We have chosen Royal Westwood palace for 2 nights stay during our visit of Los Angeles. We didn´t expect much from two stars hotel but we were very pleasantly surprised. Room was huge, with big comfortable bed, very clean, we had safe in the room and also wify. hotel rate also included breakfast, it was just basic breakfast, but we enjoyed having fresh coffee/ tea and fruits ready for us in the morning. location is outside the city centre, but it was good for the price paid, we had a car so we didn´t mind. Hotel is located close to Bevery Hills in quite nice and quite area. if we ever go to LA again, we will consider using hotel services again.

Pokoj prostorný a čistý, parkování v pořádku. Bazén malý, ale na osvěžení také O.K. V okolí nic podstatného, ale zase blízko dálnice a jednoduše najitelný. Cena rozumná, snídaně ve fastfoodu vedle se slevou 10% z běžných cen, která bez problémů fungovala.

Pouze jsme prespali po priletu a pujceni auta. Ubytovani standardni na kategorii hotelu. Snidane neni v cene, ale v hotelove restauraci klasicka mega americka snidane za cca 10$. velmi mili personal. Nedorazili nam kufry a vse velmi proaktivne zacali vyrizovat uz v noci a rano byly kufry na svete...
Poloha
Hilton Pasadena se nachází v srdci města Pasadena, v blízkosti jsou Pacific Asia Museum, Norton Simon Museum a Pasadena Museum of California Art. V blízkosti jsou také Rose Bowl a California Institute of Technology.

Good hotel,very well located and goos service. Only problem was being located in a room next to an outside and noisy generator- in ahotel that was not full. We were in Romm 302
"Close to Pasadena business district"
Paying for Internet access and parking just does not make sense any more - if you are catering to the business community you have to understand that it is as essential as a clean comfortable bed!
"Must love dogs"
The hotel is lovery, and the staff is very polite. However, a $75.00 fee for dogs is a bit steep, especially for a one night stay.
This hotel was definately subpar for a Hilton. We had difficulties getting a roll-a-way bed, it took four hours and 3 phone calls to finally have one delivered to our room. Our room was next to the elevators and was noisy all night long. The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff left a lot to be desired. "Parking a joke"
This hotel was good but they don't tell you about the $21 a day for valet parking or $18 a day for self parking. With no street parking, they kind of have you trapped. You shouldn't have to pay to park if you are paying to sleep there.

"Santa Anita Derby"
My girlfriend and I came in town to run the Santa Anita Derby 5K and attend the the horse races. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The immediate area was beautiful. Would recommend this hotel to anybody!

In the bathroom was a list of how the hotel was saving resources. Oddly, the shower was way, way too forceful. Much water being wasted! We are pretty used to restricted water flow shower heads in California, and I was shocked that they were not in use at the Pasadena Hilton.

This hotel is close to old town pasadena which has many restaurants and beautiful architecture. The "complimentary" shuttle service is only free for a 2 mile radius. Do not plan on taking the shuttle from the airport or farther than 2 miles unless you want to pay more than you would for a taxi or other shuttle services. The location is wonderful it sit close to nightclubs as well as bars which makes it easy to party and have a good time. While still remembering where the Hotel location is.

I stayed at this hotel while taking the bar exam in February. Very convenient to convention center and shops and appreciated the Starbucks in hotel. Was only peeved because they charge $9.95 a night for Internet access which is completely unreasonable. Other than that- the staff was pretty courteous and kind.

We enjoyed our short time there. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to shops, resturants, etc. - all within walking distance. Overall was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to everyone. We are planning on coming back soon.

The standout here is the thoughtful and friendly staff, helpful without being obtrusive. The pool is heated and is surrounded by iconic Southern California palms. And the location is handy for Pasadena events (convention center is around the corner).

I've had much better experiences at the Sheraton right around the block. My business in town called for me to extend my stay an extra night and I actually packed and moved to the Sheraton.
This hotel is kind of old. I don't like it that they charge $18 more for parking and $10 more for WIFI, but everything else was OK.

I live in Orange County and needed a stay over place since I had gatherings in San Gabriel Valley on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I'm so glad I stayed at the Hilton rather than driving all the way back down to OC. Staff was extremely accommodating and hotel very nice and comfortable!

"Too noisy"
We arrived late in the evening and our room had adjoining rooms on each side, filled with people we did not know. The people were loud and we could clearly hear the conversations even with the tv on low. No late room service. Thank goodness for the Japanese delivery close by which the hotel does give info and will deliver a menu to your room.

"Nice hotel but expensive parking"
Everthing at this hotel was nice except the parking. Parking was expensive and you have to park on the upper levels making it very inconveniate for the hotel guests. The attached bank and office building have all the first floors of parking so prepare to go a long way and down stairs if you self park.

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel over the past 12 months but am considering a change. The service has significantly declined from the valet to the front desk to the bar/restaurant. It is as if some internal change has impacted the staff. The absence of smiles, the lost "can do" attitude, the general demeanor of people...however you wish to […] describe it...it is not good. The location is good and the rooms are adequate. There are several hotels in Pasadena that can claim these. I returned because the service staff had an outstanding attitude toward guests. We were visiting Caltech and decided to stay at the Hilton, It was one of the nicer Hiltons I've stayed at, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again should I need to visit Pasadena.

Great hotel in the centre of Pasadena, the only things wrong with this hotel are the $18 a day parking fee and the $5 minimum charge for use of the internet in the business centre. I also Stayed at the Hilton phoenix where these facilities were free.
