not to give it 5 is the internet access, way too expensive and the shower somewhat too small

Well maintained historical hotel. Large european room and bathroom. U-bhan right next to the hotel. Lots of near by shopping and dining options. Great breakfast!
"Could easily be so much more."
If your looking for a place with wifi, look elsewhere. 27 Euros for 24 hours access is gouging, pure and simple. The staff were exceptional overall. We loved staying at the Hotel Kummer! It was SO comfortable and clean. And in a great location. Two metro stops away from city hall and great entertainment under the stars. Also perfect for those who like to shop!

"Small room but great location and amenities"
The only negative thing I could say about the hotel was that the room was very small. We had very little space to put our bags and the bathroom was tiny. If you are looking for something more comfortable, I would recommend upgrading the room to a suite. However, everything else about the hotel was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast each morning […] was fabulous with good strong coffee and the location was perfect. We walked to to the hotel from the west train station with our bags (Westbahnhof) and got there in about 15 minutes. The metro was also easy to use from the hotel and an entrance was literally across the street from the hotel. Walking distance to various tourist attractions, museums and shopping. Subway is across the street. Some rooms are tiny but breakfast is good. Internet broadband access is ridiculously expensive.

This hotel was extremely charming, comfortable, and in a great location. The room had an old-fashioned, classy look, with twelve (fourteen?) foot ceilings and period furniture. My room was on the first (second to Americans) floor and faced a busy street, but was totally quiet thanks to double windows. A benefit was the small balcony with window boxes […] full of geraniums. Hemos regresado al hotel Kümmer 25 años después, y no solo ha mantenido el encanto clásico que recordábamos sino que se ha actualizado en servicios. Ahora además, con el metro en la puerta. Un desayuno estupendo.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist standardmässig. Während den Silvestertagen war das Personal sehr angespannt. Das Badzimmer ist ziemlich klein, zu Zweit nicht betretbar. Die U-Bahnstation ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Todo MUY bien. El desayuno fantastico. El hotel muy comodo y limpio. Todo el personal muy eficaz y simpatico. El metro enfrente del hotel, 3 paradas del centro o 15/20 minutos en pie. Situado en una calle llena de tiendas. El hotel es muy tranquillo por las noches. Pase 3 noches muy agradables aqui, y volveria si decido volver a Vienna.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der U-Bahn - (Ausgang Neubaugasse) nehmen. Service war sehr aufmerksam, Empfang Rezeption sehr herzlich. Wenn wir wieder in Wien sind, werden wir gerne wiederkommen

Hotel Kummer ligger lige ved en u-bahnstation og med diverse butikker rundt omkring sig. Slentrer man forbi butikkerne langs Maria Hilfer Strasse kommer man snart frem til Museumskvarteret. Og ellers er der u-bahnen hvor man hurtigt og nemt kommer rundt til Wiens forskellige seværdigheder. God, stor morgenmadsrestaurant med god buffet. Store, brede […] trapper så man føler sig hensat til et af de store, fine paladser i Wien, hvis man tager trappen i stedet for elevatoren op til sit værelse. Další informace

４つ星ホテルということで、建物や内装に趣があり、カードキーでセキュリティーも安心、部屋にバスタブもあってよかった。 しかし、私が宿泊した部屋は増改築してできたのか、ベットルームの半分の床が斜めになっていた。傾斜が結構あるのに、その上にベッドやデスクを設置しているので、設備はよいが居心地が悪かった。今から思えば、部屋の変更を訴えればよかったと思うが、４つ星ホテルでこのような部屋に客を宿泊させることが残念だった。

"Original Wiener Flaire"
Wir können das Hotel wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ausstattung der Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Lage und Service sind für einen Kurz-Trip nach Wien perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Der Service stets äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut. Ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen (zb fehlende […] Armaturenabdeckung im Badezimmer) wären zwar einmal nötig, empfanden wir jedoch nicht als überaus störend. Die Lage nahe U-Bahn-/Bus- Haltestellen macht jedes Ausflugsziel gut erreichbar. Direkt in derselben Straße gibt es auch schon vielfältige Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Kleines Manko ist die Lautstärke durch besagte anliegende Straße, bzw. den Busverkehr (bei geöffnetem Fenster, geschlossen sehr gut isoliert). Im Hotel kommt Wiener Flaire auf, man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Další informace
The hotel was very nice. The room was not too big, but just perfect, and clean and very comfy! The breakfast was good and the personnel was very helpful and polite.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an das U-Bahnnetz. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gepflegt und stilvoll.Unser Zimmer war in einem Seitenflügel mit Blick in den Innenhof (nicht gerade toll) sehr ruhig. Hervorragend das Frühstück und sehr aufmersam das Personal. Es fehlte nie etwas am Büffett. Die Anordnung vom Buffett in der Mitte des Raumes und […] auf beiden Seiten das gleiche war echt toll. Man mußte nie anstehen. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer, hier vielleicht ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der Fernseher stand auf dem kleinen Schreibtisch und nahm die Hälfte des Platz ein. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein kleines Sofa wäre für ein Superior Zimmer nicht schlecht gewesen. Další informace

Premetto, Io viaggio spesso per lavoro e credo di saper scegliere un buon hotel. Questa volta però era un fine settimana romantico a Vienna. Fidatevi, l'hotel è OK! Colazione abbondante, e soprattutto compresa nel prezzo (nell'area tedesca mai scegliere pernottamenti senza prima colazione, sono carissime). Posizione strategica (la metropolitana ti scarica […] praticamente in camera). confortevole, silenzioso, personale gentile, camere pulite. Se devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, la doccia era un pò scomoda....sopravviverò!!! Davvero, se andate a Vienna, Qualità/prezzo imbattibile! "Zeer geschikt hotel als uitvalsbasis in Wenen"
Hotel Kummer is een zeer geschikt hotel om als uitvalsbasis te dienen als je Wenen wil bekijken. Gelegen aan een drukke winkelstraat en binnen 20 mtr een opstapplaats van de metro die je op alle fraaie plekken van Wenen kan brengen. De entourage van het hotel is fraai. De kamers zijn prima, bed is goed en ondanks dat wij aan de wegkant sliepen was alles […] goed geisoleerd. De douche was belachelijk klein. Iets van de grond afpakken was geen optie. Je moest zelfs oppassen dat je niet per abuis de mengkraan op heet zette. WC en wastafel allemaal prima en voldoende ruim. Ontbijt van genoten alleen als je wat later komt dan loop je de kans dat bepaalde zaken op zijn. Dat zou niet mogen voor een 4 sterren hotel. Er is verder geen vertier in het hotel maar daar kom je ook niet voor. Van het diner hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. Dinneren doe je in de stad. Zowel in de buurt van het hotel zijn vele restaurantjes te vinden waar je heerlijk kan eten. Personeel is vriendelijk maar niet echt pro actief. Als ik weer naar Wenen ga dan zou ik als eerste dit hotel bezoeken. Další informace
